After returning home from work, Bella did not immediately return to her home, the girl deliberately waited for Dita to spread poison on the young nurse's head.

"Sister just got home?" bella asked after seeing Dita come out of the nurse's locker room.

"Yes, you just got home?" dita asked with a smile, Bella's influence really made her change, at first she hated Bella because of Indhi problems, but now Dita felt comfortable adjacent to Bella without knowing the girl's rotten plans.

"Yes, my sister, what a rame of her pharmacy today," complained Bella to attract Dita's sympathy. "Don't bring a vehicle?" ask Bella again.

"I brought a motorbike" said Dita.

"We went to the parking lot with my sister" Bella asked and only answered a nod by Dita.

Without both of them knowing, their departure was followed by Arum who had just come out of the Hospital.

"Sister didn't buy a dinner for Doctor Kevin just yet" Bella suggested upon their arrival at the hospital's parking lot.

"Should it?" said Dita doubtfully.

"Should dong sis, if you really like Doctor Kevin, you should take advantage of this time to approach him. Unless you really don't have any feelings for Dr. Kevin," added Bella in her sneaky smile.

"I will be as selfish as you say Bell," said Dita with reddened eyes, the girl was consumed by Bella's incitement.

"So you like Doctor Kevin?" ask Bella to confirm her suspicions.

"Hem, we've even been in a relationship," Dita honestly thinks Bella can be trusted.

"Gosh, I deserve to think that you're lovers" Dita just smiled in response to Bella's words. "Sister's spirit, I will support brother, whatever should belong to brother should brother retake!"

While behind the car, Arum clenched his hands, the girl hid and heard all the words of the two men, lucky Arum had recorded their conversation, it might be useful someday. Arum then set his breath, he must be able to hold his anger and emotions, the girl did not expect if Dita finally instigated by the talk of Bella, the venomous snake girl.

Arum again follows Dita who walks into one of the fast food restaurants that are not far from the Hospital, Arum is curious about Dita's reaction if he finds her buying food for Ega.

"Dita," called Arum from behind, who was called to turn his head and look nervous as soon as he saw Arum.

"A-Arum," said Dita nervously. "What are you doing here?"

"I just met Brother Ega and I feel hungry. You just got home from work?" asked Arum with a smile

"Yes" replied Dita briefly.

"A lot of food, want to take home?" search Arum while glancing at the plastic bag in Dita's hand.

"Oh so." Arum nodded his head. "You even started lying to Dit, I was really disappointed," Arum said, staring at his best friend.

"I go first Rum, sorry you can't eat" said Dita hurriedly.

"Be careful, Dit."

Arum stared bitterly at the departure of his best friend, when Indhi was lying weakly in the Hospital, instead Dita planned to betray him. "I know we're friends with Dit, but Indhi more than anything in my life, I won't let you hurt Indhi!" muttered Arum while clenching his hands.

Dita runs towards the Hospital, she is so nervous after lying to Arum, Dita occasionally looks back because of worry if Arum follows her, and sure enough without Dita knowing, Arum does follow her from behind.

Being set on her breath as soon as she was inside the Hospital, the girl adjusted her appearance for a while before stepping her legs closer to Ega.

"Sister," call Dita softly.

Ega turned his head as the familiar voice called out to him, the man stood up when he saw Dita's arrival. "You haven't come home yet?" asked Ega mince words, actually Ega felt if Dita was approaching him again and it made Ega feel uncomfortable, but Ega held him back because after all Dita was Indhi's friend.

"Hem. Oh yeah I brought you dinner, brother must have not eaten," Dita thrust the plastic bag he carried.

"Other times there is no need to bother Dit, I can buy it myself," said Ega while reaching for a plastic bag containing two boxes of bento rice. "Why are there two, one is enough?" ask Ega as soon as he opens the plastic bag.

"I haven't eaten yet either. How about we eat for a while, after that will be on guard here, sister can rest for a while," said Dita began her approach action again.

Ega felt bad, the man could not refuse Dita's invitation. "Alright," Ega stepped out of the Hospital into the garden and followed Dita behind her, the girl smiled as she stared at Ega's wide back.

Ega and Dita enjoy dinner with the light of the theme that is in the Hospital park, their dinner event is apparently peeped by two girls with different expeditions. Arum, on the other hand, gets angry when he sees Ega and Dita having dinner together.

"This time I'll just shut up Dit, if there's still another time then I won't stay still" Arum said, the girl then decided to go home rather than having to deal with the emotions of seeing the bad intentions of her best friend.

While on the other side again, Bella smiled triumphantly, not forgetting the girl photographed the togetherness of Ega and Dita, not to mention the picture he took so fitting when Dita was taking rice on Ega's lips.

"I can't wait to see you destroyed Indhi" Bella muttered with a smile.
