Lukman smokes a cigarette he clasps with his index and middle fingers. Habits when his mind is crowded and can no longer find the bright spot of the problem at hand.
Bang Alif who was already sitting next to him looked at him for a moment.
"What's wrong?"
"Fuhhh" He breathed his breath through his nose and white smoke billowed in a roll before his face.
"Well, what's the law in marrying a woman when she's pregnant?"
Bang Alif looked back at Lukman with a full glance.
"There are those who allow it with some conditions and some forbid it.
I personally tend to the opinion of Sheikh Abdul Aziz Bin Baz rahimahullah. When someone asked that he replied:
Women who are pregnant from either halal or non-natural relationship (zina relationship) should not be married until she is holy or until she gives birth to her womb. It is based on the word of Allah azza wa jalla:
وَأُوْلاتُ الأَحْمَالِ أَجَلُهُنَّ أَنْ يَضَعْنَ حَمْلَهُنَّ
“While women are pregnant, their iddah time is until they give birth to their womb. “ (QS. Thalaq: 4)
And the Hadith of the Prophet shallallahu alaihi wasallam who forbade us:
من كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر، فلا يسقي ماءه زرع غيره
“Who believes in Allah and the last day, let him not pour his semen on the crops of others.” (CHR. Ahmed)
What is meant by other people's plants is a fetus caused by the semen of others.
If the woman is pregnant because of the husband who divorced her or because she was left dead by her husband then she should not marry until she gave birth. And if the woman is pregnant because of adultery, then the woman should not marry, either with a male partner or with another, until giving birth.
Because her pregnancy was mixed with semen that was not intended for men who committed adultery with her or other men, but was intended for her mother. A man who fornicates cannot be attributed to him the child of his adultery.
The Prophet sallalahu alaihi wasallam,
الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ
“The child is entrusted to the rightful owner of the bed (husband), and to the adulterer lugal” (HR. al-Bukhari and Muslim).
A child is assigned to his mother if his mother is no longer with his father (divorce). And if still together, then the child is intended to the husband of the mother (Bapaknyat). While male adulterers get sharia punishment.
If the woman is pregnant and she is not married, then the woman should not be married absolutely anywhere until she gives birth. After she gave birth, it was only permissible for the woman to marry after repentance, to return to God. It is permissible for a Muslim to marry her after she has repented."
The law of adultery is haram and when someone commits adultery until it causes pregnancy then marriage certainly can not make something that was haram become halal.
Like after being caught stealing then the stolen goods in alms it will not make the stolen goods was halal. He remains haram.
Who wants to marry a pregnant woman?" Ask bang Alif.
"No...." Lukman pressed his cigarette into an ashtray to kill his mouth.
"Don't play with fire if you don't want to burn!" Bang Alif.
"Man, let go of the burden on your shoulders if it's not your responsibility!"
Lukman stopped his steps to listen to Alif and then he looked down and walked towards his house.
When opening the door, the lights of his house were dimly changed with lights that were dimly lit, a sign that the occupants had begun to rest.
As soon as he closed the door he was startled by the presence of Laila running towards him from the middle room.
"Mas...catch me!"
And Hup, his wife was stuck to his body like a koala. He tied his legs to Lukman's waist by holding his hands around his neck. He smiled and kissed the lips of the husband who was still dumbfounded to see his behavior.
"The children are asleep..." Whisper Laila sensually in the husband's ear.
Lukman held down Pan tat Laila while smiling wildly.
"What if the kids are already sleeping hum? What are we gonna do?" Goda.
"I have something special, baby. Take me to the room!"
"It is with pleasure my dear. It's an honor for me"
Laila sneered but laid her head on Lukman's field shoulder.
"Is there anything my wife wants?"
"Did.. suudzon!"
"Ikhlas here?" Lukman asked as he laid his wife's body on the bed. Laila simply turned her flushed face unable to answer him with words.
