Love Heals Wounds
58. About Aunt?

Tika was reading her business financial statements when the sound of knocking on the door blew her concentration.

"Lake in!" exclaimed Tika while kneading her temple.

"Good afternoon aunt." greeted Audrey as her body was already visible in the doorway.

"Hi Drey, good afternoon." Tika's smile expands perfectly. "Let's go in."

Tika sits on the sofa in front of her desk and asks Audrey to sit next to her.

"Auntie there's a need with Audrey?" ask the girl directly.

"Look..."

Geck...Geck...Geck...

"Wait a minute." Tika stopped her speech when she heard a knock on the door, she hurriedly stood up and opened the door.

"Hi bang, let's go inside" he said to someone standing behind the door.

Audrey stood up after seeing two other men of different ages enter. Audrey smiled because she knew one of them.

"Hello Audrey, how are you?"

"Hello Om Ali's. I'm good, thank you."

"Kenalkan, ini putra pertama Om." kata Ali, kakak ipar Tika menunjuk pria yang berdiri di belakangnya.

"Leonard's."

"Audrey."

They shake hands while smiling. But they were shocked when they heard the sudden echoing sound.

"Young omaaa." a little girl walked in while running a little. "Om Aunt Joan pinched me" she complained as she rubbed her cheek.

Behind the little boy was Joan laughing without feeling guilty.

"I'm sorry." said Joan as she turned to look at Tika's bullying gaze.

"Here is the beautiful young Oma's grandson, acquaintance used to be with aunty." Tika smiled gently.

"Hello aunty, I'm Victoria, just call Vicy."

"Hello Vicy, I'm Audrey." Audrey shook hands with Vicy while rubbing the boy's head.

"Aunty's his wife Uncle Aaron huh."

"Eh.be-yet Vicy." Audrey smiled clumsily. "We're not married yet."

Vicy nodded his head. "Then Papa Vicy can get married first before uncle."

"Vicy." sounds Leonard reprimanding his son. Audrey smiled at Vicy's honesty.

"Oma said let Vicy quickly have a mother, so Oma told Vicy to help mmmpphhh." Leon quickly silenced his daughter's mouth. Audrey raised both eyebrows looking at the incident.

"Already, already. Let's sit down." Tika asked them all to sit down.

"Young oma, Vicy's just outside huh. Play with Aunt Joan."

"Let's be pinched again."

"So Vicy wasn't ready to accept young Oma's attack, now it can." Vicky looks sure.

"Begging your permission Papa." Tika looked at Leon.

"Can you Pa?" Vicy looked at Leon with his flagship puppy eyes.

"Yes, but don't bother them working."

"Ok Pa." Vicy immediately ran out.

"Om Auntie?" Audrey smiled amusedly hearing those two opposite words pinned together on one person.

"That's how she is." Ali shook his head to look at his grandson's behavior.

"Well, because it's all here. Please Bang, state your needs with Audrey."

"Let's see Audrey, I'd especially like to ask Audrey to design a set of jewelry and a pair of wedding rings for my son."

Audrey smiled at the request. "Usually that takes care of this prospective bride directly or her mother."

"My wife is having needs that cannot be left behind. As for Leon, he's stiff like a sage's broom." Ali glanced at his flat-faced son just being insinuated like that.

"Request is unusual." murmured Audrey. "But I'll make it."

"Overall with her hairpiece, Drey." Tika added.

"Yes aunty." Audrey nodded at Tika. "There are other details?" this time he looked at Ali and Leon alternately.

"He's a ballerina." Leon finally spoke.

"All right then." Audrey reviewed the smile.

"Maybe Audrey was surprised we took care of this in person. It's all my wife's request, because my wife loves it so much that she wants to give her daughter-in-law the best."

"Audrey was shocked, Om, because as far as Audrey knows this is a woman's business. Even rarely would the groom intervene like this. But since it's none of Audrey's business, so there's no problem."

"Eee." Ali seemed a little hesitant. "Ah yes, yes. Thank you Audrey" Ali said in the end.

Audrey fell silent, something strange about Om Ali's behavior. Looks like something to tell you. But because there was no reaction from Om Ali and Leon, Audrey chose to go home because she felt their business was done.

"Then because it's done, Audrey excuse me, Om, Auntie, Brother." Audrey bidding.

"Why rush Drey?" Tika looks astonished.

"You're coming home to draw a aunt. Again get an idea, don't delay anymore." Audrey stood up and took her bag. They exchanged greetings and escorted Audrey away with meaningful smiles.

Sebastian sits reading a business tabloid on the side porch chair as Satya comes over.

"Can Papa join?"

"Of course Pa." Sebastian put the magazine on the table. "Where's mama?"

"Talking to Rangga. The closer the wedding day was, it seemed like she was diligent in consulting with her grandmother."

"I'm happy, someone was made a role model by the kids." Sebastian sipped his tea.

"I didn't see Audrey, but the bike and the car were there."

"He was designing, Tika's sister-in-law asked for it." Sebastian explains the whereabouts of his daughter.

"How was it after Rebecca's death?"

"To my knowledge, he's fine. I hope that in the future his life can be normal again without being haunted by the shadows of the past."

"We all have the same hope. I'm not very old, so I want to leave my family in a good situation." Satya smiled faintly.

"Don't talk about it Pa." Sebastian doesn't like it. "Papa will have great-grandchildren and play with them."

Satya chuckled softly and patted Sebastian on the shoulder. "You're the precious legacy Tiara left us. Thank you for everything you've done."

"No need to thank Pa. It is the duty of a child to make his parents happy." Sebastian's smile puffed up perfectly staring at Satya's face.

"What did I miss?" Grandma Ida approached the two men.

"Nothing" replied Satya briefly.

"Let's eat, Rangga and Audrey are already in the dining room."

They went inside and instantly froze as they approached the dining table. It looked like Bagaskara was sitting sweet and preparing to eat.

"Good night Auntie, I miss auntie's cooking." she said shamelessly.

Grandma Ida just smiled faintly at the former neighbor.

"You didn't see us but just sat down to eat?" Sebastian stared in disbelief.

"The money and appearance only increase, but the behavior is still the same." Grandpa Satya chuckled softly and immediately joined her guests and grandchildren.

Sebastian shakes his head and follows Satya from behind.

"Where's our son-in-law's name?" Ida circulated the look for Aaron.

"He has important business. Because Aaron said he wanted to spend more time with his wife after marriage. So all he can handle now, is settled immediately." Bagaskara Saka blatantly turned to Audrey when mentioning the word wife.

Audrey blushed to hear it. The girl just lowered her head without saying a word.

"Look at him, acting exactly like a cute and adorable kitten. The mountain lion." Rangga insinuated Audrey and smiled mockingly at her sister.

Audrey rounded her eyes, looking at Rangga with an intimidating look.

"Please bother me again. I'll surprise the base residents." Audrey threatened, Rangga showed a look of annoyance at her sister's words.

"That's enough." Sebastian. "Rangga, don't nudge your sister."

"Let's eat." Satya asked. "Good fun with my wife's cooking after all this time" Grandpa told Bagas.

"Om Sure."
