The next morning Ega and Indhi went to work together, arriving at the Hospital they did not escape the attention of their colleagues. The scorn for the unflagging sneer they got, the news of their kisses had been spread all over the Hospital.  They assume that Ega and Indhi have crossed the fraternity without them knowing that Ega and Indhi are not siblings.

"Are you okay?" Ega asked worriedly, because after entering the Hospital environment they had become the center of attention.

"I'm fine, brother," replied Indhi while commenting on a smile.

They walked hand in hand before finally separating at the intersection of Hospital, Ega headed for his room in the Department of Surgery while Indhi headed for the ER because this morning he served there.

The arrival of Indhi got a cynical look from some fellow nurses, but Indhi was impressed indifferent, he just passed them and sat at his desk. Dita who watched his best friend become gossip material felt unacceptable, yes even though he was hurt because he eventually had to lose Ega for good, but in fact he could not blame Indhi completely, either, feeling is not something that can be forced, Dita realizes it and tries to accept it. Dita took a slow breath before she came to her best friend.

"You're not papa, are you?" Dita asked, her face worried.

"I'm not papa Dit, seriously," said Indhi with a smile on her face.

In the middle of their conversation a senior nurse came and approached Indhi.

"Doctor Indhi, you are called to the Director's room" he said softly.

"Thank you Sus."

The nurse simply nodded, then she exited the ER after delivering a message to Indhi. After the nurse's departure, the sound of gossiping again sounded in Indhi's ears, the nurses who were in the ER began to guess what would happen to the young Doctor.

"Definitely fired!" Said a nurse.

Indhi set his breath, he should not be provoked by the words of his colleagues, Indhi pat Dita before he left the ER and headed for the Director's room. His journey to the Director's room felt very long, the cynical gaze of several Nurses and Doctors who passed him really made him uncomfortable.

Indhi knocked on the door of the Director's room, a moment later an appeal told him to come in, Indhi again set his breath, he was ready with all the consequences he would receive.

Indhi grabbed the doorknob, turned and pushed it until the door opened slightly. In there, Indhi was surprised because apparently not only Indhi was summoned, but also Ega.

Indhi put his foot into the Director's room, he stood right next to Ega, while Ega glanced at Indhi to the net they were fighting each other.

"You know why I called you here, right?" Said the Hospital Director in a flat voice.

The two lowered their heads, they realized their mistake until they ended up in the Director's room.

"You realize what you've done? Weren't you brothers, why are you doing such an inappropriate thing, let alone doing it in the Hospital neighborhood!" His impression with a look full of disappointment.

Professor Hilman, he is a senior Surgeon who now serves as the Director of the Hospital, he is also the guide of Ega when he studied Surgical Specialist, no doubt the actions of his favorite students make him disappointed.

"Before I would like to apologize for our very inappropriate actions Prof, we are willing to accept any sanctions from the Hospital. But I also want to share the news that I and Doctor Indhi are getting married."

Indhi turned to the side, right where her brother was standing, she did not expect that Ega had actually announced their wedding plans. Ega said the sentence with great confidence, he then grabbed Indhi's hand and grasped it tightly.

Professor Hilman looked at Ega with a different look, he laughed at Ega's speech.

"Doctor Kevin, aren't you kidding me about going too far?"

Ega looked up at Professor Hilman. "I'm not kidding Prof, I'm serious, we're getting married" Ega said with a serious face.

Professor Hilman jumped out of his seat, completely distrustful of the words of his former student.

"Ega," he called without affixing the Doctor's appendage, indicating that Professor Hilman wanted to talk to his student in person. "How long have we known each other, you think I don't know Doctor Indhi and your status? Then what do you mean? Be married? Isn't there another woman until you want to marry your sister?" Said Professor Hilman while staring at the two Doctors in turn.

"We are not Prof's siblings, I am not his real brother" Ega said without a hint of hesitation in his eyes. "I have great respect for you, I also consider you like my own parents, for that I am notifying you of this happy news directly."

"Doctor Indhi, your brother is joking right? Professor Hilman still does not believe in Ega's confession, now he wants to get an answer from Indhi.

Indhi squeezed Ega's hand, he ventured to raise his head. "All that Doctor Kevin said was the truth Prof, we're not siblings and we're getting married."

Professor Hilman sat back down, still surprised to hear the news, but he also had to immediately convey his intention why he invited the two Doctors into his room.

"Although you want to get married, but this problem still has to be followed up, I do not want events like yesterday to happen again, he said, for that the Management of the Hospital agreed to give you sanki in the form of a salary cut for a month, given your very good performance we will not provide suspensions, you still have to work according to each schedule. You can come out now!"

"Thank you very much Prof." Said the two Doctors simultaneously, they then bowed their heads respectfully before exiting the room.

Without Indhi knowing, they came out with a position still holding hands with Ega, they again became the center of attention because it was considered to show off their intimacy.

"Back later, we go to mom's house, we have to tell mom and ask for her blessing."

Indhi stopped his steps, it suddenly made their hands stretched out so they realized that they were still holding hands. The two then released their hand link, an awkward atmosphere surging between the two.

"What if you don't agree, sister?"

"Sister will try to convince mom. Now get back to work, we'll meet at mom's house later this afternoon."

After saying the sentence Ega then left Indhi who was still pensive in his place standing. He looked at Ega's back which started to drift away. "I'm sorry brother, you have to experience all this because of me."

Without them realizing someone was watching them with a hateful look.
