After traveling for about twelve hours, about three in the morning, we finally reached the center of Lisbon.
Arriving there, we immediately went around looking for the Fairy Guild branch that was there.
My first impression of the City of Lisbon, I was quite amazed because the city is very clean and neatly organized.
There are so many beautiful buildings lined up along the sides. Yellow street lights also add to the beautiful atmosphere of the night here.
Although it is early morning, but the atmosphere here is still quite crowded. There are so many young women hanging out on the side of the road. There are also stalls that are still open along the road.
After quite a while of searching and also asking some of the people we met along the way, we finally found the Lisbon branch Fairy Guild building.
"Wow .. cool." I was quite amazed when I first saw the guild building in this city.
When compared with those in Borneo, the building here looks .. not even visible anyway.
The architecture is also very beautiful with quite a lot of human sculpture accents, complete with a garden that stretches wide in the front yard. A large fountain located at the front also adds to the beautiful impression of the building.
I think only the outside is cool, it turns out the inside is also very charming.
The inner area, especially the main hall where ordinary mercenaries gathered, looked extremely clean and fragrant.
It was an interesting experience for me to go to the Lisbon branch Fairy Guild.
"Excuse me! Yuuhuu! Excuse me!" I shouted to summon the mbak-mbak who usually stood guard at the front desk.
"It's closed time yes ...?" drian murmuring.
"Guild is usually open twenty-four hours" Angel said.
Not long after, there were pretty bugs coming out from the inside.
"Can I help you?" ask the mom.
"Mbak, we're from the Borneo branch. We're on a mission, but we're having trouble finding lodging tonight. Can we stay here last night?" That's what I said. In fact, we just want to save on accommodation costs.
"May I see your license?" ask the mom.
We also gave the card in question.
After checking our license, the mother said, "Please go there. You can use room B."
Not to forget, he also gave us a key.
"Ok, thank you, Ma'am," I said.
Initially, we just wanted to hitchhike in the waiting room, considering that the Borneo branch did not have lodging facilities, but unexpectedly, we were instead given a special room.
I was quite amazed, so amazed even, because the Lisbon branch had to think of such a thing.
It was a pretty amazing experience coming to the Lisbon branch.
Since there was only one bed in the room, we decided to let Angel sleep on the bed, while Drian and I would sleep on the floor.
...
The next day, probably around seven in the morning, we started leaving the room we used before and went to the guild's main room to return the room key we had already used last night.
"Buset race is great."
When I was about to return the room key we used last night, I was quite surprised to see so many people gathered inside the guild building.
"Are they all mercenaries?" ask Angel.
"Maybe ...," replied Drian.
"Can I help you?"
"Weh, Ma'am! Just ngagetin!" I was quite surprised because the front desk guard suddenly appeared from behind.
"Here, we're going to get the keys back" I said.
"Sir, by the way it's a very rame. What's up?" my many.
"It's always crowded here. They were all waiting for the opening of the mission board," replied the ma'am.
"Whose mission board was cleared?" my many.
"That's because the mission that goes in every day is quite limited. So, for those who want to take daily missions, they have to be fast motion. Otherwise, yes, there will be no part" replied the mother.
"Mission board is open!" shouted a man standing near the mission board.
People then immediately scramble to take the mission displayed on the mission board.
I was quite amazed to see that view. Different from the Borneo branch whose mission seems to be unskilled, the mission here is really contested by many people.
Someday, I want to set up my own guild. The management and facilities present in the Lisbon branch Fairy Guild could be a good example. At least that's what I think.
...
Long story short, we began to leave the guild for the town hall to finish our mission immediately, the mission of delivering the box to the Mayor of Lisbon.
We were not allowed to enter the town hall for reasons of not having a permit, but after explaining and showing our mission documents to the officers on guard, we were finally allowed to enter the town hall.
"So, Mr Luis Armstrong sent you?" ask the Mayor.
"Yes, that's how it is" I replied.
"Then, I'll sign your mission papers," said the Mayor.
That way, our mission is complete.
How easy is it? Yeah, I don't understand either.
Before returning to the guild to report on the mission, we stopped by a roadside stall for breakfast.
"Isn't this mission too easy to appreciate ten thousand gale?" my many.
"Yes, I thought so too" said Drian.
"Is it possible that the man named Luis Armstrong just wants to help us?" ask Angel.
"It makes sense" said Drian.
"Yes, the time he supported us ...," I murmured.
While we were chatting while waiting for the food to come ...
"Mas, alms."
Suddenly two little boys came to us. One is female and the other is male. I guess they're probably only seven or eight years old.
Their appearance was very shabby like they had never been taken care of. A pungent smell also smelled from their bodies.
"Have you eaten yet?" my many.
"Yes already. Here sit. The brother ate the full meal" I said.
The two looked at each other for a moment, as if hesitant to accept my offer.
"Not to be afraid. Brother is good. Don't bite" I said trying to convince them.
With hesitation, they finally accepted my offer.
There are two things that make me most pitying, seeing parents who are willing to fight hard for a bite of rice and seeing small children who have to fight for their lives.
"Whose name are you?" ask Angel who is holding the girl.
"My name is Lusi" the girl replied timidly.
"If you?" Angel asked the boy who was sitting between me and Drian.
"My name is Ahmad" he replied, drinking the warm tea we ordered for him.
This angel is a typical person who loves children very much. Every time you meet a child, for some reason, the aura of motherhood always emanates from his face and attitude.
It was one of the things that made me fall in love with her and want to make her the mother of my children, but unfortunately it was just a dream. Ah, it's tragic.
"You guys are begging? Where are your parents going?" ask Angel.
"We have no parents" replied the boy named Ahmad.
"Where do you guys live?" ask Angel again.
"In the parlor" replied Ahmad.
Angel immediately put on a slick look after hearing the child's answer.
I can understand her feelings just by looking at her looks.
Seeing a child like them have to beg for the sake of sustaining life, it was definitely a truly tragic sight.
"This is anterin Brother to your home, yes," I said.
The two boys looked nervous, as if they were afraid of something.
"Abang just wanted to see your home. So don't be afraid." I tried to calm them down.
They then nodded.
When the food came, the two boys ate very voraciously, as if they had not tasted the delicacy for a long time.
While me, Drian, and Angel just look at those who are greedy eating food with a happy look.
"Ngel, when?" my many.
"When what?" ask Angel.
"When do we have this?" I mean the kids.
Angel also melengos, while Drian chuckles, "Ngarep aja you."
"Yeeee .. ngarep may be times, Yan," I said with a smile.
...
After eating, we went straight to the orphanage where they were staying.
Arriving in front of the building ...
"Ahmad, Lusi! Did you guys make trouble? Sir, please forgive them! Please punish me instead!"
Suddenly a mother approached us in panic.
I guess, those mothers must be caretakers, considering she was wearing some kind of uniform.
"Oh, no. They are not wrong at all. We're here because we want to see the condition of the parlour" I said.
"Thank God then" the mother murmured while stroking her chest.
From my first impression, I concluded that the children of the parlors seemed to be causing trouble quite often, but I could not deduce whether they were indeed troublemakers or they were merely being used as trouble makers.
"Mom, can we take a look around for a second?" ask Drian.
"of course. Please come in." The housekeeper's mother let us in quite friendly, very friendly even.
When I first entered the building, I felt pretty sad.
The building is no longer habitable. The roof has been hollow. The walls look dull and porous. Even the floor is just ground.
"I'm sorry I couldn't give you a treat" said the mother.
"It's no problem, ma'am" replied Drian.
"Mom, where do the kids sleep at night?" ask Angel.
"We all sleep here."
The place that mother meant was the floor in the form of land.
"Here?" Drian was a little shocked when she heard it, with me and Angel.
"How much rain will it continue?" my many.
I asked that because I saw the condition of the roof that had many holes. With such conditions, if it rains it means that the land on which they sleep will be wet.
"If it rains, we have to stay up" replied the housekeeper's mother.
"Then why would you let a child as small as them beg on the street?" ask Angel.
The mother of the caretaker suddenly bowed with tears.
"I don't want to make them beg on the streets either, but we can't fight either. We have no choice, '" the housekeeper's mother replied as she pleased.
"Can't fight? What's that supposed?" I asked who was quite surprised to hear it.
"This was taken by Mr. Thoriq and his group. They force children to beg and have to give deposits every day. If we don't make a deposit, they'll beat us up. Hence, we have no choice," replied the housekeeper's mother, still as he pleased.
I immediately tense my jaw muscles because I was furious after hearing the explanation of the guardian mother.
"Vin ...." Drian looked at me with a look of emotion.
"Yes, I get it," I said.
"Mom, can you tell us where their group's headquarters is?" my many.
"What do you want to do?"
"We want to teach them a little lesson!" my answer.
