Chapter.164 Joke

Ivona is shocked by what Aldrich is currently doing to her. Without his permission this man kissed her in public. Logically rejecting all Aldrich's treatment, resuscitated his frozen body. Ivona consciously pushed Aldrich's body against her. Without pause, a single loud slap floated onto Aldrich Ryder's handsome face.

Once again, the guests were surprised by the couple who were being talked about. They were stunned to believe that an Aldrich Ryder would be humiliated by the woman he had just announced as his future wife.

Of course Aldrich was the one who was most shocked at having to feel the heat of Ivona's smooth hand. Just like Ivona, Aldrich's eyes widened and looked at Ivona while holding her hot cheek. His eyes were sharp at Ivona for what the girl had just done.

"It's not funny!" ivona insists before finally passing leaving Aldrich alone on stage. She did not care about the anger she saw on her future husband's face.

Aldrich stared at Ivona's departure with anger lingering in his heart. However, looking at the invited guest who still made him the center of attention, in an instant the man was able to control his expression. He is a man who is good at controlling things. Aldrich immediately grabbed the microphone, and put a smile on his lips as if the incident was nothing out of the ordinary that should make them flabbergasted.

"Oh .. sorry, I think he's embarrassed. Yes ... she's shy. He, um ____" Aldrich smiled on stage trying to control the situation so that the incident was not a bad conversation for his image.

"You know, she's never had a boyfriend before. I was the first and he didn't like it when I'd spread affection in front of a lot of people, yeah." Now Aldrich laughs as if the story he tells is a funny story of a plain girl who has never kissed.

"Alright, I think I should go after my girl first before she gets really mad at me and makes me fail to send out invitations to all of you. I'm sorry Mr. Gilbert has interrupted your party, I promise you'll be compensated for what I did, and for everyone in the audience, enjoy your party and wait for my invitation." Aldrich again ended his speech with a joke before he went down and chased after Ivona.

As he exits the venue Aldrich no longer sees Ivona. "Where is he, he's quickly gone, '" he grumbled.

Aldrich pulled out his phone and called Ivona. Went on, but not lifted. Several times Aldrich tried to call Ivona, and the result was the same. The girl did not want to answer all the calls from him.

Aldrich decided to take the car and try to find it while walking. Along the unrelenting road Aldrich tries to contact Ivona until he has half-way to the mansion. Aldrich chose to go home, feeling that Ivona must be home. And sure enough, when he got home and met his mother Helena would immediately pounce on him.

"Aldrich, what a real man's attitude is like, huh!" nagel Helena.

"Did your Mom and Dad teach you to be unkind to women? why did you let your future wife go home by herself in a taxi, what were you doing there. Did you make her jealous and angry?" Helena continued to pry Aldrich with questions.

"Mom, can we talk later. I want to meet him now, ok." Aldrich left immediately and Helena did not hold him back.

Just as Ivona was angry, this time Aldrich found Ivona already lying in her bed. Aldrich tried to get closer and got on the bed. She saw Ivona lying still with her makeup on, but her shoes had been removed, her dress had been changed with a makeshift t-shirt. This girl may not have time to clean it because she knows that Aldrich will be home soon, so she let her makeup still stick to her face. If this is the case, Aldrich's anger because of Ivona's attitude at the party vanished already.

"Hey ... are you angry?" Aldrich tried to talk, even though he knew Ivona was angry.

"I know you haven't slept."

Ivona did not respond, she kept pretending to close her eyes. He doesn't want to fuss with this guy at night.

"But you're angry why? is it because I kissed you?" Aldrich smiled to himself, for him it was impossible.

"Oh .. Come on, you won't be angry because I kissed you, will you? After all it was just a kiss, nothing special," he said without a second thought.

"You're not the first teenage girl to kiss, are you, so you can't be angry!"

"Hey .. I know you haven't slept so answer me!"

Aldrich continued to speak alone and Ivona, despite hearing that everyone chose to pretend to be deaf. He let Aldrich Ryder get tired of himself. It worked, because after all the questions were thrown and none of them were answered by Ivona, Aldrich chose to get out of bed and leave the room. Upon hearing the sound of the door closing, Ivona flipped over and opened her eyes. He took no stance other than to choose to return to eye-catching and improve his mood.

Until morning, Ivona did not see Aldrich sleeping on the sofa as usual and she did not care where the man was last night. After coming from the bathroom and seeing her face full of terrible makeup still stuck on her face she chose to immediately clean it up. Ivona took the entire makeup cleaning kit to the top of the sofa where Aldrich usually slept.

He began by cleaning his face with a water cleanser that he poured over a cotton swab and rubbed it slowly into his closed eyes. Until someone suddenly sits in front of him and takes over his duties.

Aldrich, the man surprisingly took the cotton in Ivona's hand and helped the girl clean her face. Still carrying a pique last night, Ivona this time chose silence and let the man wipe his face with the cleaning cotton swab.

"You still angry?" aldrich asked who saw an annoyed look on Ivona's face. Although not considered by Ivona, Aldrich still managed to clean his girl's face. He even replaced the cotton that was dirty because it was full of old habits. He rubbed it back on Ivona's face until it was clean. Finally left Ivona's lips that still look red because of lipstick, he also helped Ivona until the color of lipstick on the lips of the girl faded.

"So you're really mad that I kissed you?" Aldrich can still consider this a joke. And that kiss was just to prove his conjecture.

"Why?"

Ivona growled furiously, and she threw Aldrich's hand, holding his hand. He was about to stand up but Aldrich held him back.

"Sit down, we can talk about everything. Don't act like a kid, because it doesn't suit you. Tell me what you want and what you don't like."

Ivona looked at Aldrich and said, "I don't like being the subject of your jokes!"

"Who thinks you're a joke? if it's about kissing, isn't that natural. I'm your husband-to-be, and I introduced you in public and then I kissed you, and where's the harm?"

Hearing Aldrich's explanation made Ivona frown, this man still did not feel guilty.

"Hey, we don't live in a country that prohibits kissing between couples in public. I've already announced to everyone that we're getting married, so where's the harm in kissing my future wife? You're not a kid until I get hit by the moonlight when I kiss you _____"

"You didn't ask my permission!" cut Ivona fast.

"What!" peekit Aldrich's.

"Yes ... Why didn't you ask permission before you did?"

"Huh ...." Aldrich wanted to laugh at it. "If I had your permission, would you let me kiss you?" ask Aldrich back.

Ivona hesitates to answer.

"Not necessarily, is it?" Aldrich took a breath. "So, don't make something small big. I just kissed you. I didn't do more to you. You know why?" Aldrich fell silent, waiting for Ivona's reply.

"Because I respect you. You know why I've been sleeping on the couch and not in bed with you?" Aldrich's eyes looked seriously at Ivona.

"It's also because I'm keeping your privacy."

Ivona became increasingly silent with all of Aldrich's confessions. Is it true that the man thought so much to that extent.

"On last night why I kissed you, to be honest I was upset with Whesley. I wanted to avenge her, and I had already considered the actions I took when I kissed you. I think everything's gonna be okay, 'cause I'm sure you must've kissed before."

Ivona was still silent, this time with a look of shame on her face.

"Are I not the first?"

"Oh ... God, you've never kissed?" Aldrich Goda.

Feeling back into the joke, Ivona who was willing to forgive after hearing Aldrich's plausible explanation so back up blood. He took the couch cushion he had been resting on and threw it in Aldrich's face and stood up and left.

Aldrich moved faster before the girl was far away leaving him Aldrich could grab Ivona's wrist and pull her back. As he wanted Ivona to fall right on his lap. Ivona could not dwell anymore, thrashing was useless because Aldrich held him firmly.

"Why should I be ashamed, I'm so proud to be the first for you. It will make our relationship easier going forward" Aldrich said with a glued look at the owner of the beautiful bead on his lap.

The two of them were silent to each other with their thoughts.

"You made me fall into your charm and drown in the mystery of your presence."
