Mohabbat
The War Begins

"Mrs, are we going back home?" ask Auntie on their way home.

Dewi sighed, even to go home she had to take a taxi because she did not want Bardy to know.

"Well, we better go home. Besides, it's late at night. Where else to go but to the house" answered the cold Goddess.

His once haughty attitude was now increasingly cold in sight. His face was crumpled and there was a lot of mind burden visible on each of his lines. Aunty melengos, no longer asked because she did not want to add to the burden of the master's mind.

The car continues to ride in the dark of the silent night, perhaps Bardy at home or outside with her mistress. The heart of the Goddess is sick, it is like being torn apart by a pack of wild animals. The goddess closed her eyes trying to dispel all the prejudices that made her uneasy.

The aunt who was feeling anxious, quietly paid attention. Scrutinizing the face of the Goddess's haggard that increasingly visible wrinkles in some parts. Cars continued to enter the residential area where they lived, continuing to drive until they stopped in front of a tall, sturdy gate in black.

"Mrs, we've arrived." Aunt woke up the sleeping Goddess.

Actually he did not have the heart, but they had arrived home and the taxi had to return. The goddess woke up and immediately got down from the car, slowly walking into the house that looked quiet like never before.

"Bi, why is it so quiet? Where's everybody going?" ask Dewi while looking around looking for gardeners who usually sit in the garden waiting for the master.

He glanced beside the house, usually some female workers were there talking to each other. That night looked different, everyone was invisible.

"That's, Mistress. Mr. fired some workers on the grounds that the company was in trouble and could not pay the workers. So, they were fired not even getting severance," Bibi replied while looking down on her colleagues who were sacked unilaterally without being given any extra money.

"W-what?" The goddess widened, not expecting everything to change so quickly.

All this time he's the one who pays the workers, he's the one who holds the finances. Why suddenly change? And no notice to him. The Goddess's suspicions were increasingly rampant, she was sure that it was not Bardy who did it.

"Why is it all like this?" he murmured while sighing tiredly before entering the house.

Two workers opened the door for them, only they were in the house. Both of them looked sad, bowing before the Goddess.

"Welcome back, Madam. We're glad you're back in this house" they both say.

For almost a week Dewi was hospitalized, only Bibi had the freedom to go in and out of the house.

"thank you. How are you guys doing?" ask the Goddess attentively.

"We're good, Madam. What about you?"

"Well, as you can see. Come with me, there's something I want to talk to you guys about," Pinta Dewi as she walked first to the living room.

They sat on the sofa facing each other. The two workers no one dared to raise their faces. They were bowed down as if there was a big secret stored in the house.

"Where is my husband? Is he home?" tanya Dewi opened the conversation.

The goddess was silent, unmoved while staring at the worker who answered her question. He sighed, already guessing that.

"Does that woman live here? There are some changes in this house," asked Dewi after looking at every detail around his house. The layout of all the displays of many who moved places including family photos that look slanted.

Dewi again dropped his eyes on the two people and Aunt who was still silent had not answered about it.

"It's okay, just say it. Do not hesitate, as a mistress in this house I have the right to know anyone who comes to the house as long as I am not there," pressed Dewi again confirmed his position in the house.

"I'm sorry, Madam. We have to say this, she's an arrogant woman. Always commanding us and scolding us, even our salary was withheld. He said, as long as the Madam in the financial hospital is held by the Master. We can only resign, ma'am," said the worker despite his fear and hesitation.

For the next time the Goddess took a breath, releasing the weight that was wriggling on her shoulders.

"So that woman fired the workers? On what basis did he do all that? So, what about my husband? Did he just shut up and let the woman do what she wanted," the Goddess's frown became clearer and more open.

"True, ma'am," they answered.

"All right, I'm asking you to act as if I'm not home."

"Okay, Madam."

While in the mansion Bardy was preoccupied by the pushy circumstances, while Daisha was enjoying time together with her husband.

"Dear, I'm sorry. I'm really sorry for everything that happened. I realized I should have stopped Mom yesterday. Not just let it. Please, forgive me, Daisha," Dareen said as he looked down at his wife.

Daisha lowered her head, smiling sweetly enjoying their lives while hoping that in the future there would be no more problems blocking their path.

"I'm glad you finally realized it all. You know, I'm not gonna punish an innocent man. For years the death of my uncle and both of my parents was abandoned because I could not see and could not give a description. Now, who will support me if you come back to attack me? I just want to disappear from this world" Daisha said, wiping her husband's forehead.

See them meet, look at each other meaningfully. Dareen is in a dilemma, on one hand Cakra is her brother, on the other hand she does not want to lose Daisha. Maybe for now, he won't think about Cakra first.

"I'll try to accept everything. Help me, and don't ever leave me again. Tell your aunt not to take you away from me. I can't live without you, Daisha," Dareen said.

Daisha chuckled, it felt like Bibi would always do that if anything made her heart not feel comfortable and peaceful.

"I'll talk to Auntie about it later. Now, you'd better get some sleep to recover as soon as possible. Don't you have to work tomorrow?" said Daisha while helping Dareen move and relax.

You have to be healthy so that and not be sick, soon we'll have children. The thing you so wanted. Easy, darling. I'll definitely tell your father, but not now.

Inner Daisha murmured, she tightened her body to her husband seeking comfort and tranquility when it came to closing her eyes and hiding in the darkness.

And at Bardy's house, the war is about to start.
