That afternoon, Dareen takes them to a simple restaurant at Daisha's request. Waiting for Bardy's arrival from his business trip. The four of them sat facing each other, in front of each of their favorite drinks.
"Is it still a long time?" ask Daisha restlessly.
Worrying about the journey back to their village. If you leave in the afternoon, you may arrive at the village late at night. Daisha does not want to delay her return. Taking too long to leave their flower business is also not good.
Dareen glanced at the watch in hand confirming the arrival of the father who picked up his personal driver.
"Maybe in a moment, let's just wait" replied Dareen who was also anxious.
"If you leave from here in the afternoon, it is likely to get there almost midnight. Can't it be accelerated?" Laila was restless.
Dareen sighed, hoping that in her father's heart would soon arrive and expel the anxiety of the two girls before her.
"You don't worry, Alfin is a driver you can count on. The area where you live is not far from the area where my parents used to live. So, I have memorized the streets there," said Alfin with a proud tone that he did not hide.
Laila was flabbergasted, it was really unexpected that the gentleman was from the same area as them.
"really? Do they still live there? Occasionally invite us to visit," said Laila enthusiastically.
The sweet smile she carved left Alfin stunned for an instant. Both of his lips split thinly, in a flash his heart was admiring the innocent girl.
"Ekhem!"
Deheman Dareen's voice resuscitated Alfin from the daydream. He blinked his eyes while turning, embarrassed and unpleasant to be caught staring at the teenage girl.
"Mmm .. They are gone, and the house and the land there are no more. Traceable. So, I decided to wander off and meet with Dareen. This is where I am now," he said after neutralizing the feelings.
Laila's smile disappeared, nodding her head in understanding then circulating her gaze again. At the entrance there, two men of the same age stepped elegantly. Laila's eyes squinted, curious because her arrival was so welcomed by the restaurant workers.
"Who are the two men who just entered?" asked Laila unconsciously. His eyes did not turn away from them at all, continuing to follow where the two had gone.
Hearing that, Dareen and Alfin turned their heads and Daisha suddenly stiffened. His feelings reacted differently, as if he was about to encounter something big.
Dareen quickly moved followed by Alfin, both of them went to welcome their arrival. Laila understood after seeing the interaction of the two. The man in the black suit hugged Dareen with a full hug. He even cried, at a glance Laila could see her hand rubbing her eyes.
"He's Dareen's brother's father" Laila whispered to Daisha.
"How's the look?" ask Daisha anyway.
"He was tall, a little chubby, with a thin beard on his face. His hair has been bleached a lot, but still looks fresh despite the wrinkles in some parts of the face. He was handsome just like Dareen's sister" explained Laila as she observed the man.
"Eh, they're coming," he said in a panic.
Laila smiled as the almost old man's eyes looked at her. He smiled back in a friendly manner, then his gaze turned to Daisha who was just silent with her hands squeezing the end of the stick.
The first impression he gave, the beautiful girl with wavy hair added a graceful impression on him. If she was like any other girl, there would definitely be a lot of guys who would want to propose to her.
He turned to look at Daisha, smiling as the girl remained silent and listening.
"Daisha, it's my father."
The blind girl stood up, bowing for a while before extending a hand before Dareen's father. Exactly, despite not seeing the hand in front of him.
"Hallo, Sir. I'm Daisha, nice to meet you," he said politely and confidently.
The man was stunned, he glanced at his son who was just silently waiting. Isn't he blind? That's the question he has in his mind. He stood up, bowing for a while as Daisha did before shaking his hand back.
"I'm Dareen's father, so glad to have met a girl as beautiful as you. It is fitting that this son of mine is infatuated and whines to be married as soon as possible .. You are beautiful, son. You look good too, I even like you right away even though you've only met for the first time" said the man while holding Daisha's hand warmly.
The blind girl was stunned, her cheek skin just kept blushing without her being able to control. It was unexpected, he would be accepted by Dareen's father.
"Mmm .. Thank you, sir." He said softly. Not knowing what to do, Daisha tucked the child's hair behind her ear to suppress nervousness.
Hearing the father flirt, Dareen turned away with a flowery heart. He wants to hold Daisha back and get married. Oh, the pleasure of heart.
"Please sit! We enjoy lunch first, do not hesitate," he said, releasing his grip.
The dishes came, served perfectly. This time, Daisha shut up and let Dareen get her food. An effective lunch, filled with chattering and happy laughs. The hearts of the two girls warmed up, after a few years of just eating together, it felt different when gathering and telling stories like today.

"So, you guys are going straight back to the village? Why not stay longer? I want to get to know more about my beautiful daughter-in-law," she said, smilingly staring at Daisha.
Laila could sense that the man was always watching Daisha. He was caught stealing a glance at the blind girl, bad thoughts kept coming.
"Yes, Sir. We have left our business in the village too long, we cannot linger here" Daisha replied this time more calmly and comfortably.
The man sparkled at the answer of the prospective daughter-in-law.
"really? What effort if I could find out?" tanyanya enthusiastic.
Dareen wasn't even given a chance to talk to Daisha. He was pouting, but his heart was glad to have received the blessing of his father.
"Some small stall only, sir. We sell fresh flowers there" he replied with a smile.
"Well, that's amazing. You guys are great, I'm proud of you. My son did not choose the wrong wife, was beautiful, independent, and fun. Soon I'll draw up your wedding plans."
Dareen sparkled at that, but Daisha looked down embarrassed. Why should we hurry? What about Laila? He wanted his sister to continue school and become a real human being.
"Thank you, Dad. Dad is the best" said Dareen, hugging his father.
That day they separated, Alfin and Dareen drove them back to the village. Ever since that meeting, Dareen's father always had the face of the Blind Girl.
