FOUR SEASONS

FOUR SEASONS
Summer (Part 11)

Dating.

According to the language of dating is a promise to meet each other somewhere at a predetermined time together, usually done by young people or lovers, generally have the impression of romance.

And most importantly, it is not done in the fields. Yes, in the rice field.

"Kai!" call Lalita half-screaming. "Is it ready yet?"

The black-mannered young man stiffened the rice seedlings in his hand with a tremble. He breathed a rough breath. Moved his mud-filled legs with a lump.

"Let's get it over with, so we can rest!" lalita shouted again from the other end.

Now you know, right?

They are planting rice. Yeah, right, planting rice.

Kai thought this time it would be a special date because Lalita said she wanted to say something important. In fact he was even invited to plots of rice fields to plant rice. It is said that the grandfather who has this rice field is old, easily gout, and Lalita is too compassionate to ignore it.

This was his first experience growing rice in thousands of years of his life. Standing applause, please.

"Our handsome farmer is very diligent huh.."

Kai stared fiercely into the air. There's Caspian there, shoring his chin and raising his eyebrows. He swore he wanted to split Caspian in half.

"If you can't help, at least keep your mouth shut." Kai throttled annoyed.

Caspian gnarled, smiling smart-ass. He went down to hover near the ground level, then tried to touch the rice seedlings that had been perfectly stuck. Translucent.

"Look, see it." Caspian grin wide. "I don't want to help you."

Kai sighed. Half forced him back to bend, pushing the rice seedlings into the ground carelessly.

"Spirit! The spirit! Spirit, Mr Farmer!" Caspian circled happily beside him.

The ghost from the beginning insisted on wanting to come along. Being around Kai and Lalita always makes her happy. He likes to see Lalita's crisp laughter, or Kai's blood-ridden expression.

"Ih, Lalita, this gloomy sister is slanting!" nolan suddenly screamed.

Well, here's another one that pissed Kai off half to death. Nolans. This boy often follows Lalita and really understands how to ruin the atmosphere.

"Soner." Kai pushes Nolan's jidat with his index finger. "There take care of your own part."

"I'm almost done!" Nolan stared back fiercely. "I'm even better than you."

"Boaster." Kai smiled mockingly.

"If we fight!" Nolan screamed. "Who can grow more rice from here to the end" he pointed at the distance.

"Prepare to accept your defeat, boy."

"You want a race?" Lalita comes to interrupt. He grinned wide at the sight of two men with far different age ranges were now staring at each other full of hostility.

"I count yes. Come prepare. One.."

Kai and Nolan were still glaring at each other.

"Two.."

They both automatically bowed.

"Three.."

Tap on! Tap on! Tap on!

As fast as lightning they both planted rice and moved backwards, sometimes pausing for a moment to give each other a sharp glare.

Lalita chuckles. Ignoring the two people who were busy planting rice, he also chose to return to the edge of the rice field. Sit comfortably while fanning yourself with his caping.

"Weathered huh?" The grandfather of the rice field owner came at a slow pace. His hands are holding a medium-sized watermelon.

"They are both very excited." said the grandfather again.

Lalita laughs. He helped the grandfather cut the watermelon, then took the biggest cut. Bite him with spirit.

"They're overpowered, Cake" he said amusedly.

Caspian who had been drifting to the edge of the rice field and sitting next to Lalita shook his head in disbelief. Thousands of years old demons can be used to work in the fields.

"I'm done first!" nolan shouted from a distance.

Kai clucked his throat, then glanced at the child's work from end to end.

"Heh, yours isn't neat."

"Which one?"

"cheat!" Nolan's reflexes pushed Kai irritated. A thud sounded a few seconds later.

Kai fell. His body, even his face, was now filled with mud. He wanted to get up and immediately flap the boy, when suddenly something moved in front of him. Something came up from the ground.

"There's a big worm." He said a little amazed.

Nolan who heard it crouched down.

"Ih, there's an eel! Lalita, there's an eel!"

"Catch, Nolan!" Lalita shouted from the edge of the rice field, brandishing her bowl with vigor. "Let's burn it together!"

A second later, Nolan began to frenziedly catch the eel with his small hand. He hit here and there and moved in any direction, having trouble trapping the slippery animal in his fingers.

Kai tilted his head in confusion.

'They eat worms?'

***

Nolan retreated backwards far, dashed fast forward, then jumped as high as he could...

"Bomb cannon coming!"

Byuruurrr!

He jumped into the river.

Kai who had already entered the water before Nolan's head was scattered. He almost got hit by a jump just now. Nolan looked up, while trying to splash water on Kai's face. Then Kai replied again with a tickle.

Lalita smiled at him. His hands were busy fanning the meat of the eel that was being burned by the river. While Caspian was hovering on the grill, trying to inhale the savory grain of eel meat.

What a futile act.

Currently they are in the river, cleaning the body full of mud due to social services to grow rice. Also due to Nolan's heat struggle with eels in the rice field was of course.

Kai climbed to the riverbank after being convinced that his body was perfectly clean. He stared at a dark blue round object near his clothes. Berry forest. Nolan picked it up on the way here.

"Turn your trash, boy."

"That berry! not rubbish!" Nolan shouted back from the water.

Kai snorted amusedly. There is this human behavior. The food is weird too. They were determined to eat the big worm, and now they wanted to eat the strange round object.

"Throw it at me!" Caspian floated upwards, opening his jaws wide.

Kai, half curious, picked up some berries and threw them right at Caspian. The berry did enter his mouth, but it just came out.

Nolan, who saw the berry thrown away and thrown by Kai, immediately went upstairs to protest. It's called property destruction.

"Hish, don't throw it away!" He began to quote the berries scattered on the ground, then devoured them with vigor. But a moment later, his eyes shriveled strangely.

"Nothing is bland." he said confusedly.

Kai laughed to see it. Feel it, eat ghost food.

"Kai.." call Lalita, still fanning the eel. "My mom wants you to come visit her."

The young man was confused. Caspian, who had been hovering around the eel, darted quickly to the side. He elbowed the young man nosy.

"Ciyee, our farmer sir wants to see his mother-in-law."

"I'm glad you're trying to get to know you even more" Lalita said. A happy smile framed his face.

In the end, there will always be a way to be happy. Aye right?
