HE'S NOT HUMAN
CHAPTER 16
Bella is now amazed by what she sees. He blinked his eyes because he did not believe what he saw. A field of green grass spread out wide, with a variety of beautiful flowers scattered on the grass. Bella wanted to run barefoot on the grass.
Arro now lands his feet and lets go of his embrace, Bella of course runs very happily. He doesn't know when he's this happy. His eyes were pampered by this sight. Even this defeats all his good dreams.
Arro was stunned to see Bella's smile. Finally, he could see that bright smile again. Exactly like the photo in the figura that has been stored on Bella's study table.
Arro approached Bella with a smile. Hugging Bella warm, “I'm glad to see you smile.”
“Thank you, Arro.” Bella returned Arro's embrace. He doesn't want to go back to his cold world.
An animal voice rang out from a distance, Bella took off Arro's embrace and looked for the origin of the sound, apparently from a deer standing behind a large tree. When was the last time Bella saw a deer? Maybe when he was 5 years old, when Miss Rina took the orphanage to the zoo.
Bella ran to get to the deer, but suddenly Bella's movements stopped, she soon realized that the deer had three tails with horns almost as big as her. Arro of course laughed seeing Bella who had returned running towards him in fear.
“Other times, give me a warning that the animals in this world are very different from my world,” protested Bella.
Arro still laughing out loud seeing Bella, “ alright, I'm sorry.” Arro tries to stop his laughter after seeing Bella getting upset.
A flap of wings rang out by them, Arro idly pulled Bella back into his arms. Turns out, Levi came up with a slight bruise on the corner of his lips.
"Well, look how happy you are,” circus Levi, “I even almost died for overcoming ten Abercio troops earlier.”
“You want what gift?” Arro without a stale base.
“Perhaps a house in the city center,” Levi replied while holding the corner of his injured lip.
“Alright, I'll give it to you ..” Arro paused his sentence, “after you and Jasmine were blessed.”
“Damn you, that means still 3 years.” Levi's upset. Arro just laughed.
Bella was silent, her brain was digesting the new information, Levi's pragma had been born but she could not be blessed because of the age of her pragma that had not yet entered adulthood.
“Where is your pragma, Lev”? ask Bella curious.
“Ag somewhere. Because now it's messed up, so I hid it in a safe place.”
Bella nodded in understanding. But something was troubling his mind. If this was the Upper World, why did what he saw now was a vast garden with no signs of chaos. “Is this the kingdom you told me about?” ask Bella to Arro.
Arro did not immediately reply, he glanced at Levi as if hinting at something. Levi understood and flew away. Bella does not understand the situation, she looks at Arro asking for an explanation.
“This is Asfalus Park. This park is a refuge park. Only certain people can enter this park.” Arro explained as he pulled Bella's hand gently to follow her walking.
“That particular person is?” Bella asked for more explanation.
“Members kingdom,” replied Arro.
“Oh, so you and Levi are royal members?”
“You can think of it that way.” Arro now stops and invites Bella to sit on a large stone that is between the bright purple Lavender Flower plants. The flowers were dancing in the direction of the wind.
The fragrance is very refreshing, but Bella is sure, this is not like the fragrance of Lavender Flowers that she once breathed in a flower shop. The wench was more intoxicating and more seductive to his senses. Bella seemed to want to breathe that air deeper.
“Then, why can I enter here?” Bella continued her question while watching the expanse of the flower garden.
“Because I allow it.”
Bella remembered Arro's kiss on both of her eyelids. Bella blushed back. His throat suddenly felt dry. He swallowed his saliva to overcome his nervousness. Arro glanced at him and smiled slightly.
Sounding flapping wings approaching, Arro and Bella looked up to see Levi coming back to them.
“How?” asked Arro while standing up from his seat.
Bella knitted her forehead, “I have to spend the night here?”
“It is not safe to now return to the mainland. Stay here a few days,” said Arro staring at Bella.
“Agnor and Damian are not back yet. We haven't got any info on Abercio's situation right now,” timpal Levi.
“But I have a final exam tomorrow. I'll graduate soon. There's no way I'm leaving my school.” Bella pleads with Arro to let her stay in school. However human she is, Bella needs a future for herself.
Arro exhaled heavily, trying to find a way out. “Tomorrow, we see the situation. If Agnor and Damian don't return tonight, you won't return to the mainland.”
Bella will protest again, but Levi shook her head hinting Bella not to challenge Arro. But Bella doesn't care. Bella still has to go to school. His struggle for three years will not be wasted.
“No. I'll stay at school. It's the only thing I have now. You or Abercio won't be able to get in my way.” Bella looked at Arro furiously.
“Bel, already ... I will accompany you tomorrow.” Levi mediates.
“No!” Arro was already about to scream in anger. “No one will return to the human mainland.”
Levi scratched his non-itchy head, he had to witness Arro and Bella's first quarrel. Bella stubbornly and Arro with his indisputable orders.
“Why did you ban me? You never know what I've been fighting for to stay in school. Even when my forehead bleeds because my mom throws me with a glass, I still go to school,” Bella recalls.
“Oh good, I don't regret sending your mama to hell!”
“Arro ..!” Levi wanted to interrupt Arro but it was too late.
“A ... what?” Bella's tears had flowed, as if she could not believe what Arro had said. “Did you make my mama go?”
Arro flirted, he was provoked by his emotions. “Bella I .. no, not like that.”
“LAST WHAT?!” yell Bella loud. The wind that had been as breezy turned into a strong gust. Arro and Levi were surprised by the sudden gust of wind.
“YOU DON'T KNOW HOW I SUFFERED!” Bella still hasn't lowered her tone. His chest rumbled violently restraining emotions. Every night he misses someone by his side. Jocelyn was indeed evil, but just looking at Jocelyn's face could make her feel like she had a family. Bella sobbed again, she closed her eyes tightly trying to calm her own heart. But the more he tried to calm down, the more the pain in his heart became.
“Arro, you must calm Bella,” muttered Levi.
“You yourself know, my hypnosis is not working,” Arro replied by muttering as well.
Arro's chest felt pain in Bella's heart. She could feel how much Bella was suffering from the pain. But, something was different .. The pain in his chest was not just due to the pain of losing Jocelyn. Like something strange.
Arro walks over to Bella to apologize. He touched Bella's shoulder, which closed her eyes. “Bell,” call Arro gently.
Bella still managed to catch her breath, then opened her eyes and looked at Arro suddenly. Arro is surprised to see Bella's bead eyeballs turning golden yellow. No, it's impossible. Inner Arro counteracted his premonition.
“PERGII!” bella shouted very loudly, even the shout produced an echo wave that was able to make Arro crash far away like someone pushed him hard.
Levi couldn't believe what he saw. “Bella!” Levi reflexively held onto Bella who had fallen unconscious.
“Are you okay?” levi asked as Arro approached him again.
“No, I'm fine. It's just .. that boost is pretty sick.” Arro held his chest, but he smiled broadly.
“Arro, eye color change Bella ... does she ..?” Levi did not continue his sentence.
Arro takes over Bella's body from Levi. He got rid of the haircut that covered Bella's pretty face. “There is only one way to find out. We must take Bella to her homeland ..”
“Kingdom of East Aelios,” says Arro and Levi together.
