Doctor Ilham could not cover his surprise. His fear had been going on all along. Not Indhi betrayed her, but because she already knew her true identity. Blame Doctor Ilham who did not try to find the truth about Indhi's decision to leave him.

"Since when do you know?" asked the Doctor with trembling lips.

"Since Indhi decided to cancel her marriage with you," replied Ega ketus.

"Why didn't Indhi tell me if he knew about everything?"

"What use? For us to deal with a murderous child like you is not important. Just buy some time, let go of your sister's dirty hands, let me drag her to jail!" knock Ega in a thunderous voice.

"I told you not to call my wife that," lost Ega's patience, the man choked Bella's neck and banged Bella's body beside her car. Ega's chuckling deepened to make Bella waver because she ran out of oxygen.

Luckily Dion arrived at the right time, the man got out of his car and ran up to Ega. "Mas, you can kill him and go to jail" Dion scolded as he pulled Ega's hand to release Bella's neck.

"Let the police punish him, Indhi must be sad to see you rash like this!"

"Indhi," said Ega along with the loosening of the giggles that almost killed Bella, the girl coughed and scooped up as much oxygen as possible.

Along with that, Arum arrived at the house of Doctor Ilham, he immediately approached Ega and hugged her, after seeing Bella's reddened neck, Arum knew that Ega must have strangled him. "Take it easy, brother, I'll make sure he's in jail. Better brother go back to the Hospital and accompany Indhi, he really needs big brother now."

Recalling the sad face of his wife, Ega immediately realized from his madness, the man looked at Arum who he had considered as a sister. "So don't leave him to you, make sure he's in jail."

After entrusting Bella's case to Arum, Ega immediately returns to the Hospital to see his wife. Along the way the man can only shed tears, immediately Ega became a weak man if it is concerned with Indhi, his beloved wife.

Ten minutes later, Indhi began to open her eyes, the woman opened her eyelids slowly and the first person she saw was her husband.

"Sister," Indhi said in a voice so weak.

"Darling, are you awake?" Ega immediately hugged and kissed his wife's forehead as a form of relief because his wife was conscious.

Meanwhile, Tika and Dita immediately wake up and walk to the other side of the Indhi bed.

"I'm in the hospital again?" ask Indhi again.

"Hem. Don't talk too much, you need to rest!"

"Sister, I was bleeding. What about my baby?"
