Bruno's car entered the courtyard after a guard opened the sturdy gate.

Adrian got out of the car and entered the house in a bit of a hurry. He had to take a shower and change his clothes and go back to the hospital. 

Passing through the living room, Grandma Camila and Iriana Mother were sitting together. "Adrian?" greet Ibu Iriana when she realizes the presence of her son. "Why haven't you been to the hospital yet? Your mom and grandma just came back and didn't see you there all day." 

"I've taken care of something important, ma'am. After this I'll go back to the hospital" he replied. "I just came home to get changed." 

"Yes, right. Quickly go back to the hospital. Naomi must need you even if she doesn't say it" said the grandmother. 

Adrian makes a thin smile. His heart warmed up for the attention of his mother and grandmother to his wife and children. He also loved seeing the closeness of his mother and grandmother that he almost never saw. During this time, grandmothers and mothers often differ in opinion and often argue. Now both look more comfortable and compact. 

The man walked over after seeing the footage on television. He sat there for a while and watched the news. The birth of her twin babies is indeed a warm talk in the community. 

"News of Arcella and Arcello's birth again, huh?" said it.

"Yes. They are only two days old but already this famous," said Ibu Iriana with a focused view on TV shows. "Thank God they were born safe. I was so scared at first. Naomi fell in the toilet." 

"All this is because of the actions of that Haylea cynic," continued the grandmother showing her frustration. "Adrian, you must make him severely punished. Don't let go of that bad woman!" 

"Yes, Grandma. I've taken care of it today." 

"Will Haylea be severely punished?" mother asked, looking at Adrian seriously. 

"Of course, Mom. In accordance with the applicable law." 

"Thank God. He deserves that punishment." Mother became very upset whenever she remembered the incident in the shopping center. "Oh yes, in the hospital there are also many news seekers. Mom and grandma had trouble getting out because they were being chased by reporters." 

"It's okay, Mom. I'll make a tighter guard." Adrian glanced at the circular watch on his wrist. "Well .. I have to go back to the hospital immediately." 

"Well, hurry back and accompany Naomi."

Adrian immediately headed for his room which was on the second floor. The plan, after returning from the palace later as requested by Queen Hellena, Adrian and Naomi will return to live in the main house of the Marx family.

In addition to the mother who has received the presence of Naomi, Adrian also wants Grandma Camila to enjoy her old age happily with her great-grandchildren.

Adrian arrives at the hospital after stopping by Naomi's favorite restaurant and ordering her favorite menu. Although actually it does not need to do, considering the full facilities and services provided by the hospital. 

Entering the room, Adrian was greeted by Mathilda and Layla who were accompanying him in the room while looking after the twins. The man immediately placed the paper bag on the nightstand, then placed his index finger in front of his nose before the two women made a sound. Naomi appears to be lying on the bed with her back. Looks like he's sleeping, and Adrian doesn't want him distracted. 

"Kids aren't fussy, are they?" ask Adrian.

"No, Mister. They were very calm all day. They've also been drinking milk and going to bed right after." 

Adrian nodded in understanding. "Goodoo. And he ... has he been asleep for a long time?" tanyanya pointed at Naomi with a glance. 

"Miss Naomi has been sleeping since two hours ago." 

"Already, sir," Layla replied with a smile. Layla felt her master was now more human and seemed friendly. But it still does not diminish her possessiveness towards Naomi. Lately, he has a new habit. I asked him what his wife was doing all day. Mathilda and Layla are in charge of reporting.

"Alright, then go home! Below is Bruno. Let me accompany them here" he ordered the two women. 

"Good, Sir."

While Adrian daubed a smile to look at his two twin babies who were also asleep. Their chubby and reddish cheeks are so adorable. Adrian dipped his lips into Arcella and Arcello's cheeks in turn. Looking with admiration two tiny creatures who are his masterpiece with Naomi. 

Satisfied with his children, he turned his attention to his wife. The woman was very good in her sleep. 

Slowly Adrian approached. Her outstretched hand stroked the top of the head, then buried her lips on her forehead very carefully so that Naomi would not be disturbed. Then open the blazer and shoes. Then, lie down his body there. The large size of the bed is able to load them with their children. 

"When you're sleeping your face is more adorable than Arcella and Arcello."

"Wake up, Princess .. don't pretend to sleep again. Your cheeks are red" he whispered into Naomi's ear.

"I'm playing a snow princess waiting for a kiss from her prince to wake up." 

"Hahaha .. You don't have to pretend to sleep to get it. I can give you any time."

"Here it is, I want to continue in the bathroom only," Adrian said afterwards.

He shifted his position and immediately got out of bed.

"What do you want in the bathroom?"

"You're splitting away."

"Splitting yourself?" asked Naomi with a thin frown on her forehead. 

"It was about to split you but it can't yet."  

Naomi was still staring in wonder, until her husband disappeared behind the bathroom door.
