Chimera was created to keep Ensnare tree awake and growing, by giving blood to Ensnare tree. The blood that floods the Outcast soil will be sucked up by the roots of the Ensnare tree throughout the Outcast soil. Instead the Ensnare tree will continue to provide healing fruit that is able to restore lost blood.
That night Donpa lay unconscious from the attack of such a powerful Beast. Beasts were the best type of Chimera that Meltanova had.
The Beast's attack inflicted serious injuries on Donpa's body, causing him to lose a lot of blood. However, just then the Beast smelled the smell of blood from the Donpa which resembled the smell of the Ensnare tree.
Donpa who often consume Ensnare fruit without him knowing 40% of the blood in his body contains cells from the Ensnare tree. It was this tree that was the reason the Chimera was created, so the Chimera stopped attacking it and brought the Donpa back to the Ensnare tree.
After regaining consciousness, Donpa lay under a giant tree in front of the endless bridge that became the entrance to the Ensnare tree.
"How did I get here?" Turning left and right, he looked confused and a little forgotten about his fight against the Chimera last night.
Closing his eyes with his right palm seemed to be trying to remember something that happened to him. "What happened to me?"
His head feels dizzy due to lack of blood, the cells contained in Ensnare fruit makes it able to regenerate a little faster than in humans in general.
He rushed forward over the endless bridge to pick up the Ensnare fruit.
I just remembered it.
I lost a lot of blood last night.
My fight with the monster.
"I need Ensnare fruit..." Trudgingly he stepped small while holding the rope of the bridge to balance himself.
Shortly after crossing the Endless Bridge he arrived at the Ensnare tree yard, where there were many Ensnare fruit that fell from the tree, like a guava that was harvesting.
Not thinking long, Donpa immediately fell down to lose balance and took one fruit that was nearby and ate while lying weak.
"I haven't tasted this fruit in a long time" said Donpa, who continued to chew and swallow the fruit.
Starting from he ate slowly while lying down, gradually getting faster and then sitting and standing, indicating his stamina had slowly returned.
Ensnare fruit is a fruit that is able to restore the lost blood but does not heal the open wounds, but where in the Donpa met with the Ensnare fruit cells in the blood of his body, which is, the wound healing reaction occurs slightly faster than normal humans.
"Finally my body is back to prime," said Donpa while throwing a sheet of Ensnare fruit in his hand.
Once primed he again walked towards the entrance of the Ensnare tree. "Is that woman inside?"
The bare-chested Donpa was looking for something inside the Ensnare tree, a garment he could wear and wished Meldanova was inside.
"It's still the way it used to be" Donpa said after opening the entrance to the Ensnare tree. "House of a thousand doors."
He also stepped onto the stairs leading to the room on the 3rd floor, although he did not know where to go, through any door Donpa would always enter the room that became his destination.
"Greek ...." The sound of an old door opening. "The woman is not here apparently." Go into the room where Meldanova used to rest.
Surrounding the side of the room, Donpa was looking for something he could wear. "Are there no clothes here.?" he said while watching the side of the room.
Unable to find any clothes she could wear, Donpa moved to the next room.
"Nothing either."
"Nothing either.."
"Nothing either."
Arriving on the 9th floor of the 3rd room, Donpa entered a very large library, with quite high shelves, with a height of 8 meters. "Woeaa .... I just found out there's a library in this room," said awe watching around.
"I think the room where Meldanova stopped was the library" Donpa said, comparing the book capacity in the room where Meldanova used to stay with the place she currently entered.
In the room where Meldanova used to relax had 10 shelves in each corner, but in this place there were so many shelves and books, especially the shelves here had a size 2 times higher. "How many books are there?" donpa said walking through the library.
Curiosity made him try to look around from the cover of his book. "The words written in this book ... not Melkuera," Donpa said, taking one of the books and opening it.
The books in Meldanova's forbidden library have a variety of languages, in contrast to the books in Meldanova's private room which are generally filled with Melkuera knowledge books.
"What is this writing?" said Donpa who felt confused by the writing in the book.
Closing the book he opened and trying to open another book. "This book ..., also has a different language than the previous book."
Donpa's curiosity makes him want to know the meaning of the writings in the book in this library.
He picked up one of the books and found a place to sit down and read it.
Putting aside his primary goal of searching for clothes, he chose to try to translate each word with the help of mana control on his sense of sight.
"I think, with which help I can read this book." Donpa's confidence while carrying one of the books he will read.
Chairs and tables connected to the Ensnare tree in the middle of the room, Donpa's choice to start reading the book. He started by focusing the flow of mana in his body towards his eyes.
Despite failing to translate it, Donpa continued to try many times. A few hours later, Donpa's nose was bleeding. He stopped for a moment and looked for a toilet to clean himself.
"Just like before when learning to translate the language of animals in the Spear Plain, I have to try and continue to concentrate fully" Donpa said with full confidence.
After cleaning himself, Donpa found a black cloth that he wanted to make breastplate clothes by folding like wearing shal that covered his neck, arms and chest.
He took a break, prepared dinner and continued his training.
That process is repeated every day.
Where control is focused on the eye can never translate the sentence in the book. Donpa had misunderstood the concept of magic which he believed, the function of which was to strengthen the human senses. While translating the writing is not included in the Mana Control category.
The main function of the eye is as a sense of vision that is used to see objects or things and conditions around. While mana sharpens or strengthens the quality of the senses, even though he knows what he sees, not necessarily what he sees is what he knows. The eye that sees something will immediately send a signal or wave to the brain to respond to what it has seen, if the brain never knows what the existence of the vision is, then the result will never exist or be unknown.
Therefore, Donpa would never be able to translate the writing in that book.
