68. Secret Scattered

Bagas stared at Sandra's departure with a rumble in his chest. Tucked pain in his heart when he saw the state of Sandra who looked sad.

The woman looked like she wanted to cry, but she looked with all her might to hold him back. Despite looking sad and disappointed, the woman still looked strong and haughty.

All of Sandra's words still ringing in her ears made her head throb pain. However, the man did not turn his eyes to Sandra who had already entered her car.

"You'll regret everything you said today." Sandra's words swirled in her head.

"What does all of his words mean? Why didn't he give up even though I rejected him so many times?" batin Bagas.

"What does the woman say is true? Was she really the woman I loved before my memory disappeared?" Bagas was still staring at Sandra's car which slowly left her yard.

Sandra drove her car away from Bagas' house without looking back. Heart's broken. It hurts, but it doesn't bleed.

Shena was right, she was already losing now. Now, Sandra can only resign. At least, he had already fought once more. But, if the person he fought for rejected him, he could what.

Sandra even looked at the two eyes of Bagas who were looking at her hatefully.

"If one day your memory recovers, I'm sure you'll regret it" Sandra said slowly.

The former model drove her car to her house. He wants to calm down again. This time he will accept his fate. He would not go to Bagas again to beg for his love.

Let it be up to Bagas. It is up to the man to decide his life. Sandra felt like she had lost. He would no longer humiliate himself in front of Bagas.

"Are you really not touched by what Sandra said?" Liana who had just peeked at the debate Sandra and Bagas from inside the house finally came out to approach her son.

"You can't believe the words of your mom and dad and your confidants. But, do you not believe his words either?" Liana rubbed her son's back gently.

"You even refused outright when you wanted to match you with Shena. Because what? Because you love Sandra so much, Bagas. That woman is the woman you love so much. For the sake of that woman, you even oppose mama because mama insists on matching you with Shena."

"That's because before the accident you were harboring a lot of anger for Shena. Mama forced you to propose to Shena because Mama didn't know she wasn't a good girl. At that time mama was selfish because mama kept forcing you, Bagas." Liana let out a long breath. While Bagas was silent.

"Mama thinks you rush home because you care about your mother who will later bear the shame if the proposal fails. Mama just found out from Bimo that Shena threatened to harm Sandra if you refused her." Liana again said the reason for Bagas' return from Bali before the accident occurred.

The woman was really hoping that Bagas would change his decision to marry Shena.

"Mama's been saying this to me over and over again, Ma. But I won't be affected by anything. I just remember Shena, it means I just love her. I even remember all my time with him, Ma."

"If Sandra is my lover, then why is there nothing I remember about her?" Bagas looked at the face of the mother who looked sad.

It felt, Bagas wanted to believe Liana's words. However, when remembering Shena's remark that her mother never agreed to her relationship with Shena, Bagas again worried.

His head was throbbing again when suddenly a shadow of Sandra's face that looked so disappointed flashed across his head.

"Hopefully, you're rethinking your plans to marry Shena tomorrow."

"I can't possibly cancel my marriage to Shena, Ma."

"Your love has not yet recovered, mama just doesn't want you to regret having married her."

"Mama–"

"As far as you are, Bagas, it's important that you try to remind yourself." Liana left Bagas with a disappointed look.

"Why is everyone against my relationship with Shena? I obviously love him. But why do they never understand?"
