La Luna (Bias Asa)

La Luna (Bias Asa)
Chapter 102

"So I caused Stefan to die, Uncle?"

"No Luna. It's part of the path of destiny. Every man in the Efrain family is obliged to look after his woman as well as his other brother."

William then stood up and patted his nephew briefly on the shoulder. "Rest, you need it right now. Uncle's gonna see your aunt first."

The middle-aged man decided to get out, before he himself fell dissolved back in grief.

"Uncle."

William stopped and looked at Luna.

"Thank you for raising Stefan so well" said Luna sincerely.

William only smiled slightly then nodded and continued in his footsteps.

"Ag, follow your sister to America. He is stubborn. It can't be a regular accident."

Ellard who had recovered from her illness immediately returned to the company to help Aglen who was panting take care of 3 companies at once.

The company led by Adam is threatened to go out of business because of the many losses they suffer uncontrollably due to Adam.

"Luna's an adult, Pa. Time and time again he tried to solve his own problems.whose papa was too worried."

"I'm a father, Ag. Neither you nor your sister, I must be worried."

Ellard walked back and forth worrying about Luna's condition. Moreover, he just got the news that Luna had just realized due to falling on Stefan's grave.

"Is it true that Luna is amnesiac and doesn't remember the incident when Stefan sacrificed himself for you?"

Aglen had heard it from his uncle. But he wanted to make sure by hearing from the mouth of the father who had contacted Luna directly.

"I also wonder why it was that event that disappeared from Luna's memory. Why not something else, I think it's a lot more traumatizing like Elea's abduction."

The two people of different ages stared at each other.

"Are they that close, Ag?"

"Where do I know, Pa. It wasn't Papa who accompanied Luna for over five years here. Papa should know more about them." Aglen threw away his face no matter what.

"I don't know the affairs of young people. But they've been close ever since Luna got into trouble, and I did have Stefan look after Luna. Because Stefan's our family's only here."

In Ellard's heart was still confused about this incident. Even Luna did not ask Adam who was undergoing the examination process for Elea's kidnapping here.

"Papa just call Papa's daughter. Ask her current condition. Or maybe there's something we can do to help him there" said Aglen, who seemed uninterested in discussing the closeness of the two.

"You haven't changed either! Be a little empathetic for women to stick to you. You're almost forty years old, Ag. And Papa's getting old."

Ellard gave his son a message. He wanted to say that the time to accompany his children is decreasing in this world.

"I don't need that to hook them, Pa. I have more than that."

"Prove your words! Papa doesn't want to know, you have to stay there to see your sister. Get Evelyn! I'd like to check some papers" said Ellard, who took the seat that Aglen had been sitting on.

"He's sick."

"ill? Has anyone seen him? What pain?"

Ellard sounded so attentive, it upset Aglen.

"Papa is like his lover! What's with the others too?"

Ellard clucked in annoyance. "Everybody who works here, Papa, pay attention. Starting from cleaning service to the Board of Directors. If Papa can't see him, Papa will send people as representatives. Where have you been all this time? Don't-don't, the way you work in America like that?" guess Ellard while looking hard at Aglen.

"Of course not. There's my secretary representing him, Pa. I mean, it doesn't have to be that way" Aglen defended himself.

"All right. I have a need at the police station. Today I'm going through an investigation as a witness to Adam's crimes . My friend gave me all of Adam's dilapidated evidence. He doesn't want to be involved."

Aglen reasoned that her father would not tell her to visit Evelyn in the hospital. Although he actually did undergo an examination.

"You can all go. Just a little stop by the hospital!"

"Yes ... Yeah...."

Aglen gave up in the end. The father will grumble at length if he does not immediately agree. While later things can stop by or not that's the business of late.

"Bi ... Where's Elea?" ask Luna to the waiter who took the former plate on the nightstand. He no longer asked about Stefan because the servants there seemed to be evading.

"Miss Elea rested in her room Madam," replied the maid. He no longer showed his face, and kept his head down.

Luna was still confused by him. He could not remember the event at all. Only a few pieces of the incident were scattered, it also made himself a great headache if until the flashes crossed his brain.

William the uncle had told him what he knew. Two people are still witnesses to the incident. The father and his bodyguard, Alex. Because according to the uncle, the two men were at the scene with Luna.

That means he should return as soon as possible to Canada. But how is it possible, he must learn independently first so as not to bother others when returning there.

The woman got up, crept by holding on to the edge of the bed. He used his foot as a pedestal to reach a wheelchair not far from him.

"Finally.." he murmured softly. Apparently he had to need extra struggle just to move his body. Not to mention the tiredness of not getting used to it.

Luna wants to go back to Stefan's grave. Maybe he got something there.

He immediately pressed a button on his wheelchair to walk to the elevator.

Yes, fortunately, in Stefan's large house, using an elevator to climb to each floor. Until he does not have to trouble others with his current condition.

Ting!

The elevator door opened and he was downstairs now.

"Where are you going, Luna?"

William was apparently behind Luna without the woman noticing. The uncle's room was on the same floor as him.

"I'm going to Stefan's grave, Uncle. Who knows I remember something" Luna replied after stopping her wheelchair.

"Don't force it, Luna. You still need a lot of rest. Go back to your room" William said, who was worried about the nephew's health.

He had a mandate from his wife to ban Luna from going there for a while. Because remembering the incident that made the middle-aged woman tremble due to worry.

It was like Christina was in the pain of Luna. And Christina no longer wanted to lose another member of her family.

"But uncle, I'm fine." Luna tried to convince William. But it seems free.

"Uncle says, go back to your room!"

William immediately left after saying that. Luna did not dare to argue. Because William told Leo to help push Luna's wheelchair into his room despite Luna's refusal.

"Just get here, Le."

Luna clutched Leo's wrist. Asking William's bodyguard to let go of his back hand.

"Sorry, Madam. I just carry out the orders. I have to make sure Madam gets to the room safely."

Leo just reasoned. Then the man led Luna to her room. Even Leo closed the door to Luna's room.
