CHAPTER 04 - Getting Back to Me

After the dizziness was gone, Vanya walked along the beach to the cruise ship that stopped at the dock. He returned to the cruise ship in a wet shirt.

Then, he handed over his identity card to the security guard standing guard at the entrance, "Here sir, my identity card!" vanya said while handing over her identity card.

"Wait for Miss! You can't go in! Why are you outside during work hours?" asked the security guard while holding Vanya in front of the entrance.

Cruise Manager is now looking for Vanya because it does not see it working, while the work on cruise ships is now increasing. The burly manager came over to Vanya who was in front of the entrance. The look on his face was so angry that it made the person who saw him feel frightened.

"Why are you there?" ask the manager of the cruise ship manager while approaching Vanya.

"This . . . was me . . " Vanya said, thinking what reason she should say to her boss.

"Now quickly get on the ship and change your clothes! However, you must enter from the back area because your clothes are wet," said Cruise Manager.

"Good Mr. Manager. I say retreat," said Vanya while bowing her body.

Vanya immediately stepped into the cruise ship through the rear area before being asked something else by the Cruise Manager and the security officer.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" ask the manager of the cruise ship manager to two security officers who guard the entrance.

"That . . . anu . . . Sir. Why did you just let that girl in?" ask one of the security guards.

"I saw her being pushed by a woman one of the guests at tonight's party ..." The Cruise Manager whispered. Before he could continue his words, his words were first cut off by the two security guards in front of him.

"What!" the two security guards were shocked to hear the manager.

"Yeah . . . I don't know what the problem is between them. It's better if I tell him to continue working, rather than him bringing up the matter and causing a commotion" the Cruise Manager continued

"Nr . . . Manager . . Shouldn't this matter be thoroughly investigated because it is an attempted murder?" asked one of the security guards trembling in fear for not daring to go against his superior.

"Things that are not beneficial to my work, I don't want to bother taking care of them. Be quick to do your job, don't mind other people's business!" exclaimed the Cruise Manager while staring intently at the two security officers, then left the entrance area.

Vanya also walked into the cruise through the rear area in a hurry.

Looks like Vanya hit someone. Then, he saw who the person he had hit was. "Eh? Again you? vanya asked with a surprised expression as she always passed by her idol James Haolin.

"Aren't you supposed to apologize for bumping into me? Why do you even behave like that?" James asked Vanya back while cleaning his hand which was hit by Vanya's body.

"What's wrong with my idol?! He has symptoms of mysophobia. He always wiped his hands when he came into contact with other people" Vanya said in his heart while watching James' behavior.

"Why look at me like that? Enchanted, huh?" james asked with a mischievous smile.

"Idihhhhhhhh! I'm sorry Mr. James I accidentally bumped into you" Vanya said, bowing arrogantly.

"I must leave immediately before my idol speaks again and I cannot answer him because I feel swept away in a dream by the good looks of his face" Vanya said in her heart.

"Why look at me like that? Are you really not interested in a James Haolin?" James asked again as he approached Vanya.

"I'm sure that's interesting. However, my interest is only limited to fans because you are an idol for me" Vanya replied as she took a few steps back from James.

"Revelation!" james shouted as he pulled Vanya's arm down into his embrace.

"Do you want to drown again?" james shouted in a loud voice.

The look on his face was very worried seeing Vanya who suddenly took a few steps back to the area where there was no barrier connected directly to the ocean. Vanya's heart is now excited like going to jump out because it is being embraced by his idol.

"eeeh? I'm sorry Mr. James, it looks like our position is too close. Anyway . . . I wouldn't drown just by taking a few steps back" Vanya said, pushing James slowly to not hug her.

"Em . . Why do you know I drowned?" vanya asked as she looked at James face seriously.

"That .. . obviously I can tell because your clothes are all wet. If you don't drown, do you deliberately swim at night in the middle of the work you're doing?" james said as he turned his face away from Vanya's gaze.

"Hahahhhh! Yes, I'm sorry" said James, turning his back to ignore Vanya's words, then he walked away from Vanya.

Suddenly, Vanya pulls James' hand to stop his steps so that he does not leave. He thought that he had gone crazy for stopping the steps of his idol. However, he remained desperate because he was still curious about the person who had saved him looking very similar to the idol who was standing before him.

"Deliver!" james said as he brushed off Vanya's hand, then wiped the hand Vanya held using a handkerchief.

"Well! You are this absolutely . . . "vanya said as she clenched her hands in annoyance with James's behavior.

James suddenly asked about Selena again to Vanya, "Hmmm . . because you suddenly stopped me. I'd like to ask you one thing. What exactly is your relationship with Selena? Are you Selena's twin sister?" james asked, whispering into Vanya's ear.

"What did you say? How many times have I told you, I really don't know ..." replied Vanya did not continue her speech because she remembered something.

"Eh? What maybe Selena you mean is a famous actress who disappeared three years ago. So . . . Are you really her lover? Woahh a surprising fact," said Vanya who suddenly recalled the incident 'disappearance of beautiful actress named Selena Rooney' in his mind.

The beautiful actress is always rumored to have a special relationship because of her closeness with James Haolin. Vanya recalled some infotainment news that discussed the matter of Selena Rooney.

Three years ago, Selena Rooney announced that she was stepping down from the entertainment industry. This was a heated conversation for weeks in various mass media and television broadcasts in the United States.

He also thought very hard, how can James consider his face like Selena Rooney who was dubbed as the Goddess of Role.

Suddenly, Vanya laughed loudly, "Hahahaha! Looks like your vision is affected by Mr. James's hypermetropy. The time you really thought I was Selena Rooney who was the Goddess of the Role" he said, holding her belly because she was not strong enough to hold her laugh.

James was silent for a moment because he heard Vanya's words that really knew the news. It proves that Vanya is a big fan. However, he suddenly laughed.

"Gt!" James held back his laughter from seeing Vanya's extremely funny laughter reaction.

"What the hell is my handsome idol laughing so much?" inner Vanya grumbled while watching James' lips.

Vanya looked at James's small lips. He remembered the person who had saved him when he drowned who was very similar to James. The person gives Vanya an artificial breath from mouth to mouth while in the ocean. However, Vanya considers it his first kiss, because it was the first time for him.

"Eh? What the hell am I thinking? Why did I suddenly remember the incident that guy kissed me. Eh? Not kissing but giving artificial breath. But . . . it's more similar .... Aaa! What the hell am I thinking again!" vanya grumbled in her heart while shaking her head.

"Why are you suddenly shaking your head like that?" james asked while watching Vanya's behavior.

Vanya was surprised to hear James' words. He woke up from his daydream. He did not hear what James was saying. He suddenly apologized to James for feeling guilty for ridiculing him.

"I truly apologize for bringing up your past in a way that insults you, Mr. James. However, regarding the matter of Selena, I dare to swear I do not know anything about it except that reported by the media," said Vanya while raising his right hand.

James simply answered Vanya with a sweet smile. Vanya also became misbehaved because he saw the idol smiling very sweetly while looking at him.

"Sa . . . . I . . my resignation, Mr. James. Bye then. May we never see each other again!" vanya said as she bowed her body and turned away in a hurry.

"What the fuck is that woman? 'May we never see each other again' he said. Ahhhhh!" said James who was at a loss for words to see Vanya's behavior.

"Truly attractive women, very different from women who try to approach me because of my status. Even the nature of Selena was very far compared to her. Just watch out, I'll investigate your background thoroughly. In the future we will meet often. Just look forward to it" continued James confidently while cleaning his hands using a handkerchief.
