"W-who are you?" Septi retreated backwards until his body hit the wall while Rina did nothing. He just sat on the edge of the table and folded his hands. Staring at the pregnant woman and the fear in silence. His gaze was sharp and not a word came out of his mouth making Septi skinned and ready for execution. He was already scared to death with the cold and hostile aura that Karina presented.

"M-mas Lukman where is he now?" Tanya Septi stammered as she felt she had never met let alone known Karina before.

"Mas???! Mas ???!" Rina's blood immediately churned to hear Septi calling her brother mas because she knew it was a sensitive call for her brother and used to be reserved exclusively for Laila.

Rina imagined holding the chin of the woman she knew named Septi then gripped the molar Septi with the power of the hand he had. But he still had a heart and had no intention of physically hurting.

Had Septi not been pregnant, Karina would not have been reluctant to get rid of the woman to a distant place where no one knew her and would never have been detected.

But what we face now is a different story. This pregnant woman is probably pregnant with her brother's child which is impossible to ignore even though Lukman has told her that the child in the stomach Septi is not her flesh and blood but she doubts Lukman's statement. If not his son why could that concern to the woman he refused to call his name.

Rina snorted as if "Just think about yourself. You think you can get out of here easily, huh?" Rina's eyes stare at Septi while tilting her head.

"I have often participated in surgery to dissect the patient's body and replace it with man-made tools. Heart, my kidneys are used to holding it. But it was a long time ago. It felt like now I wanted to try it back without an expert doctor" Rina stretched her clutched hand forward then moved her head left and right.

Karina pressed the remote button and the big screen behind Rina lit up showing Ibrahim who was operating on a patient with her as his assistant. Ibrahim's hands are so skilled at dissecting the human body and Karina is no less alert to help the doctor carry out his duties.

He then threw an apple at the man who gulped repeatedly in fear. The man then stood up trembling while putting an apple on his head.

Karina raised her hand and someone swiftly put a bow in Karina's hand and then pulled out an arrow after her.

"Swings...... Tapp!!"

The arrow slid and hit the apple that was on the head of the man who now fell sitting down while pressing his own chest. He was grateful because his head survived not hit by the arrow shot of the boss he feared.

Rina walked towards Septi while taking off her robe and then flipping it. In just a few seconds the robe had turned into a white lacy skirt. Now she looks like a princess from the Netherlands with her exotic face.

"Take him away!" He said as he received the lady's bag from his men and passed through Septi just like that.

"Treat him fairly! just tie him up if he defies!" Rina said as she sat on the passenger seat.
