CHAPTER 07 - Hao Entertainment CEO's Office
Suddenly, there was a tall man wearing glasses calling Vanya's name, "Miss Vanya Apride! Waita minute! Haah . . . haah . . ," he cried with breathless breath as he ran towards Vanya.
Then, Vanya turned around and saw who the person who had called her name was.
"Eh? Who is that guy?" vanya asked in confusion while watching the glasses guy running towards her.
"Aah! I finally got after you, Miss. Come with me to the CEO's office!" said the glasses guy to Vanya.

One day ago ....
Secretary James called him. He talks about Vanya being called to an interview the next day on James by phone.
James was very happy to hear the news. Then, he ordered his secretary to make Vanya in the interview by him in his office instead of in the Personnel Manager room like a regular new employee.
The secretary was very surprised to hear his boss's request, "Sir, will it not cause misunderstandings to other company employees?" ask secretary.
"Have you begun to dare to refuse my request?" James asked his secretary back on the phone.
"It . .sa . . . . I don't dare. I'll do as you say" secretary James replied nervously.
Then, James turned off his phone connection while smiling with satisfaction.

One day after ....
The day Vanya will have an interview at James's company, Hao Entertainment. A bespectacled man suddenly told Vanya to stop and told her to follow him to the CEO's office. Vanya just looked at the glasses guy with a puzzled look.
"Sorry, Sir! Are you not wrong people? I only applied as a janitor. Why should I go to the CEO's office?" ask Vanya to be confused.
"Regarding that . . . you can ask the CEO yourself. I'm here just saying what he's saying" replied the bespectacled man.
"ah! My name is Tomi Anderson. I served as Chairman Secretary in the CEO's office" the bespectacled man said, extending his right hand.
"I . . . Vanya Apride's. Greetings, sir," said Vanya while replying to Tomi's hand.
Umzz!
Suddenly James was in the lobby of his company and found his secretary holding Vanya's hand. Tomi then looked at the origin of the burp sound that was not foreign to him. He saw his superior looking at him like he wanted to kill people. James then immediately went to his study after meeting Tomi.
"ah! I'm sorry, Miss Vanya. Let's follow me!" tomi exclaimed as she immediately released her hands that were shaking hands with Vanya.
"Huh! All right then. Ma'am, I say resign first," said Vanya while bowing her body to a female employee who intended to deliver her for an interview in the Personnel Manager room.
The woman's employee then bowed herself to reply to Vanya's words.

The employees who passed by around Vanya also looked at him with a disdainful look. Vanya then tried to pass through the crowd of employees who insulted him while bowing his head.
"Look at that old-fashioned girl! He was suddenly called to the CEO's office on the first day he came to this company."
"Haha! At best it was just a comfort woman!"
"Is he the CEO's girlfriend?"
"Haha! What are you talking about? How could a super handsome Mr James like a woman like him?"
Whispers of employees around Vanya that sound very loud. It was as if it had been done intentionally, so that Vanya could hear it and be self-aware of its current position. Vanya could only ignore the words of those around her while bending her head down.

Vanya soon follows his secretary James and rides the elevator together which leads to the CEO's office. Finally they arrived in front of the CEO.
"Please come in, Miss!" tom said as he opened the door.
Vanya also entered the CEO's office. He found James sitting while reading an important document.
"It's like the aura of a James Haolin that I've seen in his movies a lot" Vanya muttered with a joyful look.
"That's not what I need to think about right now! I have to figure out what it means to call me here, and find out if it's really him that saved me. James is probably a Merman. I'd better not think about this merman problem first," Vanya's inner self awakens from her fangirling soul.
"Eh? Have you come yet? Come quickly! Please sit in this chair!" pinta James suddenly while looking at Vanya who was already standing in front of the door of his study.
The skinny woman approached James' desk.
"ah! Good Mr. CEO. I'll be seated soon" Vanya replied as she sat in the chair before James' desk.
"That . . By the way why did you call me here?" ask Vanya curiously.
"About . . . Why, yes?" James asked Vanya.
James raised his head and stopped reading the documents in his hand. Then, he looked at Vanya's face seriously.
"Do you have a twin brother?" suddenly James asked seriously.
"Huh! Are you still curious about my face that looks like Selena? Well I'll talk about it, anyway it's information that many people know. I do have a twin brother whose face is very similar to mine. However, I think his face is very different from Selena Rooney. My twin brother died when he was ten years old. I hope from now on you don't think of me as Selena anymore!" asserted Vanya at length.
"It looks like James will never stop questioning me about me who looks so much like Selena and my twin sister's problem. I'd better just refuse the company's job, rather than causing trouble in the future" said Vanya.
"Aah! All right, I'm gonna stop thinking you're Selena" said Vanya's request.
"Eh? You just cleared up my request?" ask the confused Vanya.
"Yes of course. But . . . There are conditions that you must meet if you dare to govern a James Haolin." said James with cold eyes.
"Eh? I guess he wouldn't just agree to it. I better get out of here. Watching James from a distance as an idol I admired was better than facing James' true nature when he became his employee" said Vanya, who still loves his idol despite knowing his true nature.
"I'm stepping down, Mr. CEO. I resign from my job at your company" Vanya said, standing up from a chair and bowing.
"Eh? He just wants to leave. Haah! I seem to be acting too arrogant in front of him. It won't go well if I want to get close to him. Then he lied about his brother's death. Em . . . This is indeed too privacy, if it is told to someone he has met for a few days," James' inner self while watching Vanya.
Then, Vanya walked towards the entrance of James's room as he was about to exit the place. However, his steps came to a halt as his wrist was suddenly held by James.
"Wait first! All right, I'll comply with your request without any conditions" James said, holding Vanya's hand.
Then, Vanya turned to face James who suddenly held onto his hand. Their eyes looked at each other.
"Thank you for agreeing to my wish. However, I still resign from your company" Vanya said nervously while trying to let go of James' hand.
James then released Vanya's hand from his grasp, "Do you not want to be interviewed first and instead want to just leave?" james asked while looking at Vanya seriously.
"I'm really sorry, Mr. CEO. I still want to go" said Vanya.
"Huh! How about a raise of 500 U$," James said suddenly.
Vanya was shocked to hear James's words. He never thought if he would get such a salary just by working as a janitor.
"I really need money. However, I know the salary for my job is not that big. You don't have to treat me that way. We don't know each other anyway" Vanya vehemently refused.
"Not knowing, not dear. Don't you want to know me that far?" james said as he looked at Vanya with a sweet smile.
"Aren't you able to talk like that because you think I look like Selena? I can't possibly like a guy who says he likes me just because I look like someone in his past" Vanya said.

Suddenly, someone broke through the entrance of James's study without knocking first. A tall woman with a slim body and a very beautiful woman entered James' office.
Vanya was very surprised because someone suddenly opened the door, while he and James were now at the door.
"It looks like you've got a guest, Mr. CEO. I say retreat first" said Vanya politely.
"Wait first! You can't go!" pinta James holding Vanya's hand.
James then looked at the woman who entered his room unexcusedly with an annoyed look full of anger.
Without knowing the shame of the slim woman even suddenly asked James, "Who is the woman whose hand is held by you, Senior?" said it.
