Losing Respect

“woy who has turned back, from where aja lo” a sound from the direction of the door surprised Latitude. Bhishma appeared, while carrying a large backpack. Latitude immediately inserts an envelope under the pillow.

“Custom from senior” place said Lintang pretended to smile, hiding a surprised look.

“Not home?” tanya Lintang. Last night his roommate was planning to go back to Bandung to his grandparents' place.

“New also from there” said Bisma while putting her backpack beside the bed.

Filling the medical record of Genta is not just filling it but paying attention to therapy, diagnosis and some other elements that become national health insurance requirements. Regata immediately pocketed his phone and checked the unfilled part. Throughout his service hours Regata has been twice negligent even though Sunday patients are quieter than usual.

“There again?” ask Regata to relax.

The team that day looked at each other. Each has a complete job desk why Regata does not do his job well but ask others to check it. No one responded to Regata's questions, they focused on writing and some even deliberately left IGD and gossiped in other work units.

“Doctor Regata has been annoying lately. The period of incomplete status has been signed not checked first” said one IGD officer whispered to his friend in the ward.

“Oh deservedly yesterday the Medical Record officer was angry at IGD trus threatened his services would be cut if still lalai” other timpal.

“Tau itself is early in the month. The status must be checked by the JKN verifier so that the payment is in accordance with the date of the agreement. If stacked mah can get fine”

Jenar, who happened to pass after a visit in the next room, overheard the conversation. He regretted Regata's attitude this week in complaints by his colleagues. Where Regata has received the best employee award charter because of its attitude and performance.

Then again see the other side of the childish Regata. Admittedly, he is getting sick of advising Regata that his attitude will make him look even more miserable in the eyes of everyone, and will lose the respect of his co-workers.
