Alex Claire is still trying to change Alesha's mind path because she thinks that the woman should be forced. Forcing for good is what he wants to do to a woman who every day makes him anxious to think.

He is now eager to say that, not willing if Alesha married another man. Alex is eager to marry the woman, but wants her memory back first to convince her decision.

There was fear and doubt felt by him because he still did not remember about the times when he was with Alesha in the past.

Yes, now Alex already knows that there is a past relationship between him and Alesha because the woman has said that she knows him.
