21. Getting pregnant?

Chapter 21 MVILY

"You don't remember, do you? You were the one who helped me when my father's car plunged into the sea" Alice said.

"Oh, so you're the girl. Well, I didn't know it was your family's car. Why are you accusing me of sabotaging your father's car?"

"You gave the order, right?" exclaim Alice.

"I never gave the order to kill anyone's palace officials! Where'd you hear this news? I'm going to bring Mr. Morgan to me and Grandma" Arthur said.

"That means Mr. Bernard could have framed you and killed my father" Alice said.

"Al, I didn't kill your father! You don't have much to say yet" Arthur said, as both hands clenched. Then he looked back at Alice.

He never imagined he would experience this. He was the one who helped Alice who almost died at that time. However, Alice's body scent was disguised by the salty sea water. Arthur immediately brushed Alice aside and called the local police. As it turned out, the woman had now filled her heart without him noticing and was hard to admit.

"I think it's possible because of your behavior that you have so many enemies" said Alice who had changed her position to lie down again.

Arthur turned to Alice again and looked at the woman sharply.

"You don't have to worry, I can take care of myself with this power" Arthur said.

"Curtain, what are you talking about. Just become a cocky vampire!" lips Alice.

Arthur stuck his manic on Alice's lips that had been moving to make a sweet sound. The woman's face looked perfectly sculpted and she actually had a charming glint of eyes.

"Why see me like that? I'm so pretty and I'm freaking you out, aren't I? Or maybe you've fallen in love with me?" ask Alice spontaneously.

But Arthur would not admit it.

Alice seemed to turn her head when the light green curtain was revealed slowly. Behind it then displays a middle-aged man approaching with a stethoscope around the neck.

"Hello Miss, are you feeling any better?" ask the doctor who approached with a soft word that is quite clear.

Alice nodded her head. He was already much better, than the last time he could remember. The glasses doctor smiled kindly.

"It's good then," he said.

Shortly thereafter, Queen Samantha came with several bodyguards.

"What happened to Alice?" ask her in panic.

Ella told Arthur everything, including a hit-and-run experiment, but Alice saved him.

"My respect Your Majesty the Queen. The patient already feels better, but we have to observe for longer. He'll be treated until his wounds get better, too, yes" the doctor said.

"Thank God then. Arthur, you better eat first. Mark is waiting for you in the vip waiting room of this hospital" he told his beloved grandson.

"But, Nek–"

"Arthur!" Queen Samantha stared intently.

"But there are things I must reach Your Majesty" whispered the doctor.

"What's wrong? Just say!"

"Patients are pregnant. I did a test with an obstetrician at this hospital to make sure. It's about 6 weeks."

Queen Samantha was immediately surprised to hear the doctor's explanation. Every now and then he glanced at Alice who also wanted to find out what the two people were talking about.

Queen Samantha caught it all clearly, before then the doctor painted a smile on her face to retreat. She left the queen and Alice in the nursery. The queen and Alice clenched each other's lips without any conversation. Queen Samantha sits next to Alice's bed. Still keeping quiet. However, the beads of the two intertwined.

"Alice, are you thirsty?" queen Samanta asked, breaking the silence.

"No, Your Grace. I don't want to be troublesome" he said.

"Thank you for helping my son" he said.

"Together, Your Majesty. Thank you for taking me to the palace, too" he said.

"Alice, do you want to be honest with me?" ask the queen.

"Honestly? About what?" Alice frowning.

"You're pregnant, son. Who's the baby's father?"

Queen Samantha's question is like a bullet that tore her heart apart.

"I-I'm pregnant?" Alice stared in disbelief.

Samantha's grandmother told me she had just learned about Alice's pregnancy from the doctor who treated her earlier. The woman asks Alice who made her pregnant. Alice can't lie that she only remembers Arthur getting her pregnant.

"Alice, tell me who that guy is?" ask Queen Samanta.

"A-arthur," he said.

"WHAT?!"

Alice thought Queen Samantha would get angry and attack her. Moreover, Alice's position of servant was not commensurate with a prince like Arthur. Alice was wrong.

Queen Samantha seemed unable to hide her happiness. The heart of a middle-aged woman is joy. She soon contacts Mother Rose and Ella to prepare a massive wedding for her beloved granddaughter.

Two sisters came to check on Alice's condition. Behind them is Arthur. Queen Samantha immediately greeted him with a warm embrace of joy.

"What's this?" ask Arthur.
