Chapter 61

Luna heard a scream of agony from Stefan after a violent shootout outside. His brain was instantly empty, he was afraid that something might happen to the man.

"Steffin!" call Luna, as soon as she wakes up. Hoping for the man to answer him and say the conditions outside. But what he heard was a relentless barrage of bullets.

The frightened Luna, strengthened her heart. Full of energy, he again swung the axe to damage the door that was holding him inside.

After trying for some time, his struggle finally came to fruition. The door was broken and finally opened.

Just about to get out, a long iron almost hit Luna's head, if the woman did not duck.

"Luna!" stefan shouted in shock when he heard the thrown iron hit the wall. Because the door that was protecting Luna inside was broken.

Even the man did not know if Luna managed to damage the door she had locked with the iron rod earlier.

"Come in! There are so many and!" tell Stefan who's worried if there's a bullet to the woman.

"I want to help you. Your arm hurt Stefan," Luna's great-grandson innocently. He did not care about the situation that happened.

Luna was crouching over her head with both hands. His eyes were fixed on Stefan's blood-splitting arm.

"I'm fine. Come on in, don't be there. They keep shooting at us." Stefan refocused on the enemies ahead. Fortunately, he was completely prepared with a lot of bullets today. Although alone, at least with complete weaponry, Stefan felt able to fight them.

"You should go out with them." Stefan forced, he refilled the bullets in his long-barreled weapon. "Come on!"

Stefan shot blindly. He immediately pulled Luna out of this mess. Even the pain in his arm due to the bullet was not felt at all.

Ellard and Alex are out. They waited for Luna and Stefan while occasionally shooting at Lu Xi's gang members who were one or two out chasing them.

On the way to get Luna out of the building, Stefan reveals something shocking.

"You must survive!"

"We're Stefan! We all need to survive!"

"Thank you for carrying it and giving birth to it." Stefan's eyes were wet, but he kept fighting against those people.

Luna's stunned. Could Stefan know? He stopped his steps, but Stefan kept pulling him because it was impossible to survive if they just stopped.

"Thank you for loving her so much, I'm sorry." Stefan was still making a sound even though his eyes were not on Luna.

Luna sobs. Why would a man apologize at a time like this.

"You're purposely forgiving me!?" Luna said to Stefan's emotions. "You gave me no choice but to forgive."

Luna's tears kept flowing.

"No Luna. I'm just afraid that this... It's the last for me."

"What did you say!?" Luna's heart suddenly became hot and sick. He felt nothing that made him sad. But the tears won't stop. It hurt so much to hear Stefan feel like this is the end of his life.

"I won't let you die so easily like this!" said Luna loudly. The woman beat the sick hand of Stefan, then tried to escape, but to no avail. Stefan clasped his hand tightly.

"Lex, I need protection!" stefan shouted as their distance got closer. And almost reached the exit.

"Ready, Master!"

Alex and some of his men make an open circle to protect his master.

They've entered the circle. And Stefan released his hand link with Luna.

"Make sure they're safe, Lex!"

"Ready, Master!"

Stefan hugged Luna. The woman was shocked but did not refuse. Then the man kissed the top of Luna's head and whispered something.

"I love you. Live well. I love you both so much."

Stefan broke his embrace and he left immediately.

"Stefan?"

"Master?" Alex doesn't understand Stefan's actions.

"There must be someone who kills them. I brought. Get out of here!" Stefan showed me a bomb with a big explosive in his hand.

Stefan darted into the building and closed the door. Alex just realized what Stefan meant.

As for Luna, the woman was stunned to see this swift occurrence.

"Stefans! What are you doing!? Alex we're inside again!" luna's Word.

"Can't, Madam. It's gonna be very dangerous. We better get going. We follow Mr. Stefan's message, lest he be in vain for having sacrificed,"

"No! I don't want to. We need to get home with Lex. We can't leave him."
