Chapter.121 Where Are You?

Mrs Alberic held back angrily at the attitude of her son who showed panic. He stood next to Alexander.

"Who are you looking for?"

"Mom, don't force me to be rude, I don't want to joke!"

"Indeed, since when do you like to joke, I've even forgotten how you smile" said Mrs Alberic.

"Mom!"

Mrs Alberic snorted angrily, then left Alexander.

"Mom, tell me first where you hid Ivona!" alexander shouted, until the voice echoed in the living room.

Mrs Alberic did not care at all about her son's request, she continued to step up the stairs. Leaving the son who was very upset with him.

Seeing that his mother did not care at all, Alexander rushed to find Ivona himself at the Alberic palace. "Btv ... Ivona, where are you?" alexander shouted towards the back of the mansion. He kept calling Ivona by name until the servants he met in the house were astonished that there was no one there.

Evan and Ivona simultaneously turned to Alexander who was standing at the door. The two of them who had kneeled down to play with Max immediately stood up.

Seeing Ivona doing well, Alexander breathed a sigh of relief. All is unlike what he had imagined before, when he gets word from his men that he is assigned to watch over Ivona. When news of Ivona being picked up by his mother's confidants, Alexander immediately panicked. She was afraid her mother was acting out of reason to Ivona.

"You okay?"

Ivona nodded despite being confused by the true intent of Alexander's question. There's no reason for Ivona not to be okay.

Alexander walked up to Ivona and immediately hugged the girl. "I'm worried about you" whispered Alexander.

Ivona's getting confused. Alexander worried about him? Worrying about what?

"What do you think, so much that you're so worried?" his mother's voice caused Alexander to release Ivona from his arms. His mother was just like a psychic, she even knew what Alexander was thinking and feeling.

"Are you afraid I'll hurt your girl?" please, Mrs Alberic.

"Mom!" alexander protested about the mention of the word 'your girl'.

"Prove to me if she's worthy, and I'll let you live in peace, or let me rule your future" Mrs Alberic said before leaving.

Ivona looked at Alexander with a frown. "What does your mother mean?"

Alexander sighed annoyed at his mother's words. "Forget it, my mother does like to slur," replied Alexander of origin.

"You're really okay, aren't you?" The man intended to divert the conversation.

"Of course Ivona's sister is fine, me and Max are always looking after her."

Alexander stared cynically at Evan—sang's sister. "I'm not talking to you!"

"While you don't like it, I'll still take care of Ivona!"

Alexander rolled his eyes lazily in response to Evan's remark. "Let's go!" He takes Ivona by the hand and takes the girl out of Evan's room.

"Basic freak!" as if Evan saw his own brother's behavior. Max who was beside Evan barked as if agreeing with what Evan said about Alexander.

"You agree with me, don't you, Max?"

Evan smiled to himself with his thoughts.

One Month Passed

Days have passed since Ivona visited the Alberic family home. Alexander immediately drove him home to the Iswara family.

From that day on, Ivona no longer met Alexander. Once, after returning from the Alberic mansion, the man once said, "I may be very busy so we will rarely meet, or we may not meet at all. You can focus on taking care of your grandfather as well as your graduation exam."

"Am I interrupting?"
