Galuh panicked when he found Reza asleep with his nose bleeding fresh blood. She couldn't help but cry at her husband's seemingly helpless condition. Aided by security guards at the front post, they move Reza into a car and take her to the hospital.
Reza's eyes opened for a moment, spinning like he was looking for something. “Where my wife,” whispered in a weak voice, while pulling the tip of the clothes of people nearby. “Please help me sit down, Sir.”
“Non Galuh is still behind, Mr.” Answer the driver, while helping Reza to sit back and put a long pillow behind his back.
Reza turned his face, and tried to smile when he saw Galuh coming closer with Mala's housekeeper who accompanied them at the villa.
“Honey,” call Reza, still with the body leaning he reached out his hand which was immediately greeted Galuh who was still standing near the open car door.
“Be careful, Non.” Bik Mala, stand behind Galuh and help him get into the car.
Galuh smiled back and nodded, relieved to see Reza was awake. Slowly one foot rose, but suddenly stopped for a moment. His free, strong arm gripped the backrest of a nearby chair as he felt his stomach tighten again.
“Non Galuh!” Bik Mala cried worried, seeing Galuh grimacing with pain. He rubbed Galuh's waist plan. “What's the baby's motion again, Non?”
“Yes, Bik.” Galuh nodded, biting his lips. He held his breath and gently rubbed his stomach, Galuh lowered his head and whispered softly as if talking to the baby in his womb.
“Yank.” Reza looked anxious, seeing Galuh still standing. He shifted his body closer, but Galuh shook his head and asked him to stay in his place.
“I gapapa, adek again ask dear to his mother.” Galuh said after the pain in his stomach gradually disappeared. “Bik, Aunty ride first. I can do it myself.” Galuh said again when he saw the Mala bik still standing behind him.
“Ya, Non.”
Galuh grabbed a pillow on the side of Reza's body and placed it on her thigh, when she was in the car. She asked Reza to lie down near her, and her husband complied.
The distance from the villa to the city hospital was quite far, it took almost two hours to get there. Not all roads are smooth, some are damaged and hollow. Shocks on the road, keeping Reza awake and coughed.
“Pak, just slowly bring the car.” Struggling with the driver.
“Iya, Non. Sorry, I did not see a hole in front.”
And Galuh became very anxious when she realized that there was fresh blood coming out of Reza's mouth when her husband coughed.
“God, save my husband. Allow us to continue together, see our child born and grow up.” Galuh said a prayer while holding back tears, pleading with Him for the safety of her husband.
Along the way to the hospital, Reza fell asleep again. Galuh continued to hold her husband's hand, and kissed him occasionally.
They arrived at the hospital, greeted by doctor Rendra who had been waiting since. The man immediately asked Galuh to rest in his study while he and his other colleagues handled Reza's condition, which seemed to be getting weaker and unconscious.
“I will keep waiting here,” reject Galuh, choose to survive in the waiting room of the hospital accompanied by a Mala bik. “Please, save my husband.” His eyes filled with fog.
“I will try with all my might to save Reza,” said Rendra, while patting Galuh's hand that was holding his arm. He could not force the woman to follow his words, resting in his study.
Rendra must immediately perform surgery on Reza, the last attempt to save his best friend's life despite the possibility is very small because Reza's condition is very weak and the disease is already very severe. But hope must be there.
A few hours later Galuh's mother came along with her sister, after Galuh contacted them. Galuh need a backrest to make it continue strong, the presence of mama really helps him. The dear woman continued to be by his side and gave him many words that were able to make him calmer.
“Give everything to God, only to Him do we ask and ask for help.” Mama rubbed Galuh's shoulder in her arms.
Before marriage, Galuh had seen Reza sick and from his nose bleed fresh. Reza said it was a regular nosebleed. It often happens when he is tired of working. Galuh believed everything he said, because Reza looked healthy and fit afterwards. Never thought that the man had hidden his illness for so long.
As time goes on and the two become close, Reza confesses her feelings for Galuh and suddenly proposes to her. But Galuh did not take it for granted, he asked for time to think. And during that time, Reza always paid more attention to him. Sometimes looking for ways to meet and invite her to eat together.
Not only approached Galuh, Reza also approached his family. Until there was one disaster that befell the Galuh family, who finally re-close the relationship of the two who had previously stretched because of the presence of doctor Kevin among them.
Although Galuh said that they were just ordinary friends, Reza still could not accept it. Their closeness makes Reza not like, he openly talked to Kevin that Galuh is his future wife.
Galuh smiled when he remembered the past events, all his memories with Reza when he was not married. The first meeting that began with a dispute because of the attitude of Reza who likes to play orders.
If asked if he regretted marrying Reza because the man turned out to be seriously ill, Galuh firmly replied no. Especially now in his womb grew the fruit of their love. Galuh loves her husband, she knows Reza's greatest wish is to marry him. Her husband fell in love with her from the first sight.
Deep sadness felt by her husband after the loss of oma and papa. Reza collapsed, unable to endure all the grief. All the work is handled by her two best friends, while Reza goes through treatment and rests at the family villa.
“Congratulations.” Mama patted his cheeks, resuscitating Galuh from her long daydream.
Galuh opened her eyes, and saw mama smiling at him. He straightened his body, in front of them stood Rendra and a female nurse beside him. The man nodded at her, and mama helped her up.
“You can see it now,” said Rendra as he led his way. Mama just looked at him, and waited for him there because only one person could meet Reza in her room.
Galuh entered Reza's room, walking with a trembling body. When she saw her husband was asleep, her face looked so peaceful with both hands on both sides of her body.
No more medical devices stuck to his body, only a blanket that closed to the chest limit as Reza's last request to Rendra before the man underwent surgery. He didn't want me to see him that way.
“Abang,” greeted Galuh with a vibrating voice, she sat in a chair near the position of her husband's head. Her hand cupped Reza's skinny fingers, and stuck them on her cheek. Tears could no longer be held back.
Reza's eyes blinked and opened slowly, staring Galuh deep and long as if painting that beautiful face in his memory. “Hai, babe.”
Galuh peeped Reza's palm. “Hai, my dear husband.” Reply Galuh ras.
"You know, I love you so much. I'm sorry, for not being able to keep my promise to you is also our son." Reza rubbed Galuh's wet cheeks.
Galuh shook his head strongly, while continuing to sob. Reza's gaze went down, staring at Galuh's stomach. His hand stretched out and rubbed it gently, the corner of his eyes watering. “I'm sorry Papa, son. Sorry.”
Galuh could not bear it, he stood hugging Reza and let the man cry while continuing to kiss his stomach. Repeatedly saying sorry. They cry together.
Then Galuh felt Reza's body slump in her arms, and her head drooping weakly on her shoulder. Galuh gasped, her hands firmly encapsulated her husband's body and held him in the chest. But Reza was again unconscious, Galuh's body was pushed forward not strong enough to hold the weight of Reza's body in his hands.
“Abang, wake up!” galuh screeched, but the body did not move. “Doctor, please my husband!”
Galuh cried out hysterically, Rendra who was standing guard in front rushed inside. He immediately checked on Reza with a nurse. A while passed, and Rendra turned to Galuh and slowly shook his head.
What happened next was only a dark shadow that was in front of his eyes, Galuh's body was limp and fell unconscious along with a clear liquid that seeped out from between his legs.
