It is not easy for a person to keep thinking logically while the heart is in disarray. Those whose hearts are broken sometimes lose their minds.
Adrian felt the same. Still stuck in his memory how his lover drifted in another man's cradle. And that memory managed to stir up anger within him.
Prangs!
A glass desk name just hit the wall until the shards scattered on the floor. Adrian's breath was puffed. He threw his body in the chair while breaking the heat that felt burning his body. His fingers moved massaging the forehead that felt throbbing.
"Master!" The call distracts Adrian. Bruno stood in the doorway with a surprised look on the floor. "What's going on? I met Miss Haylea downstairs."
The name that was just called Bruno again whipped Adrian's anger. The man unsheathed a sharp gaze that made Bruno's body seem to be split into two parts.
"Don't mention the traitor's name again!"
Bruno gelagapan's.
A traitor? Whatdoes thatmean? Is Miss Haylea betraying you? Is that why you broke off the relationship and married Miss Naomi?
However, that row of questions only dared to he murmur inwardly. Especially after realizing the look on his master's face that was showing the status of alert.
"I'm sorry, sir. I won't mention Miss Haylea's name again."
Adrian glared furiously.
"Sorry, Sir! This mouth is so insolent. Why call it again," maki Bruno on his own mouth.
"Calling that name again, I cut your salary to the end" Adrian threatened.
Fine, Mister. Again sorry." Bruno nodded his head and walked to the side of the boss. "Oh yeah, you want to go now? It seems Miss Naomi is ready too."
Adrian was silent for a moment. Suddenly his thoughts were on a young woman whom he would take home today to be introduced to his extended family.
"Where is he now?"
"So I drove him to the salon."
Adrian glanced at the clockwork on his wrist. It's almost afternoon.
"Alright, let's get him."
Adrian moved out of the room followed by Bruno behind his back.
In less than twenty minutes, they had arrived at a renowned salon. As always, Adrian will be greeted with respect.
"Where is he?" adrian asked some salon workers who had just welcomed him.
"Miss Naomi is upstairs, sir. Let me take you, "answered one of the salon's employees.
"You're very lucky to be married to Mr. Marx, Miss," praised the woman who was combing her hair.
"Lucky what? I'm even feeling lucky."
Adrian is silent at the doorway, giving the code to the woman who escorted him to remain silent. It seems she is interested to know what she looks like in Naomi's eyes.
"What's the matter, Miss?"
"Do you know, he's a real bitch. Already ugly, arrogant, forced, old bangka, alive again. She thinks she's as good as what?"
"But, Mr. Adrian Marx was indeed one of the greats of the city. He's very influential. Indeed you do not know?"
"I know he only affects Bruno. Bruno was like a mushroom that kept clinging to his master's body. They're both the most annoying combo packs in the world."
"What about yourself? Has Mr Marx had no effect on your life?"
Naomi leaned her back. "Of course it's very influential. Since marrying him I've been eager to learn the nuclear formula."
Nuclear formula? You want to blow me up with a bomb?
Adrian's lips were tightly clenched. Slowly began to step slowly so that the sound of his leg was not heard.
Salon workers who noticed Adrian's presence suddenly bowed their heads. However, Adrian gave a gesture, so that the woman withdrew so that Adrian could take his place.
"If he's still messing with me again, then I'll punch him in the face and pull his hair bald."
Unwitting Naomi, Adrian grabs a glass of juice and puts it on Naomi's side. As fast as lightning Naomi grabbed the glass. Then sip the juice with pleasure until it is not left.
Adrian then continued to comb Naomi's hair.
"Ah, so fresh. Thanks for the juice. I do need energy to deal with humans so-called events," he said, handing back the empty glass.
"Together, Miss," whispered Adrian.
Suddenly the atmosphere turned gripping for Naomi when she realized the owner of the voice that had just replied.
