Broken heart syndrome

Broken heart syndrome or known as Takotsubo cardiomyopathy is a temporary heart function disorder caused by extreme stress and emotions. Stress can cause the release of the hormone adrenaline. In large quantities, for example in severe stress, this hormone can accelerate the heart rate and reduce the effectiveness of heart pumps. This condition will cause heart muscle abnormalities that will trigger the appearance of symptoms of broken heart syndrome such as chest pain and shortness of breath.

This is now being experienced by Arum, the tomboy girl felt her chest filled by a very heavy burden, felt very tight and painful. Since the incident that night, Arum decided to take leave because he felt he would not focus on working during his mourning period for the loss of love that had been adored. The girl preferred to lock herself in the room and try to heal her own heart even though it was impossible.

"Arum out!" shouting a voice behind the door of the room that had been closed for days, the girl did not come out at all just to eat.

"Open or break the door!" threatening again but not as cool as getting a response from the girl who was still sitting on the sofa while hugging her own legs.

Dubrakk..

No more than a minute away from the threat of Dawn, he said, the man who soon became a father really broke down the door of his nephew's room. Arum only glanced at the glance when the door of his room was forcibly opened, the girl then re-thought her unlucky love fate.

"Crazy girl, crazy girl! You can lock yourself in your room like a child. You know, your mama almost killed me if I didn't manage to open this door, "Fireful Dawn, because since yesterday her sister's been terrorizing her to persuade Arum to leave the room.

Arum just kept quiet not responding to his om babble, the girl is really not okay.

"Are you deaf now, answer me!" shouts of Dawn for not getting a response from her nephew. Since he was in school, only Dawn was the most feared Arum, they grew up and lived together under one roof.In addition, for Arum his uncle was like his own father. Both of his parents were too busy working so only Dawn noticed the growth and development of the tomboy girl.

As dawn approached his nephew, the man was so shocked to see the swollen face and puffy eyes of his nephew, his fiery rage was now beginning to extinguish.

"What's going on? Who made you cry like this?" fajar so he sat beside his nephew.

"Must be that jerk," Fajar guessed, he grabbed his phone and called someone.

"Here, hurry!"

Half an hour later, Dion arrives at Arum's house, the man is immediately directed by the housekeeper to Arum's room. Inside the room, Dion was a little surprised to see Arum's unusual appearance, his hair was messy and his face was withered with puffy eyes as big as a bamboo shoot, not to mention the face of Dawn that seemed to hold back anger made Dion wonder.

"What's the Jar?" dion asked a little nervously.

"What's wrong? You see him?" Dawn pointed to his expressionless nephew. "Three days he shut himself up in the room, like a fool would not eat and do activities. Wasn't that the last time he met you? What did you do to my father?" cecar Dawn with reddened eyes.

"Me," Dion seemed hesitant, if he told me the full extent that he could be sure he would be battered that day.

"He touched me, o'm" said Arum with a flat face and without turning his head in the direction of the two men.

"What?" bawling Dawn and Dion together, both of them were shocked by the different facial expressions. Dawn seemed to be getting more emotional while Dion did not expect that Arum would say such a thing.

"Breng! You said he was like your own nephew" Shouted Dawn along with a fist that landed on his best friend's face. Dion, unprepared for the blow, fell to the floor.

Arum got up from his seat, the girl stepped her feet toward the two men who were struggling. The girl's gaze was straight on Dion, from the look of her eyes it seemed so noticeable that the girl was very hurt.

"Rum" Dion felt very guilty, the cheerful face was now no longer visible, the sparkling eyes when he met her were now covered in tears.

"Go! Never show your face in front of me again!" drive Arum still with his flat face.

"I'm leaving but after you explain everything to Dawn, I don't touch you like she imagined."

"He kissed me and said he loved me, but after that he said everything was just a mistake" Arum explained as he looked at Dion with a pus.

"What?" Dawn could no longer hold back her anger, she pulled back Dion's collar and beat her best friend helplessly.

While Arum was just silently watching the showdown, he had no intention of restraining Dawn from beating Dion.

"Breng! Do you know how much he likes you?" exhorting Dawn while overlapping the body of Dion who was under it. "How dare you play him!" he added again and the punch almost landed on Dion's face again.

"I didn't play him, I was just scared of you" Dion said honestly in the end.

"Fear me?" Repeated Dawn full of emphasis.

"I'm afraid you'll assume I'm just playing around with her."

"So you really like it?"

"I like it so much." Answer Dion loudly.

"Basin badjedan, why didn't you say it in the first place. Why do you have to make my niece beg for your love." Dawn stood up and helped Dion to get up, the man turned to look at his nephew.

"You heard, he really likes you" Fajar said.

But the two men were confused by Arum's face expression was so flat, should now Arum was screaming hysterically because his love was avenged already, but the girl was just the opposite.

"Get out and don't ever come here again!" throw Arum out again, after which he returns to bed and hides under his thick blanket

Regret always comes at the end, as well as Dion who regrets his attitude that does not dare to express his feelings. Seeing the hatred on Arum's face made him so sad. When he was expelled by Arum the man finally realized that Arum must have been very injured when he refused and drove him away.
