Mohabbat

Mohabbat
In The Party

Flashbacks.

Back when they were at the mall. Dareen, who wants to buy Daisha a present, takes the girls to a jewelry store to buy a ring. He is busy choosing because Daisha will not be able to choose it himself.

Bardy was at the same mall after meeting with several co-workers. The middle-aged man had indeed deliberately chosen the place because he received information on the whereabouts of the two. He saw his son in the jewelry store and said goodbye to all his companions to approach them with the assistant.

Bardy patted the child on the shoulder, making the young man flinch and look alert.

"Dad!" Dareen's eyes widened, he held onto his chest that was pounding with shock.

Bardy smiled, glancing at Daisha who was instantly silent in front of the storefront. His eyeballs circled on a line of jewelry inside the glass. Had the girl been able to see, it might have been better for her to choose her own.

Not far from Daisha, Laila was silent. He links the fingers to Daisha's hand, reluctant to look at the middle-aged man who had just appeared.

"What are you guys doing?" bardy asked after looking back at her son.

Dareen rubbed his nape, biting his nervous lips.

"I just wanted to buy a small gift for Daisha before she comes back, Dad, but I'm still confused which one to choose" Dareen said as she looked at the sparkling object before her.

"Hmm ... what is a ring?"

Dareen nodded slowly.

Bardy looked at the shopkeeper as she asked, "Is there a pair of rings? For both of them."

React Daisha reacted quickly, tightening the fingers held by Laila. Similarly with Dareen, surprised not playing. Instead of getting engaged, she would buy Daisha a gift.

"It's okay, just think of it as a gift from Dad for you guys" Bardy said, patting her on the shoulder.

The shopkeeper brought several pairs of rings that Bardy asked about. Demonstrate while explaining to them the advantages of each.

"So which one would you choose?" tanyanya after parsing the explanation.

Bardy rubs her chin, weighing it while choosing a ring suitable for a girl type like Daisha.

"I can't do it, let Dareen himself vote" he said, handing the verdict to the son.

Dareen immediately pointed to one of them, a plain ring without diamonds. He even asked the shopkeeper to give their names on both sides of the inside.

It does not take long, just wait a while both have become as desired.

"Good, all of you are engaged here. With Dad, Daddy's assistant, the little girl, the shopkeeper and the visitors. At least, when something you don't want gets in the way, then you have a reason to stick together."

Bardy's words at that time, became a reality. He had prepared the plan because he heard the wife's plan that was kept secret from him. She knew that Dewi was ordering flowers from Daisha and wanted to humiliate her at a party, but Bardy would never let anything happen.

"It's lucky that we comply with Dad's wishes, if not somehow finally," Dareen said as he invited Daisha to the party.

They go around, Dareen introduces Daisha to some of his business associates. Among them there are those who praise the beauty of Daisha, but not a few who sneer. Especially the girls of their business colleagues. However, Dareen did not care much about them.

She proudly holds Daisha's hand, showing everyone that she is precious. Great love does not hesitate to show despite getting the attention of many pairs of eyes.

"Brother is right, maybe you know if there will be an incident like that. Is Madam okay? I heard she fell unconscious earlier," asked Daisha a little worried about the state of the Goddess.

"It's okay. You take it easy, I'll be fine. He was like that when everyone rejected his wishes. Mom will wake up in a few moments. So, you don't need to feel anxious" Dareen replied as she patted Daisha's arm coiled around her arm.

Laila's. Where is the teenager?

He was staring at a row of food served at a long table, picking up a small plate and a fork, staring wildly at each type of food served. In the distance, Alfin who had been surprised by his presence, smiled with anxiety at the behavior of Laila who chose and sorted out food.

"Ekhem! Hello, Miss, may I accompany you?" reprimand Alfin with a whispering tone in Laila's ear.

The teenage girl flinched, turning her head quickly with both eyes wide. His gaze asked since when did the man exist so close to him?

"You .. since when?" Laila snorted while slightly away.

Alfin chuckled, taking out a small plate following the fork as Laila did.

"From now on, you're the only one who doesn't realize that you're too washed away with food here. So, where are we gonna sit?" Alfin looked back at Laila after putting a few pieces of cake on his plate.

Laila flickered confusedly, not expecting the man to be friendly to her.

"Hallo!" Alfin shook his hands in front of Laila's face. Wake the teenage girl from her daydream.

"Ah, i-yes." He looked down nervously. I don't know why, his feelings aren't out of whack right now.

"You're done? Can we sit down and talk? I want to get to know you further" Alfin asked without further ado.

Laila again raised her face, her eyes bulging wide. For that one, he was completely shocked to hear it.

"Hey, do you like to daydream? Come on, let's just sit there," said Alfin again, pulling Laila's hand toward a separate chair with another.

Oh, what did that man do? Why did he behave this way towards a teenage girl. Laila lowered her head while slipping her messy hair behind her ears. The plate contained some cake on his lap, no longer tasteful to devour all of it.

Suddenly, his stomach felt full and did not want to eat anymore. Quietly glanced at Alfin who was sitting leisurely without the slightest sense of awkwardness.

"You know, all my life I've never invited a girl to sit with me. Never," Alfin opened the discussion. He did not look at Laila, continued to look forward while chewing on pieces of cake.

"Why?" ask Laila nervously. The teenager even clenched one of his hands holding back fretting, occasionally biting his lips feeling an irregular heartbeat.

Hearing the gentle breath of the man, Alfin glanced at Laila who suddenly became a quiet girl. Secretly smiled as he looked at the faint red on the teenager's cheeks.

"Well, don't want to. No woman has been able to attract my attention. At least, before I met you," he said.

Laila turned her head with wide bulging eyes, making Alfin chuckle amusedly. Deliberately rubbing Laila's face made her realize.

The clearer the red color on the cheek of the teenager, he turned away not wanting to look at Alfin again who kept teasing him.

Don't get carried away, Laila. Old men seem to love flirting with little girls like you. Hold and patient. Breathe in and act normal. Normal, normal.

Laila calmed her unbecoming heart. Do not want to be carried away by the seduction of the male.

While at the party, Daisha and Dareen sit together while enjoying some dishes. The party turned into a welcoming party for Dareen.

"The girl is shameless, she can take someone else's potential fiancee!"

Both Dareen and Daisha, both of them were stunned to hear that poignant sentence.
