Legends of All Time
Chapter 21 - Legends of All Time

"Where are these people going, huh? Kok deserted very," I muttered in astonishment because I did not see a single citizen standing guard at the village border. In fact, usually there must always be citizens who stand guard at the border for twenty-four hours.

In addition, the atmosphere of the village also felt somewhat different than usual. The torches, which are usually hung in front of people's houses as lighting, mostly disappear, making the village atmosphere much darker and quieter than usual.

Feeling that something was strange, we decided to go around and look around for a while before going home.

"What is your village so gloomy?" javier.

"I don't know, usually not gini, either" I replied.

"Don't our village be plundered?" ask Drian.

"It seems impossible. If abis is looted, the houses must be a mess, but this is all good," Angel replied.

"Is it possible ...they're hiding and giving us a surprise?" I said.

"It could be," replied Drian.

We continued to walk around, and when we arrived in front of the home, we were quite surprised to find the mothers and children of the home were gathered with a sad look mixed with anxiety, some even crying, some were crying, the one who was crying was Ms. Ratna.

And strangely, there were only mothers and children of the home, but there were not a single father.

Because of curiosity mixed with worry, me, Drian, Angel, and Javier immediately rushed to them.

"What's up, Mom? How about gathering here?" manya panic.

"Oh, you guys back? Sorry, did not have time to welcome you," said Bibi Nur, Angel's mother, holding one of the children's homes.

"No problem, Bik, but what is it?" my many.

"That's ... Susi ... she said on the mountain," replied Bibi Nur.

Hearing that, me, Drian, and Angel were immediately stunned.

"Where is the story how can Lusi to say on the mountain?" my many.

"So, this afternoon fitting the children again on playing hide and seek in the meadow deket mountain, they said they could not find Lusi. Ahmad said, Lusi was hiding in the mountain, but had not been searched to meet," explained Bibi Nur.

"What now, Bik?" ask Drian.

"Now the fathers again on Nyariin Lusi," replied Bibi Nur.

"What mountain is it?" my many.

"That's it, on that mountain." The mountain that Bibi Nur means is the second of three mountains that flank our village.

"So, we'll be coming along, too" I said, then invite Drian to hurry up.

"I'm coming, too" said Javier.

Not wanting to waste time, me, Drian, and Javier immediately rushed after the group of fathers who were looking for Luci. We also asked Angel to remain in the village to accompany the mothers and children of the orphanage.

With all our might, we ran towards the mountain in question.

"Can't you run any slower?" shouted Javier who was left far behind.

"Ah, you are such a hassle!" grumbling.

Because it was in a precarious condition, I decided to hold Javier so that we did not waste too much time.

It did not take long, we managed to catch up with the group of fathers who were looking for Lusi. We could easily find them as they continued to shout while carrying torches in each other's hands while conducting the search.

"Where, sir? Has she met you yet?" I asked the Village Chief who led the search.

"Oh, you guys are home ...? Sorry can not welcome you," said Mr. Village Chief.

"We have come here, but have not met until now" replied the Village Chief.

"Which part hasn't been combed, sir?" my many.

"We've combed the part there, there's only one that hasn't been" replied Uncle Santoso, Drian's father who was also involved in the search.

The area that Uncle Santoso was referring to was the southern area.

"Ok, if that's what we're going to comb over there," I said.

Without any intention of wasting much time, Drian and I immediately ran as hard as they could down the southern mountain area.

We also left Javier with a group of gaffers because Javier could not keep pace. Continuing to carry it will only slow down our search.

While running at high speed among the shady trees that covered most of the mountain area, I kept shouting, "Lusi! Lucia! Where are you? This is Brother Alvin!"

Drian also shouted, "Lusi! Susi!"

Long enough to comb and explore the southern mountain area, we have not found any signs of the existence of Lusi.

We've also expanded our sensory senses to detect signs of the existence of living things around us, but the results are still zero.

Even so, we did not give up. We keep looking and keep looking. Until finally, we detected signs of life about a hundred meters away from where we were.

However, we have not only detected one sign of life, but two.

"Yan, don't you think so?" my many.

"Yes, there are two, right?" reply Drian.

We immediately ran as hard as we could towards the source of the signs of life that we felt.

We are very worried that one of the two signs of life we are feeling is Lusi.

There are two signs of life. In other words, if one of them is indeed Susi, then it means that there is another person with her.

Arriving at the location point, sure enough, one of the signs of life that we feel is Lusi.

But we don't know who the other one belongs to.

When he first found Lusi, he was lying on the ground unconscious.

Drian immediately lifted and held Lusi, while I continued to stare at the big tree that was not far from where we were. It was a place where we felt signs of a second life.

"Who are you? Get out!" I said with a firm tone.

Waiting for a while, no one came out.

The second life signs I felt did not disappear or move. In other words, he was still hiding there.

"Get out or I'll drag you from there." This time I put a little emphasis.

Fearfully, suddenly there was a small creature resembling children coming out from behind the big tree.

Drian and I were in shock when they first saw a small figure resembling a child standing before us with a body trembling in fear.

The creature had quite long ears. He had a pure white skin that looked glittering under the moonlight that entered through the cracks of the tree. His hair was long straight silver. His eyes are bright blue. His size was quite small and petite, probably because he was still a child.

In addition, he uses a leather shirt that looks ragged.

The form of the creature really resembles the depiction of the elf race, the race said to be the rarest in the world, the race that is used as a symbol of absolute beauty.
