"Dok, please dok there is a serious patient in the ward of the mother and child room Orchid number 1A"

"Doctor Iwan, I went to Orchid Room 1A there was a serious patient there" Regata told his night service friend Dr. Iwan who is writing the assessment.

Regata ran towards the room in question the nurse who had just called her.

"Where's the patient?" ask Regata to the nurse on duty.

The father kept the 0-day-old baby away from his mother.

The mother of the baby was struggling in pain. He spewed out the food he had just eaten.

Regata took the calming action of the patient who was being held by two of his family.

Regata tries to invite patients to communicate while paying attention to the face, behavior, food, drugs, and vomiting scattered near the bed.

"I feel like I want to die, Doc. My head wanted to break, my stomach hurt so much, I couldn't stand my baby crying" she said.

After the patient had calmed down somewhat, Regata explained that the mother needed rest. He prescribed pain medication. The pain medication has a drowsy effect so that the patient can sleep tonight.

"Mother can come with me for a minute?" regata whispered to her mother's husband.

While carrying the baby, she followed Regata to the doctor's room in the ward.

"I bring the status of the patient" Regata told the guard team in charge of the room.

"Meet you sir, I'm Regata Saraswati, the general practitioner who tonight served on the IGD. I have seen the condition of my father's wife and her medical record. It is possible that the father's wife has post-pregnancy syndrome. I will contact the Viennese Doctor as the doctor who takes care of my father's wife. Then you can consult a doctor at a visit tomorrow" said Regata.

"Dok, what is post-pregnancy depression a natural thing experienced by a mother? I was not in the position of my wife, and yesterday my wife went through a cesarean delivery" said the father.

Great question. Regata was amazed at the young age of eighteen. The father of one child in front of him is able to take over the care of his son, when the condition of his wife is unstable.

"Not all women experience depression during pregnancy. Regata and the patient chatted for a while before they finally decided to continue their respective activities.

Regata contacted the Viennese doctor to recount the incident and describe the assessment of vital signs to the Viennese doctor. The Viennese doctor promised tomorrow morning before heading to RSUD he would come see the condition of the patient.
