Late at midnight as Arum exits his office, the girl literally spends her nights getting her work done. Arum is now in the car, the girl is driving carefully because her body feels very tired, without Arum noticing a car following her from behind and watching her movements

When passing through the tent stall selling on the roadside Arum pulled over his car, his stomach felt very hungry and decided to buy a madura duck as his dinner menu. "Where are you going?" ask Indhi curious.

"I have an emergency operation. Before going out to eat first" Ega said with a smile, the man approached his wife and kissed the woman's head. "I love you Ndi, he whispered again before he finally left the house and rushed to the Hospital.

Indhi put an alarm on his phone, the girl went in the afternoon, so he decided to go back to sleep.

Indhi arrived at the Hospital before lunchtime, before leaving she took the time to buy lunch for her husband, Indhi first went to her husband's room to deliver her lunch.

"Why so lonely?" indhi says monologue when she does not find nurses around her husband's room. The girl then barged into her husband's room and saw something that made his chest tight. Inside the room, Indhi witnesses Ega being embraced by a girl familiar to him.

Indhi dropped her husband's lunch, the woman stepped her foot closer to them both and immediately pulled the girl's hand violently. Indhi also pushed the girl's body to the floor.

"Honey, I can explain," said Ega nervously, because his wife must have misunderstood him

After Bella left Ega's room, the woman was now staring at her husband, actually she trusted her sum, but somehow she felt annoyed that someone else had touched her husband's body.

"Darling, can I explain?" ega said, the man was so nervous to see his wife's gaze.

"I also did not know that the patient I operated on was Doctor Ilham's father. Suddenly the girl came and thanked me, when I told her to leave she hugged me instead. I swear to whatever I don't return her embrace, I'll be..."
