If Tomorrow Never Come

If Tomorrow Never Come
Chapter 54. Wedding plans

Galuh blinked, opened his eyes slowly and blushed shyly to find a pair of eyes that were staring at him meaningfully. Her long hair was scattered on a white pillow, a mess. The strap's gone out of nowhere.

Reza was lying on his side with one hand slipping under his pillow, his eyes still looking at the face of the woman beside him.

“Good morning, dear.” Reza rubbed the fallen strands of Galuh's hair covering part of her cheek, then slipped them behind her ear.

“Morning too, Brother.” Galuh Sahut slowly.

Reza chuckled, anxious to see his shy-looking woman's behavior. Intending to tease, Reza brought her face closer slashing the distance between them.

“Eh! What do you want to do?” Galuh put his face back, his hands reflexively pushed Reza's lips away.

“Gemes, want your tium.”

“Dih, not yet a toothbrush as well.”

The man laughed happily and held Galuh's hand on his lips, then kissed her softly. “Means if you have a toothbrush can dong ditium you?”

“Miss!”

Galuh pulled his hand, then grabbed the blanket on his feet and pulled it up to cover part of his face. He only realized that from last night they slept one bed, and his free hand shamelessly hugged Reza's waist.

Reza laughed, Galuh scowled. The man managed to tease her.

“Thank you, baby. You want to accompany me to stay here,” said Reza Lirih, touching Galuh's hand fingers that poked behind the blanket he wore.

“Abang is good, not nosebleed again?” Galuh dropped the blanket, instead of touching his hands under Reza's nose.

Reza nodded, “Thanks to you, I feel much better now.”

“Thank God, you need to stay healthy. There are still many things I want to do together with Brother,” continued Galuh.

Reza nodded, “I love you, yank. Thank you for accepting my proposal, I'm so happy.”

Galuh smiled back nodding, “Love you too.”

After making the decision to accept Reza's proposal that night, Galuh was relieved.

Love is blind, love is also willing to sacrifice. When we meet someone who is very meaningful in our lives, will not we be willing to do anything for him.

During his two days in the hospital, Galuh continued to be beside Reza. Even when mister Mahendra and oma were there, Galuh did not budge in the slightest from his side.

The opportunity was used by Reza to tell his family that they were getting married.

“Pa, Oma, Galuh has accepted my proposal and agreed to marry me.”

Oma Reza cried happily and immediately hugged Galuh. “Oma very happy to hear it, we will have a big party.”

Mr. Mahendra rubbed his son's shoulders and smiled with relief. “Congratulations yes, you finally managed to snatch his heart.”

“We must invite Galuh family to come home, discuss your wedding plans later. Have you decided the day?” ask Oma.

Galuh shook his head, then looked at Reza. He had not had time to think about it, even his family in the village did not know their wedding plans. It all feels so fast.

Reza smiled understandably, his hand grabbed the woman's fingers and grasped them tightly. “We have not told them this, the plan is this morning Reza wants to call mom in the village.”

“Faster is better, good thing do not delay. You should immediately talk about this to Galuh's mother in the village,” said oma Reza.

The Galuh family in the village welcomed the news of their daughter's wedding with joy, moreover they all knew Reza well.

Restu has been obtained, only about the time of the event. Reza and Galuh leave everything to those who are considered older and experienced. Until both parties agree to the implementation of the event, held next Sunday.

“Hah, Next week?!” galuh could not cover his surprise.

“You better get married first, the party can be held later.” Oma.

“What's not too fast, Oma. Just one week of preparation?” galuh asked again, he glanced at Reza again. But the man just kept quiet and seemed to agree with his oman's wishes.

“Papa thought it was a good idea, Galuh family in the village also agreed your wedding is held next week.” Tymphal mr Mahendra.

Galuh nodded resignedly, no longer able to oppose oma's speech. He saw clearly how that day the atmosphere in Reza's hospital room turned bustling.

Reza's two best friends and coworkers immediately came to see him in the hospital, as well as Luna. That afternoon the atmosphere in Reza's nursery became excited, after they heard the news of Galuh and Reza's wedding.

“You must be surprised to hear it,” Galuh said when he was left alone with Luna. Reza was with her two best friends on the balcony of the hospital right next to Reza's room.

“I myself still do not believe will be married next week,” Galuh said slowly.

Luna bit the bean bun in her hand, too shocked that she unknowingly ate her own cake that she had originally given to Reza.

“I'm thinking, how will I be if you don't work at the mall anymore. Don’t leave me alone, babe.”

“Lebay, ih.”

“You must have quit your job, I'm sure Reza won't let you work in the mall again.”

“I haven't talked about it as a brother, but there's a good chance I'll resign. But before that happens, we can still gather together at employee holiday events.”

“Yes, but I'm alone. While you already have a halal partner,” said Luna with the face of the nelangsa.

Galuh laughed to see it, he hugged Luna's arm and leaned his face on her best friend's shoulder. “Thank you, Lun. You are my best friend.”

Luna patted Galuh's hand. “Congratulations yes, Luh. You will finally get married to Reza.”

Reza went into the room with Danil, stunned for a moment to see the two women in front of him who were hugging each other for a long time. Luna's face looked sad, and Reza could guess what caused it.

“You don't want to say congratulations to me, Lun?” reza asked, then sat down next to Galuh.

Luna glanced at a glance, then went back to chewing her food. “Please, Mr. Reza. Just for today, don't show your affection in front of me. Have mercy on this single me.”

“Ish! Finish the food first, mouth full so talk!” reprimand Danil.

“Biarin!”

Reza laughs at Luna's behavior, she grapples her arm around Galuh's shoulder and pulls him closer to her body.

“Kan, that's it again. You really don't understand how I feel.”

“Dah, sit the same I'm here. Let me hug!” take Danil who was immediately greeted by Luna's sneer.

“Males, which is not a friendly attitude. Even shoulder pain I gripped with Lo!” luna Sahut.

“Ish!”

“Here sit beside Danil, don't keep fighting. Both singles, what's wrong with making up for each other. Who knows if you're a soul mate,” god Reza.

“Yes if I want to, do not know Luna.”

“Males, Lo mah play boy! There I'm sick ati in duain keep the same Lo,” reply Luna.

“Ish, slander it! I'm a good boy, Lun.”

Reza only shook his head at the debate between the two, his gaze turning to Galuh who looked half-dreaming.

“What's up, yank. How was it from just silence?”

Galuh smiled and rubbed Reza's chin, he leaned his head on the chest of Reza's field. “I'm glad you're healthy again, I'm also happy with our wedding plans.”

Reza tightened his arms, his fingers gently rubbing Galuh's shoulders. “I also can't wait for that day to arrive.”

Galuh immediately scrunched his shoulders, he looked up at Reza's face. “What is Happy Brother?”

“Very happy, it's a long day I've been waiting for. Marry the woman I love. You!”

Galuh smiled to hear it, although previously he did not want to marry young. But this time she had no doubts about her decision to marry Reza.
