Chapter 38: End of the chase

The atmosphere instantly changed, a person who did not want his presence appeared. Thus, the pursuit of Iraken was in vain. Raven walked up to Mona and Mara, both of them panting heavily.

"You again, what more trouble do you want to do?" ask Raven.

"I didn't plan anything, I swear. Please, help me. (hosh.., hosh..)," replied Mara gasping for breath after a long run.

Raven turned her gaze towards the men chasing Mara, slowly advancing and watching the surroundings that were damaged by the actions of Iraken while throwing axes.

"I don't think a noble like you would act desperate like a primitive being. Iraken," said Raven.

"Without reducing respect, I want you not to interfere, director. This is my business with him" Iraken said, pointing to Mara.

"You got things done so inappropriately and it bothered me enough" Raven replied, then she turned to look at a half-destroyed car, there was an axe that stuck him on the roof of the car.

None other than, that car belonged to Raven. As Raven was about to return home, a flying axe came quickly and damaged her car just as she was about to open her car door.

This made Raven very disturbed, even she was already irritated.

"You have to take responsibility" Raven said briefly.

Iraken who is still emotional even reasoned Raven's words.

"Don't interfere!"

He ordered all his comrades to attack, each of them carrying a different sharp weapon.

"I just want compensation, but what can I do? you were the one who triggered the violence first" Raven said, seriously.

All of Iraq's comrades lunged towards Raven, without a second thought. All of the slashes from the sharp weapons they were wielding led to one immobile target, unexpectedly their target suddenly disappeared without a trace.

They looked around, looking for Raven. Somehow the way Raven disappeared the moment they were about to pounce on her, the sound of her footsteps was completely inaudible.

"Where did he go?!" ask me loudly Iraken.

His friends could only shake their heads, until suddenly one of them suddenly fell.

One of Iraq's comrades fell to the ground, surprising them. Immediately they formed a formation to back each other in order to stay awake.

"Where is he?" inner Iraken.

You won't be able to call Absolute Weapon as long as it's still wrapped around my chain" explained Raven, then he slammed Iraken and his comrades into the asphalt.

In an instant, a three-meter deep hole was created on the paved road. Those who slammed were immediately silent in a head position under the feet above, their heads stuck deep into the ground. Raven withdrew her Absolute Weapon because she felt it was over, even though she still demanded compensation.

Raven turned towards Mara and Mona.

The man in white was quick to help Iraken and his friends out of the three-meter deep hole, with just one hand, he was able to get out Iraken and friends in a short time. Very strong muscles of his hands.

"Stupid...! I've told you many times not to act recklessly, but your ears never listen to my words" the man snapped to Iraken who was already stoned.

He carried the body of Iraken and his other comrades so easily, the body of Iraken seemed like an empty sack when the man lifted it. The man's body was very sturdy and large, barely matching Darius' posture. Only, this man looked slightly taller than Darius.

With a serious look, the big man walked up to Raven, Mona and Mara who were right in front of him, his serious gaze getting sharper as he walked closer towards the three of them. Even that threatening gaze made Raven alert, she had already prepared with her Absolute Weapon.

After he completely reached before the three of them, the big man immediately lowered his head.

"I apologize for my impolite sister-in-law's behavior. I am ready to take responsibility for any damage he has done" said the great man, sincerely.

"Eh?"

Mara did not expect this to happen, she thought this man was about to do something bar-bar like Iraken did. Apparently, the expedition went far.

"Eh..., who is this guy?" inner Mona.
