CHAPTER 4: SUGAR BABY?

"This must be a mistake, there's no way the card can't be used. Are you guys trying to embarrass me on purpose?" accuse Haylea of anger.

"Miss, please take care of your attitude" the cashier warned.

However, instead of easing up, Haylea's arrogant attitude even more. "You have to keep your attitude! Just so you know, I can get you fired anytime if I want!"

"But all your cards are unusable, Miss. You may be able to make payments in cash. If not, then it could come at a later time."

Haylea looked more and more wrathful. Like a volcano that is ready to spew hot lava.

While back there, Adrian smiled cynically enjoying the entertainment presented in front of him. Moreover, seeing how embarrassed Haylea was after realizing her credit card had been blocked.

His strapping back that was leaning directly got up and moved towards the cashier table. Just passed Haylea.

Haylea looked up at the man who had just passed her. From the scent of perfume, haircut and posture, he could recognize the figure that was behind him.

"Adrian, you?"

The man turned his head, making Haylea's pair of blue eyes pattern. Yeah, it's really Adrian, his girlfriend.

Haylea could hardly believe it. Because after all, the lover is still abroad. He had no word at all that Adrian had returned. And usually if you have traveled far, he was the first person to be addressed Adrian.

"Honey .. have you come home?"

A perfect fluffy smile on Haylea's lips. With a feeling of happiness squandered his hands on the sturdy body. But instead of welcoming, Adrian was silent without expression.

He even felt his ears itching to hear the affectionate call pinned by Haylea. Still dare the woman call him dear after an affair?

Adrian really wanted to push it. But the game has just begun. And Adrian doesn't want to end it quickly.

"I miss you so much." Haylea was still leaning spoiledly on Adrian's wide chest.

While Naomi who became a spectator stared at the two.

Is Miss Haylea Mr Adrian's girlfriend?

After being content to let go of the longing, Haylea let go of a hug. Then looked at the shop workers with disdain.

"Don't you guys know who I am? Look yeah, I'm a future wife ...."

"It's enough of a base" cut Adrian fast, pushing Haylea's arms away from him. He rubbed the chest where Haylea had just been leaning. Like getting rid of dust.

Haylea's brows furrowed realizing Adrian's unusual attitude.

"Darling ... What's wrong with you? Are you having any problems? Why block all my cards? Look, I can't pay for my groceries." Haylea pointed to her high-priced groceries that were piled up on the cashier's desk. "That's a good thing you came quickly. Otherwise I would have been humiliated."

"I've blocked all your cards, indeed" Adrian replied casually.

"But why? Didn't you say I'm free to use it to buy anything?"

"That was!" Adrian looked at Naomi. "Darling, you're done, right?" her tanyanya made Haylea flinch.

Naomi who was still shocked only answered with a nod of her head.

"Ad-rian, do you know him? Why do you call her darling and pay for her groceries?"

Adrian should have paid for my groceries, not his. Isn't Naomi Adrian's sugar baby?

Haylea's face turned crimson as Adrian ignored her. Never before had Adrian been this cold since their five years together.

"What does this all mean, Adrian?" pekik Haylea did not accept.

The corner of Adrian's lips curved into a smile. He walked towards Naomi and hugged her waist. Haylea glared back

"It just so happens that you're here. Meet me, this is my woman."

At once Haylea's entire body felt crimped. Naomi also showed the same expression.

"Adrian, this isn't funny!" abugn. "You're kidding me, right?"

"I'm serious."

Haylea really hoped Adrian was joking, but the woman memorized exactly what her lover's character was like. Adrian is someone who is always serious.

Haylea chuckled with a puddle of clear liquid in her eyeballs. "So you came home from abroad and didn't see me for choosing this geeky girl?"

"Yes!" Adrian did not deny it.

Haylea rubbed the melted clear liquid on the cheeks. "I don't believe any of this. Even the fingernails are not worth comparing to me at all. Now answer me, what more is he than I?"

"He is more everything than you. That's why I chose him."

Haylea stared in anger. The woman came forward to attack Naomi. However, before his hand reached Naomi's hair, it was blocked first by Adrian.

"Don't try touching it or you'll regret it!" adrian Threat.

"You threatened me for her?"

"I can be more than threatening if necessary."

In that instant, Adrian pulled Naomi's waist until the two bodies docked. And with an unexpected gesture kissed her lips.

A pair of Naomi brown eyes. Adrian's quick movements make him no time to just dodge. He was even silent even though Adrian seemed to kiss him in front of many people.

"This is a kiss. I'll make sure you see more of this in the future" Adrian said in his heart.

Haylea couldn't say a word.

He never imagined Adrian would take it off for a girl like Naomi. Though Haylea knew very well, in terms of physical Naomi is not the type of girl that Adrian likes. Moreover, Naomi was only her former servant.

Haylea truly felt her pride being trampled before everyone.
