Episode 4 - Staying Sick

Endri Satya Nugraha's. The man who recently admitted his affair with another woman on Niana Restiya, as his legal wife, looked pensive at his own workplace. Even when the operational hours have been running for two hours, Endri also has not touched any work. Though he still had to find a solution to all the losses that recently experienced by his company, but Niana's statement even controlled almost all his thoughts.

Endri exhaled. His eyes are closed too. And soon he began to lean his back and raise his head. The fret is still there, even though he has agreed to Niana's offer which of course is quite profitable. But this time another anxiety also emerged, about Lesy who would certainly reject the plan. Moreover, Lesy is in a state of pregnancy young and certainly much more sensitive than before.

"Bagaimana caranya aku menjelaskan situasi ini pada Lesy? Lesy pasti tak akan setuju jika aku memilih untuk mempertahankan istriku sekaligus ingin menikahinya." Endri bergumam sembari membuka matanya secara perlahan. Langit-langit ruangan yang dihiasi lampu berbentuk kotak lebar menjadi pemandangan matanya saat ini. Namun benaknya masih tetap memikirkan cara untuk membujuk calon istri keduanya tersebut.

Although very attractive and certainly much prettier than Niana, Endri also admitted that Lesy is more spoiled and stubborn. The woman is difficult to persuade, but that is what makes Endri feel that his life becomes much more colorful. Especially after Niana no longer pulled in his eyes, Lesy appeared as a boredom treatment that plagues him in a period of almost half a year and now, Lesy already contains the seeds he planted.

"If I say some of the benefits that I and she can get from Niana, I think she will agree" Endri said shortly after re-enforcing her body. Then he put both his elbows on the table with high-quality glass. His palms were tied to each other and he used to support his chin, while his eyes stared straight ahead where several sofas were neatly arranged.

This magnificent workspace, Endri could definitely maintain him as the main director. All the difficulties that still plagued him must be overcome immediately. And Niana's gonna help him first. Financial affairs, Niana can certainly help, especially Niana's salary is very large. After all, Niana herself made an offer, even though Endri had opened the door wide so that Niana would come out immediately.

Endri's daydreams fell apart when someone knocked on the door of his private room. Soon after, a man appeared who of course was no stranger to Endri. Royan—personal secretary Endri—gradually enters the workspace of his superiors.

Royan then subdued his body, and the next second he said, "Good day, Mr. Endri."

"Yes, good day. What was? Has that person agreed to meet with me?" sahut Endri's.

Royan swallowed the saliva with difficulty. "He still refuses to meet, Mr. Endri. Because of the condition of the company you are in trouble, he doubted the investment plan for the future. And it looks like we failed to get any more help" he replied.

Endri sighed. Tired feel. He had already contacted several big real estate entrepreneurs, but they were not interested in investing. If this is the way, soon the company will be bankrupt. Endri doesn't want to let that happen before his company is actually put down.

"Come out, give me some time to think" Endri told Royan.

Royan. "Okay, sir," he answered.

Not long after, Royan left the room. Endri began to ponder again. But this time, he tried to put aside the affairs of Niana and Lesy first, he had to work and start looking for ways before his company completely went out of business.

"What's the matter, Niana, until you want to meet me in person and suddenly like this? Is there a problem with your job? Do you really want to leave this company? Already want to focus on your pregnancy program with your lousy husband?" dany said, quite sharp and sarcastic.

If usually not too offended at all Dany's words that are often outspoken, this time Niana actually felt pain. His heart is sick. The question from Dany regarding the plan to resign and start the pregnancy program was like two swords stuck in her chest cruelly.

Niana almost cried, no, but she really wanted to cry. In all the times that he walked in today, he often went to the toilet to cry. It is true that she has tried to always strengthen herself, especially after making a plan to destroy her husband and the woman of the affair, but in fact she is still a weak-hearted woman. Niana has not been so strong as to bear the harsh reality she recently heard from the mouth of Endri, her own husband. Even though in the previous day, he and Endri were still a couple without a problem. The fact was like a sudden thunder grabbed to burn Niana's entire body until often in pain.

Dany scrunched her forehead. He who has been friends with Niana for a long time, of course, has memorized some of Niana's habits. Even though the woman had started to move away from him since knowing her identity at once after marrying Endri two years ago, she still had not forgotten some of Niana's traits. Kala decides to stay away from him Niana intends to only meet him as a subordinate. But for Dany, Niana is still a friend who knows all her struggles during college. And now Niana doesn't seem okay.

"Hey, what's wrong with you? You got a problem?" dany asked shortly after standing up from her seat. He walked towards Niana who was still standing upright with her head bowed.

Niana swallowed the saliva with difficulty. Unfortunately, his tears kept coming out as hard as he tried to hold on. He did not want to look this ridiculous in front of Dany, but the wound was gaping again.

"Hey, Niana!" Dany turned even more resolute and in fact, he gripped both of Niana's shoulders. "Hey, are you crying?! What's up?!"

Niana looked at Dany. The small attention the man gave as a friend made him even more eager to shed tears. "P-sir Dany ...." That's all he can say.

"What's up, Niana? Why is it that after two years of staying away from me, you come with this kind of sadness? Did someone put you in this place? Are you still mad at me for hiding my true identity as long as we're friends? Has anyone accused you of working in this place in a nepotistic way?" ask Dany for a long time. He sighed and tried to hold back his curiosity first. "Let's sit first."

Dany released both of Niana's shoulders. He walked early to the living room in his study. But his steps stopped before actually reaching his destination. He turned his body and looked at Niana who was still shaking while still having a lot of fun.

"What's wrong with this girl? Was he really about to resign after working here for so many years?" dany muttered wondering.
