Mohabbat

Mohabbat
Father and Son

"So, she's just a florist?" The goddess smiled cynically after receiving the information about Daisha brought by her spies.

"Yatim stray ... Is that so? Didn't you get any information about who her parents were?" tanya Dewi looked at the man sitting opposite her in a cafe.

He sipped the cup filled with coffee elegantly, glancing sharply at the man in front of him.

"Nobody knows, according to the local village chief they are immigrants who are unknown where they came from. The people there help them because they have no place to live. That's all," he replied as he shrugged indifferently.

He glanced at the Goddess who seemed to be thinking, it seemed like he had to go even harder to find information about the girl. That alone was enough, with an unknown origin clearly already corroborating the Goddess's decision to reject the girl as a daughter-in-law.

"Alright, I hope you give me more information about them." Dewi went up while carrying a bag and left the cafe.

He remained silent all the way home. Thinking of how to reject the girl and make Dareen realize that she is not worth them.

"Hmm ... only florists, what's so great? Aleena is even better than him, but why is Dareen so crazy about her?" The goddess monologued, bitterly laughing must accept the fact her youngest son wants a blind girl.

Meanwhile, at their home Dareen and Bardy are having an argument in their study. Sitting opposite each other with a cup of warm tea in front of each. Talk casually, like father and son.

"What if you don't agree? Will you give up?" ask Dareen worriedly.

Given that the Goddess has a strong disposition, everything she wants must be done as well as something she does not like, then she must get out of her presence.

"You take it easy, if it's about the happiness of your children, then you won't give up. Anyway, I see she's a good woman. I'll help you find an eye donor for him" Bardy replied confidently.

The old man sipped tea to calm his raging heart. The shadow of Daisha's smiling face constantly present in the fertilizer makes her days feel uneasy. For some reason, the girl's presence seemed as if it would bring something big to her life. Is ...? He himself does not know.

"Thank you, Dad. And what about Aleena?" The next question made Bardy's forehead wrinkle deep.

As she recalls, when she met the girl, she said that Dareen did not remember her.

"You remember?" ask Bardy.

"Of course, I'll never forget the man who betrayed me, Dad. He dared to play with fire behind me, and wanted to destroy me when we got married. Do I have to remember?" dareen growled with clenched hands and subconsciously hit the table.

Bardy's forehead shriveled, thinking that Aleena had been a good and loyal girl. If the reality is like that, then he deserves to be forgotten. He let out a long sigh, the problem of young people always managed to make his head throb.

"So, what are you going to do with him?" tanyanya while returning to sip tea calms the mind.

Dareen sighed, her hand grip on the cup strengthening suppressing the pain Aleena created. In the past, Dareen loved her very much, but after she learned of the betrayal the love in her heart just disappeared.

"For a while I will pretend to forget her until the time comes, the time to unload everything. Then, I will not hesitate to open up the betrayal that woman has committed." Dareen turned to her father.

"Can Dad help? To not leak all this. Please! I know, the woman's parents are best friends with Mom and Dad, but I don't want to continue the engagement with her. Right now, I love Daisha, Dad. She's all I ever wanted to be my wife" Dareen said.

Bardy smiled, whatever she would do for the sake of her son as long as it made her happy. He nodded confidently, patting the back of the son's hand gave him support.

"Whatever makes your child happy, you will always support him. Especially about choosing a partner, fully I leave it to you. It's your right to choose, you can judge for yourself what's best for you and what's not. So, fight, that girl is indeed worth fighting for. I support you" said Bardy without hesitation.

He had already decided to accept the girl since their first meeting. No, not even since Dareen told me about it over the phone. Bardy's heart was captivated, especially when they met this afternoon. He was more confident in his decision.

"Thank you, Dad." Dareen clasped the father's hand, channeling deep gratitude for all the support.

"I'm your father, don't ever hesitate to tell Dad. Because that way, I feel considered and useful. Your mother's problem, you don't have to worry. The father will talk to her when she opens up about the girl. You take it easy" Bardy said with a reassuring smile.

Dareen smiled, nodding excitedly. Whatever obstacles he will experience in the future, Dareen will be prepared to face them. Only deep trust should be instilled in the relationship.

Wait for me, baby. Soon I'll come to propose. You no longer need to bother working to meet the needs of life because I will bear your lives.

Dareen's heart murmured happily, happily ever more enveloping the taste in the soul. I can't wait to open a great meeting with my family. Discussing their marriages that do not want to linger.

Uhuk-uhuk!

"Sister! Slow down!" peek at Laila while standing up after grabbing the glass filled with water as Daisha coughed.

The two of them were enjoying a quiet dinner. It's always like that when they get home. It felt so different, it usually sounded Dareen's babble asking this and that. Or help with washing dishes.

"Thank you" Daisha said after downing the water Laila had given her.

He stood up, about to turn around when the food on his plate was not finished.

"Where are you going? Spend the first meal Brother?" prevent Laila quickly.

"Silver is full, just get everything done if you're done" Daisha said as she continued to step into her own room.

Laila was stunned, not usually Daisha behaved like that. He glanced at the chair Dareen used to sit in, instantly understanding what his brother felt like at this moment. The teenage girl let out a heavy sigh, continuing her eating forcefully.

He glanced at the door of Daisha's room which was visible from the dining room.he sighed again before clearing the table. Then, staring at the empty chair, imagine the figure of Dareen who sometimes feeds Daisha to eat.

"This house is a little different, brother. We've gotten used to your presence, and now you've come back to your family. May you not forget us and keep your word, brother." Laila monologued while carrying the plates of their former meals.
