Nothing is certain in this world, even a clear sky can turn cloudy and even rain. Similar to what Ega experienced, after rejoicing with his wife, upon arrival at the Hospital the man was suddenly enraged after hearing skewed gossip about his wife. While passing through the corridor, Ega accidentally heard some nurses gossiping, initially Ega was not interested, but after Indhi's name was mentioned, the man paused his steps and listened silently behind the wall.

“Eh, do you know Indhi Doctor?” said one of the nurses.

“The General Physician right, his brother Doctor Kevin from the Department of Surgery?” another nurse chimed in.

“Iya. Said they were married.”

“Married? Aren't they brothers?”

“They are not siblings.”

“Eh, instead of Doctor Indhi was married to Doctor Ilham yes, angel of Neurosurgery.”

“Their marriage is void, he said the Indhi Doctor who died because of the same cheating will of Doctor Kevin."

"Are that what?"

"From what I heard, Doctor Indhi has loved her brother for a long time, she even teased Doctor Kevin with her body, Doctor Ilham was just a runaway!"

The nurse then laughed together without realizing that Ega was listening to all the cheap gossip they were talking about, irritatedly Ega returned to her room, the man sat down to win himself over as he had to have surgery in the next few minutes. Ega then grabbed his phone and called his wife, before long their phone call was connected.

"Hallo brother, brother has arrived?" ask Indhi across there.

"Hem, just now. What are you again?" answer Ega.

"Sleep in the room. Tumben's sister phone?"

"I miss."

"Let's just met the bad time."

Sounding knocking on the door in the middle of their call, Ega breathed heavily as he had to end his phone. "I had an operation and was a little nervous, so I wanted to hear your voice, I closed the phone, yes, I love you wife" Ega said before ending her call.

"Come in" Ega exclaimed at the person knocking at the door, as the door opened a nurse came in and approached Ega.

"Sorry doc, the patient who will be in surgery this morning was forced to resign because the sugar level is very high" explained the nurse.

"Please contact an Internal Medicine Specialist, discuss the sugar level and ask for the right dose of insulin, the patient should be operated on this morning, otherwise I am worried that his condition will get worse."

"Okay, doc," the nurse came out of Ega's room.

Ega massaged his temple, his head felt heavy, but not because of the pressure of his work but the gossip spread about his wife, he was worried if Indhi worked tomorrow and the gossip would disturb Indhi.

Elsewhere, at a police station, Bella and her mother were laughing together after hearing that the gossip spread by Bella had become a hot topic among doctors and nurses. The girl did not hesitate to slander her stepbrother for revenge, her eyes were closed due to the influence of the mother.

"You're a great Bella" praised Mariam, the crazy woman grinned as she looked at her son with pride.

"At first I didn't want to go this far ma'am, but seeing Ilham's sister suffer made Bella also feel pain, for that Bella promised to destroy the cheap woman's life!" bella growled with eyes filled with anger.

"Good Bella, revenge your sister, revenge your mother also on them, if it wasn't for them our lives wouldn't be like this," Mariam continued to influence her son, the woman has not changed at all, but everything that happens in her life is the cause of her bad behavior in the past. If she did not fall in love with someone's husband and chose to leave her family, Mariam might now be sitting back and taking care of her grandchildren, if only she did not hold a grudge, the woman may not be a murderer and will have to be stuck in the police station forever.

Almost nearing lunchtime, Indhi eagerly followed her husband to the Hospital and brought him lunch, although he did not cook it himself, but Indhi was sure that her husband would be very happy. After buying lunch at one of her husband's favorite restaurants, Indhi drove her car to the Hospital, the girl smiled as she imagined the expression on her husband's face.

Half an hour passed, Indhi parked his car and immediately entered the Hospital, in the lobby area he accidentally met with Bella, it seems that the girl just came, Bella greeted the friendly pretentious, but Indhi just passed it without returning a greeting from his half-brother.

Indhi went to the General Surgery Department, right where her husband's office was, but when she got there, one of the nurses told her that Ega was having surgery, after Indhi had left, the nurse started to gossip.

"That's the guy" said a nurse.

"Yes, I don't know how ashamed."

"I'm so scared of Doctor Ilham, that the handsome and smart man could be thrown out."

"Don't do that, we don't know what's going on between them, don't just accuse, you can get defamation, you know," one of the senior nurses tried to be wise in responding to the gossip that was being discussed.

Indhi stepped foot into the operating room, intending to wait for her brother in front of the room, but before she got there, Indhi heard a commotion, the girl quickened her pace, but before she got there, she was shocked to see her husband kneeling before a middle-aged woman who was scolding her.

"Basic killer!" said the woman while pointing at Ega's head

Seeing this of course made Indhi furious, all her life this time she saw Ega was humiliated in public, quickly Indhi approached her husband.

"What's this about? why are you on your knees?" indhi asked as she looked at Ega and the middle-aged woman in turn, because she never got an answer, Indhi tried to wake her husband.

"Not awake!" Indhi cried while pulling Ega's hand but the man actually brushed off Indhi's hand.

"Actually what's going on ma'am, why are you so angry and cursing Doctor Kevin?" Indhi went back to find out what really happened.

"He is a murderer, he is a murderer" the woman shouted hysterically, her screams able to invite the crowd.

"Look at all of you, this doctor is a murderer!"
