Chapter 74: The Night of the Welcoming

POV Casterial Mansion.

Rossa began to feel bored waiting for guests who did not come, he prejudiced that Darius did not intend to come here even though invited, he said, this prejudice is unreasonable and only limited to Rossa's hatred of Darius.

"I'm going to go grab a drink for a while" said Rossa.

"Hey, don't leave the place before the task is over, did you forget about the risk you'd get if you broke?" arnoldi sternly.

Darius along with the Queen spoke in the room, so many questions that Darius wanted to ask as well as the Queen, they both had question marks on their minds.

"So, why did you suddenly acknowledge me so quickly? you are not a simple-minded person who easily forgives someone" asked Darius frankly.

"I know you're going to ask me that and I don't have any intentions either, there's a question I can't find any answer to other than you" the Queen replied.

"What?"

Darius did not understand at all.

"Where are you from? who were you born to? how can Hunt be your last name?" ask the Queen who immediately cornered Darius.

"Ehmm...., can you answer my question before you ask me back?" ask Darius.

Darius could not say anything more, inevitably he had to answer.

"That's not the reason, I just don't want those who aren't ready to find out sooner" Darius said.

The Queen's guts who was initially confident in her sharp questions were shaken when Darius said that.

"I asked the same question" Darius replied.

Not only that, suddenly on the back of Darius' right hand and on the chest of the Queen appeared a symbol resembling a perfectly circular dragon.

The symbol appeared for a moment and then disappeared, just like the previous light.

After witnessing all of that, the two of them could only stare at each other and question what had already happened.

Neither of them knew the cause, but this further strengthened the Queen's determination to continue investigating Darius even deeper.
