HE'S NOT HUMAN
CHAPTER 20 (Bag. 1)
After three days in a row Bella focused on facing her final exam, she was now able to breathe a sigh of relief. He will wait for the test results later. Bella immediately ran to the gate to approach Arro who faithfully drove and picked her up during her exam. Arro always prepares breakfast for him. Bella is so happy, to feel like she has a home for him.
Bella enters the car with a cheerful face. Bella's eyes sparkled more and more when she saw Arro thrust ice cream for her. “This is for what?” bella asked while receiving the ice cream.
“Kado for completing your test,” reply Arro with a sweet smile. “It's still not too late, I want to take you somewhere. Do you want?”
“Thank you, Arro,” Bella said in earnest. “But, can I change my uniform first?”
Arro nodded with a smile then ran the car.
After almost an hour Bella changed clothes, she finally got out and caught up with Arro who was still waiting for her in the car.
“Sorry I took too long,” Bella said after sitting down and closing the car door.
Arro did not answer, making Bella turn her face to see Arro who was silent because he looked at her. Bella immediately checked her clothes back to check if anything was wrong. But nothing, he was just wearing a long-sleeved plain dress in black that covered up to his knees. This dress was given by Robert on his fifteenth birthday. It's a little smaller, but still comfortable for Bella to wear.
“Arro?” call Bella after making sure there's nothing wrong with her shirt.
Arro still did not reply, he only approached Bella like trying to hug her, Bella who was surprised slightly dodged. But Arro just took the seatbelt off Bella's left shoulder. Bella who had held her breath immediately exhaled, but it even sounded like a gust of disappointment.
“Never come out in clothes like this again .. if not with me.” Arro's words successfully make Bella's cheeks meet red.
Bella nodded while trying to hide her smile.
Netra Bella grew up, she was holding back her excitement when Arro stopped his car in front of the entrance of an amusement park. “What today we will play?” bella asked with a smile and sparkling eyes.
Arro chuckles at how happy Bella is, “of course. I want to play with you here.”
Wait, is this some kind of ... dating? Bella held both of her own cheeks, stopping her cheeks that were beginning to meet red.
“Bell, are you sick?” Arro asked worriedly looking at the change in Bella's expression that suddenly fell silent while cupping her cheek.
“ah? No... I'm just too happy.” Bella tries to avoid Arro's eyes. He had to neutralize his face and feelings, before his heart exploded due to his own thoughts.
Arro chuckled at Bella who had become so cute. He wants to laugh but he can't help but add to Bella's blushing feelings.
Arro got out first, then walked around the car and opened the door where Bella was sitting. Bella again could not hide her nervousness. Being treated so well by someone is a luxury he never dreamed of.
Bella nodded and immediately walked to the place. While Arro walked towards the ticket sale.
Bella who was sitting and enjoying the wind blowing very gently. The sound of tree branches clashing against each other when hit by the wind adds to the peaceful atmosphere that Bella feels. Suddenly the feeling was interrupted as a few youths walked up to him.
“Halo, Miss,” greet one of the young men wearing a silver necklace and an earring in one of his ears.
“Iya?” replied Bella who was a little wary still trying to be polite.
“Are you alone? Want us to accompany?” asked the second young man, dressed in blue and white stripes.
“No, thank you. I'm with my friend.” Bella is still trying to smile and hopes they leave soon.
“Hey, come on .. we don't see anyone here.” The first young man was now trying to sit next to Bella.
Bella stood up immediately, if they didn't leave, Bella would have left. But not yet Bella stepped, the third young man who had said nothing held Bella's hand with a grin on his face. Bella was about to throw the young man in the hand, but suddenly the third young man was thrown far back very hard.
The young man held his stomach in great pain then spewed blood from his mouth. Bella immediately turned her face to look towards someone who was walking towards her with a very angry look. The net had already changed color, the sea-blue bead had become as red as blood. No. Arro must not hurt humans.
“ARRO! Nay! I'm fine!” bella tries to calm Arro down.
Arro heard nothing, he was being overwhelmed by his anger. He still stared intently at the first young man who was still stunned because he saw his friend was unconscious. Suddenly, the sound of suffocating breaths stopped the young man from breathing.
The young man scratched his neck that could not draw oxygen, something cutting off his breathing flow. The young man's eyes had already spun upwards. Arro moved his finger slightly again, the first young man was thrown far away and struck the third young man who was already motionless.
Arro now looked at the second young man who had run away. Arro did not stay silent, he immediately ran up to the second young man. With just one blink, Arro was now standing before the second young man. The young man begged for mercy, but Arro immediately gripped the collar of the stripes making the young man lift high with his legs hanging. Arro uttered a foreign sentence that Bella could not hear from her place. Suddenly the young man stopped rebelling, Arro lowered the young man until the young man walked back. Bella breathed a sigh of relief, at least Arro forgave the second young man.
Bella immediately approached Arro while her eyes kept an eye on the second young man who was still walking. But, Bella realized something strange.
The young man did not stop his steps as he headed towards the crowded highway there. Bella was about to scream to stop the second young man, but it was too late. The young man had just been hit and hit by a passing truck, making the rest of his body scatter in all directions.
Hysterical screams from the people who witnessed the accident echoed into Bella's hearing. Bella closed her mouth in shock. While Arro singled out a grin of satisfaction.
Bella's tears flowed, her mouth tightly closed by her hands. Boisterous sounds, police sirens and ambulances sounded deafening Bella. Bella can barely breathe normally. Even he did not realize, Arro had already pulled him away from that place. Sit Bella in the car and drive the car to a quieter place.
