Engagement Plan

Due to that accidental kissing incident, the atmosphere in the dining room became very awkward. Nana came last and she saw everyone staring at her, except for Shin who lowered his head staring at the plate.

"Why is it so long?" Mrs. Fent grumbling. Nana quickly sat on the empty seat beside Shin.

When the waiters put all the dinners on the table, everyone started eating. Mr. Fent who started first and then the others followed.

The atmosphere was really very quiet. Usually some people will talk small while eating but now all that is heard is the sound of a clash of spoons, forks with plates.

When everyone starts finishing the main meal, ma'am. Fent opened his mouth the first time. "Shin, about the engagement...Shouldn't it be a few more days?"

Shin goosebumps. He looked at Mrs. Fent carefully. He had no idea when the engagement was held. His mother takes care of everything. And he doesn't matter when and where the engagement is held. He actually wanted to answer that his mother planned everything.

But wait a minute. Shin felt uncomfortable if he answered like that. Wouldn't he be stamped as a useless son-in-law if he didn't know anything.

"Yes, it will be held before the new semester begins" Javan Shin flatly.

Nana was constantly staring down. His face flushed in embarrassment and he did not dare to turn his head towards Shin and his mother. He continued to play the spoon on his plate even though the plate was empty.

After dinner was over, Shin returned to his room. Nana too. He immediately threw himself on his bed. He could not sleep and just stared at the ceiling of his room without thinking of anything. Actually he did not understand how he could end up like this.

At first he just got into a strange magic circle and got into a fantasy world that he had read about in books. Then he became one of the insignificant evil supporting characters. He just wanted to be a spectator and see all the main scenes in the story. But he ended up getting involved with those main characters. And even got engaged to the main character! Nana kept thinking about it and subconsciously fell asleep.

The next day, Shin came back early in the morning. When Nana wakes up, she doesn't see Shin anymore in her house. Actually he's a little sad. He wanted to say goodbye to her. But that guy's gone.

Shortly after, his phone rang. Rin. Nana quickly lifted him up. Rin says that she gets a day off tomorrow from her workplace and she wants to spend her time with Nana. And of course Nana agreed with pleasure.

After that Nana told her experience during the holidays. He told me everything with great enthusiasm. Especially when he told me he was going to die and something strange helped him. He also told her the bad things that Lista did to him. Rin climbs the apoplexy when she hears it and she starts nagging and says that Lista is a witch. Nana told me everything that happened. But she did not tell him some of the events that embarrassed her, like Shin kissing her and so on.

Later that night, Shin and his mother return to visit Nana's residence. And they started talking about the engagement very seriously. Nana was there, watching everyone argue with each other in cold sweat. She had not expected that discussing the engagement event would be this intense. He doesn't understand at all. When they talk about vendors, decorations, brands and so on. Nana felt her brain freeze in place.
