New World: The Donpa

Melkuera Kingdom was the kingdom that ruled the land of Novajan. Novajan is located in the northeast of the Outcast land. To get there requires five days of sailing across the ocean. Some of the knights sent to the Outcast lands aimed at forming the mine area. It is known that there are many materials in the land of OutCast.

Kafa Sumi as the leader of the army formed two parts of the army. A squad is tasked with guarding the miners led by Jarromi Paulin and a squad is tasked with exploring the Outcast lands led by Rudof Sannah.

The reason they set up a fort on the beach because the safest location is there. Some of the numerous troops fell upon entering the depths of the Outcast ground.

Not far from their fortress, there was a foot of the mountain they dug creating a tunnel filled with 500 miners from the Melkuera kingdom.

"They are the people we found in the forest, sir," said one of the subordinates who relayed the report to Kafa Sumi.

"It seems like they are not from this land," muttered Kafa Sumi translating the report from his subordinates.

During the Black Hole incident, the people from Melkuera heard quite a loud noise from the middle of the forest.

Therefore Kafa Sumi sent a team of explorers to find out the source of the sound.

"Oh that I already know from Rudof," Kafa replied.

Kafa continued muttering. "I think it's something that's quite expensive if it's auctioned to the landlords."

Kafa Sumi intended to take these items and auction them in the Melkuera kingdom to the landlords in his kingdom.

"Prepare meals and medicines to treat their wounds."

"Ready sir!" I left Kafa Sumi's room.

That day was a quiet day for Mikaru, he was able to rest in peace without feeling any fear towards the terror of the chimera.

The high fever he experienced made his break attended by nightmares in which his mother's memories of his life re-energized his mind.

Mikaru Donpa is the eldest child of Ridho and Ayu. Her father Ridho works as a reporter and her mother is a housewife.

In the nightmare Mikaru experienced seeing the shadow of his father talking to his superior.

His superiors asked Ridho to cover the news about the impact of the war on the east. At that time Mikaru was only one year old.

"But sir .. is this not too sudden," Ridho denied to his superior.

"You see how else, no one can but you ...."

"My son is a child, my wife can't take care of the house alone."

"We'll help your family if they need anything."

Cutting Ridho's explanation, he said. "It's better to get a job with a big payoff than to lose a job, right?"

Hearing the words of his superior who hinted that if he refused he would be dismissed, Ridho had no choice but to obey the orders of his superiors.

Mikaru seemed to be among them watching their every conversation.

Mikaru was made to wonder with something happening in his dream realm.

Mikaru followed every detail that happened to Ridho, with a gloomy face he went home to his family residence.

"This is my house?"

Seeing her house suddenly Mikaru shed her tears, Mikaru hurriedly ran over wanting to open the door. Honey, he can't touch the doorknob. He can only see and hear from every event in his dreams.

"I'm home ...."

While opening the door and then taking off the footwear towards the middle room.

"He ... my father?"

Noticing Ridho's movements stepped inside the house to meet his mother.

Mikaru was shocked when she saw her mother talking to Ridho while holding herself as a child.

The little family seemed very happy with its simplicity. Mikaru noticed the motion of his father and mother who were jokingly smiling and laughing by himself.

After dinner, Ridho's face looked serious about talking about something.

From what Mikaru saw, Ridho looked heavy-hearted leaving his wife and young son to go on duty.

"Take care of yourself and our child ...." Ridho's embrace became to close their meeting.

"Be careful ...." Accompanied by the sash holding back Ayu's cries waved her hand.

Seen as someone knocking at the door to visit his mother, it was Romi, his father's superior who gave orders to be in charge of covering dangerous areas.

Almost every day he visited with food and asked his mother for news.

Mikaru felt that something was wrong with Romi.

"What does this mean ...." Mikaru looked annoyed at seeing Romi.

In Mikaru's dream a month has passed, almost every day Romi comes approaching, but today is different. Romi carries a message of grief. He informed her that Ridho's father had been killed while on duty.

Ayu is devastated to hear the news that destroyed her dreams so that the passion of life is no longer visible on her face. He was sitting limply against the wall hearing Romi's words.

From then on, Ayu became a very quiet person.

Romi unceasingly kept coming back every day, looking at the look on the face of Romi who wanted to get Ayu. Mikaru who was holding back emotions was now unbearable, the reflex of his hand hitting Romi's face.

Unfortunately the punch can not hit Romi, only a shadow that displays the events experienced by his mother.

"Why ...."

"Where does this memory come from ...."

Romi offers Ayu to be his wife, in order to provide for his life and his son.

Ayu insists on rejecting Romi, preferring to raise Mikaru alone and provide for his daily life.

Ayu began working as a tailor, sometimes getting cooking orders and in her spare time she spent making crafts with unused plastic and paper.

Mikaru watched her mother who was endlessly working to meet her needs.

"Spend a lot of time playing around."

"Without knowing my mother's struggle ...."

He was crying for his actions.

"Pardon me ma'am ...!"

Shouted Mikaru until he woke up from his sleep.
