Chapter 25: The Southern Fort

Only one more crystal remained then this entire ancient magic had been completed, Fel and Carot who had reached the southern fortress which was the farthest fortress of all began to move.

With the demi-human kingdom army he began to rush in, his own army was not knights but witches who could mostly shoot magic far away.

With that power the fortress had been the target of blasting everywhere.

For Fel to just wait, in front of him Carot had elegantly pulled his foul and knocked down the enemies that had survived the attacks of the witches.

When he was about to aim for the last one his footing trembled until he lost his balance. Something came out of the ground making him jump back and forth with Fel.

The culprit is a giant earth rat who can talk.

"How dare you destroy the fortress that I guard, I Bell the envious sin representative will not let him hahah."

Carot directs the entire army to attack, while he will fight the rat.

Fel also drew his sword if he knew he was needed, but obviously he preferred to wait. The earth rat went into the ground to hide itself.

Carot kept himself focused with his bow, as the earth rat jumped at him he rolled over and gave a shot right at his butt.

"Damn."

Fel who noticed just tilted his head was they really a deadly sin, compared to such a terrible thing in the past they did not look that strong.

The earth rat disappeared and came out just like that, several times he dealt a blow to Carot to get injured before hiding back.

His way of fighting really made himself like a coward.

Carot switched from bow to twin sword, when Bell the mole came out he received a double slash until it flew into the air with blood coming out from all over his body.

It was the shortest fight.

The light from the crystal vanished and the ancient magic had been completely eliminated.

"With this I think it's done"

Carot nodded and prepared to leave with the others, Fel followed behind him until a pressure made everyone speechless.

Fel enveloped himself with a light but it was too late when someone grabbed him by the face and obliterated all his abilities.

"Aren't you?"

"Your power fel is troublesome enough that I seal your gate completely, with this everything will be as I wish."

"How can you?"

Everyone suddenly fainted, with a hazy look Fel could see the back of the woman who attacked him, it was unmistakable that he was the supreme angel.

His consciousness began to disappear completely.

On the way I suddenly stopped moving, Kokoro next to me hesitantly asked.

"What's wrong?"

"I felt a bad feeling for a moment, well, I guess it was just a feeling."

"So, whatever it is please don't let your guard down."

"Yes." Yeah."

I threw away the feeling and went straight to the palace, where many people had become corpses as if they were dead cities.
