Already 15 minutes Mara guided her new members to look around the Casteral Mansion, this time she introduced the supply room where the storage furnaces were located.
"This room is a supply place where, where we make various potions from the abundance of mana here, most people who work here are reliable mixers and love to create with potions, Mara explained.
He saw that Darius seemed to be daydreaming about something.
"Hey, are you okay?"
Mara's voice instantly resuscitated Darius from his daydream.
"Nothing, can you continue your explanation" replied Darius.
A rather dubious answer, but Mara did not dispute that.
"Now, let's go to the summon training room."
During the trip to the summon training ground, Darius continued to think about Hunt's divided history. This is what he was afraid of all this time, his absence in the aftermath of the Dark Lord war had a negative impact because it made Hunt lose one guide.
Making Hunt now less directive to worship magic and ignore others, they do not even consider their brother from Sonya Hunt's lineage as their neighbor anymore.
"This is far worse than I thought," said Darius.
They finally arrived at the summon training room, in which there were many people who trained summoning magic or arguably magic used to summon a guardian creature that would help in the fight.
"Our purpose is to train summon magic and this is the largest training room, this room is designed to predict the size of the summoned creatures that will appear later" Mara explained.
Darius looked around, many people who trained hard even some were sprawled from exhaustion. Some people there managed to call their own guard creatures, some in the form of a dog, squirrels and even a bear.
Seemed the most successful there is Rossa who managed to call a red eagle that dashing, he smiled arrogantly in front of everyone.
Along with that moment, he turned to his mentor, Mara, who was in charge of introducing the intricacies of the Mansion to new members.
With his carefree spirit he approached Mara without forgetting to pay his respects.
"Good morning, Miss Mara, nice to meet you" said Rossa.
"Again, Rossa, I see you're progressing today" Mara said.
A red eagle that Rossa had just summoned was perched on his shoulders.
"Have you given him a name?" ask Mara.
"Yes, I gave her the name Agni, she fits the name, her burning color depicts the flame, so graceful, so much" Rossa explained.
Rossa puffed out her chest and smiled haughtily towards Darius, the Seirus commander who was right beside Darius was aware of that.
Suddenly all the air in the summon training room became very cold, the eagle perched on Rossa's shoulders felt threatened, the sound of four-legged animal steps right from behind Mara.
Marsa looked back reflexively....
"Geez, whose summon creature is this?" inward Mara, looking at the figure of a huge white tiger with an air of coldness all over her body.
The tiger growled, making the eagle call Rossa fly away.
"Hey, what is this thing?! who's owner?!" rossa shouted while holding back the cold.
The tiger was sitting right beside the commander Seirus, a tiger that looked gallant behaving like a cat when the commander Seirus rubbed his head.
"Oh sorry, I accidentally summoned my pet," said commander Seirus.
"He called without having to cast a spell?" inner Rossa was surprised.
The whole view was on the Seirus commander now.
"Hmmm.., this is the Iceberg Tiger, once me and Drake often hunt this one animal in the snow forest in the eastern area of the kingdom, the meat is soft and suitable to be eaten with soy sauce," murmured Darius, nostalgic.
"Alright, I don't want everyone here to freeze to death" said commander Seirus and he canceled his summon magic, the great tiger disappeared.
"Since when have you had a pet like that?" ask Mara.
"Since what you've done to Deri" Seirus replied.
Mara was silent in a thousand languages, while Darius who heard their conversation was curious, he had no idea what the matter was between Mara and the commander Seirus and Deri.
The silent nuance was broken when Rossa was still acting arrogant after being pressed like that.
"Well, at least it's not from the summon he (Darius), the Division commander from K.A.O very much in line with expectations," said ledek Rossa.
"Everyone has their own strengths even hidden ones, never underestimate the people around you" Seirus said.
"Rossa, he is our new member, please correct your attitude" Mara said.
"Sorry Miss Mara, but didn't the lady herself teach me that if a Hunt couldn't master this simple magic, then Hunt's name was questionable?" sahut Rossa's.
"Yes, but that's an exception for Darius" Mara replied.
"Why could that be? it's not that it's set out in Hunt's law itself" Rossa replied.
"Rossa, stop arguing!"
Rossa was silent after hearing a loud voice from Mara, Darius gently patted Mara on the shoulder.
"Don't yell too much, later you'll be impressed to be too on my side, it will lead to prejudice so that your students will feel like in a thumbs up, I'll follow the rules here, just for now" explained Darius.
He approached Rossa.
Rossa smiled cunningly.
"Prove that, by summoning your own summoned creature, whether it's a low-level or medium-level creature, the most important thing is that you are able to summon your own summon creature" said Rossa.
"Well, Mara can you show me a glimpse of the way?"
Mara also explained what summon (caller) magic is, this magic is a medium-level magic where a sorcerer can summon creatures that match his characteristics to help him in carrying out an activity, whether it is fighting or in other activities.
"To trigger this magic you have to use your blood in the palm of your hand, there are spells that can help you facilitate the summoning process but the spell is impossible to memorize in a short time," Mara said.
"There's no need for a spell then, just show me how" Darius replied.
"You sure?"
Mara felt somewhat doubtful, no matter how great Darius was, he had no magic in his body, making it impossible for him to summon even with a spell.
"Focus all the energy and aura on the creature you want to go to, do not be too tense because it will inhibit the summon process and burden your mind" explained Mara.
"Don't think about how much energy you're using, just use it as necessary, well I don't know if this will work on you or not, because you don't have magic."
Seirus advanced and whispered something into Darius' ear.
"I'll help you with my magic" whispered Seirus.
"Don't it be cheating" replied Darius.
"Then how do you do it without magic?"
Darius was chin-backed for a moment, he tried to think of a strategy for this one challenge...
After a long time of thinking, came a reckless idea in his mind.
"I will try to make magic energy arise from inside me, although there is little possibility for that" Darius said.
He bit his thumb until it bled and then dripped his blood into his palm, slowly he began to concentrate on every point of strength in his body.
Mara still felt doubtful, she watched Darius with a nervous feeling.
"Even I haven't told you how to trigger magic in your body, are you sure you can do it your way?" batin Mara recalled how difficult it was for her to study witchcraft.
Commander Seirus was also the same, he spent half his life in order to become what he is today.
Slowly the air around the room seemed tense, the black aura on Darius reappeared and grew bigger.
Darius goes back to the past, where he once asked Drake what magic was....
"What is magic? do you want to learn, brother?" asked Drake with sparkling eyes.
"No, I'm just curious, those you train can bring out fire, ice and even stone from bare hands, I'm just wondering how, '" Darius replied.
Drake got up from his seat.
"Magic is an energy that is deep within humans, where hidden energy can be converted into anything they need when they are mastered, for me magic is a beautiful art, I can work on making fireworks, a series of water forms even I can make my own food," Drake said then he stomped his feet and grew peach trees.
The fruit of the tree immediately grew and fell, befalling Darius who was below him.
"Oops, sorry," Drake said.
"No problem, this is sweet," replied Darius.
"This is how magic is for me, brother, the energy of power that can be used to create beautiful works and other things that are beneficial to everyone, I hope that one day I can spread my magic so that everyone can enjoy its beauty and goodness, including you, brother," Drake explained with a smile.
"I? you're really nice, but I don't have any magic powers."
Darius scratched his non-itchy head, he was a bit embarrassed when his sister spoke like that.
"Don't give up brother, someday you'll find him, a magic you made yourself."
That was their conversation hundreds of years ago....
Meanwhile, in the summon training room, Darius' black aura grew increasingly dense, making it difficult for people around him to breathe.
"Damn it, what the fuck is he," said Rossa with a gasp of breath.
Darius sensed that there was energy forming in his body, immediately he used it while imagining the creature he was aiming for.
"I felt it, magic energy, she managed to make her," Mara's inner being almost pushed back due to the magnitude of the black aura.
A beam of light emerged from Darius' palm and slowly grew brighter, a moment later the light dimmed along with the appearance of a giant creature that looked like a woman, its large size made the roof of the summon training room collapse instantly.
"Ooh..! where'sme? what is this place?"
The giant creature spoke.
All the people who were there were terrified except for Darius, the creature's gaze was fixed on the figure of the man who had just called him.
"You? you're Darius, aren't you?"
The creature recognized Darius, as well as Darius who seemed familiar with this creature, he also tried to remember where he had met this creature, until he finally remembered...
"You, the goddess who helped me while I was still stuck in that dark dimension, right?" ask Darius.
Seriate....
