If Tomorrow Never Come

If Tomorrow Never Come
Chapter 38. Invitation to Reza's house

Galuh still stood still in his place, trying to digest Reza's words to him. His leave was only two days left, and Reza asked him to change his stay at his house along with other family guests.

Heig!

Suddenly just hiccups. Hearing the word sleepover, made his throat feel choked and his heart beat faster than usual.

“You why, yank. Like a little boy drinking less, until hiccups like that?” Reza held out the bottle of drink in his hand to Galuh, who immediately accepted it and drank it immediately.

“Shock!” sahut Galuh brief.

Galuh shook his head strongly. Even with reasons with other families, it still feels strange for Galuh. They had even just been made up, but Reza bravely asked him to stay at his house.

“You why, anyway. Shocked, surprised why?” ask Reza astonished.

Nah! It can't happen, but he can come there later. If the man is busy and cannot pick himself up, Galuh will take a taxi. Galuh was busy with his own thoughts, to the point of ignoring Reza's questions to him.

“It is better that I go straight home to my house,” Galuh said, making a quick decision.

“Heii, What do you think?” the wrinkles on Reza's forehead deepened

Galuh had decided, after thinking about all the possibilities that would happen if he obeyed Reza's words. Staying was not the best option, let alone the many male families there. He doesn't want anyone to think badly of him.

“It looks like staying at Brother's house is not the right choice. I don't want this close relationship of ours to be an excuse to do whatever it takes. I feel less worthy to stay at the house of a man who is not a halal partner or blood relative. That's it.”

“If you are at home there is a family event, and Brother invites me to come tonight. Then I will come as a guest,” Galuh said revealing the reason.

“Jeez, yank. You think so. Actually, I don't mean anything like that. Oma and papa really want to get to know you and ask me to take you home this afternoon,” Reza said.

“I love you so much, I can't possibly do anything to you. I can't possibly destroy the trust you've placed in me, and I respect your decision.”

“I just...” Galuh's speech stopped, her cheeks look red. “I just feel inappropriate if you have to stay at a man's house, even though he's my girlfriend though.”

Reza smiled hearing that, “I understand how you feel.”

“Hem.”

“We leave now,” invite Reza to hold Galuh's hand, when the car that picks them up has arrived in front. Both of them entered the car.

“I'm so tired, can you take me home first?” ask Galuh when he was in the car. His body was indeed unusually tired, and Galuh wanted to immediately rest and sleep in his own room.

“While papa's people have prepared a room for you at home,” muttered Reza slowly, turning to Galuh before switching to staring at the screen of his phone that lit.

Reza shifted the green icon and placed the flat object in her ear. “I'll wait for you at home tonight, don't forget to bring your girlfriends.”

Reza smiled widely, closing the short conversation with Danil who called asking for news. He put his phone back in his jacket pocket, “Yank, how about I pick you up at seven in the night. Let there be a long time lag for you to rest, which game?”

Reza smiled wryly to see Galuh who turned out to be asleep beside him, his head rolled to the left near the car window. He stared at her for quite a while, that deep face seemed calm while asleep.

“Ish, if only you would like to rest in our home.” His voice grabbed Galuh's head and laid him on his shoulder. “People at home have even prepared a special room for you, so I just need to carry you and move you to sleep there.”

Until the car they were riding in arrived in front of Galuh's yard, the woman was still asleep. Reza smiled as he shook his head.

“Yank, wake. It has arrived,” said Reza while patting Galuh cheek softly.

Galuh blinked his eyes, staring at his surroundings. “It's up yes.”

Reza nodded, “Still sleepy, do I need to carry it up to your room?”

“Aduh!” Reza grimaced while holding his shoulder that was clamped Galuh who opened his eyes at him.

“Don't mess around, don't even try to find a chance in cramping!” galuh said fiercely, by clenching his hands in front of the face of Reza who immediately laughed off to see it.

Galuh opened the car door after saying thank you first to the driver who had driven him home and helped him carry his suitcase to the front door of his house, while Reza followed him from behind.

“Mr wait a minute. I'd like to take my fiancee first,” saying goodbye to Reza the driver, who replied with a ready speech.

“One of a kind does not necessarily work. How to fuck, yank?” as Reza accompanied Galuh's steps, he took over and helped Galuh's suitcase into his house and placed it on the doorstep of the woman's room.

“Nah, tuh tau!” galuh Sahut.

“Ish!”

Galuh chuckled, “Here home, I want to continue sleeping again. Sleepy tau,” throw Galuh by pushing Reza's shoulder out of his house.

“Iya, yes I'm home.” Reza grabbed Galuh's hand and clasped it tightly. “Later tonight I pick up at seven, get ready ya baby.”

“Hem.”

Reza smiled, rubbing her female hair. “Dah, break there.”

“Bang, wait a minute. Later that night a casual event or what, do I have to wear a dress or ordinary clothes?” galuh asked Reza, holding back his steps, as the man was about to turn around to leave his house.

“Scoff, yank. Just your smile. Whatever clothes you wear will definitely look beautiful in my eyes,” said Reza with a big smile.

“Dih, why be a rombal pinter now?”

“It's not a dreadlocks, yank. Facts!”

“Yes, last night I'm waiting for you to pick up.” Galuh waved his hand, “Be careful!”

After Reza's departure, Galuh went into his room and laid his body on the bed. Drowsiness that attacked since leaving the airport suddenly disappeared changing hunger.

“Aargh, even hungry!” galuh murmured, rubbing his stomach that sounded loud.

Inevitably he got out of bed and rushed to the kitchen of his house. Lucky mom gave him a lot of food to take home, so Galuh just need to heat it up.

While waiting for Reza to come pick him up, Galuh packed his suitcase. Tidy up his things, then prepare the clothes he will wear to go to Reza's house later.

The choice fell on a simple dress along the knee and hanging sleeves with floral motifs. The material is adem on the body, and Galuh likes to wear it. When the man came to pick him up, Galuh was a little stunned because of his perfect appearance.

Reza wears a suit complete with matching color tie, his shoes are shiny and his haircut is very neat.

“He said a relaxing event, kok Abang looks like you want the official party?” ask Galuh.

“Times anyway, this is a regular time. Kan I like to wear a suit also if working,” said Reza.

“I'm not wrong to wear clothes, do I need to change clothes too. Let it look exactly the same Brother?”

“No need, you are beautiful wearing that dress. I like.”

Galuh smiled shyly, that night they headed for Reza's house. Arriving there, Galuh was stunned again because the female guests present all wore beautiful dresses and beautiful makeup unlike her who wore a simple dress and thin powder on her face.
