Ode To Latitude

Ode To Latitude
Arimbi's Nausea

Their wedding reception has ended, remaining EO crews who are busy fixing the items to be transported.

Meanwhile Regata and Lintang sat on the veranda of the bridal room. Jagad media is back with Lintang's wedding post. Not only Tara, but other Lintang friends also preached the happy news. As always there are pros and cons in every Tara post.

"Aren't you papa?" asked Lintang to Regata. The woman who has been his wife's legal to see the link of the post that pinned the name Lintang.

"No problem, one day it will be found out too" replied Regata cuek.

Both have discussed this, Regata does not mind the public knowing his identity.

Regata looked at the posts and came to a long caption by Tara. His heart was a little bit filled with words that essentially he was lucky to know Lintang and pray for our marriage.

The atmosphere at the reception was still crowded. Faintly heard the voice of Danu who was still conversing with some of his guests. While his in-laws had paid for a break at the inn they had booked. The other family has gone home.

"Dad not slept?" asked Lintang.

"There is no sound yet. Mama said it was people from the Party" explained Regata.

Lintang nodded in understanding, then took Regata to bed. Sleeping beside him. The two fell silent for a moment, staring at the ceiling of the room while linking their fingers.

Is this what people who already have children feel? Their passion melts away just like that, perhaps the exhaustion effect of preparing for marriage.

That night, Lintang and Regata had a long conversation. Discussing Lintang's work, Mia's future and Regata's career course.

Regata laughed softly, almost forgetting that he was a doctor who had dreamed of continuing school to become a specialist in Children or Internal Medicine.

"Mia was able to go home to school by herself. I told my mom to stay with us" said Lintang.

"We are now married. You can tell me anything, we can share opinions, and we can find the right solution" said Lintang.

"What the hell is pa, by the way?" asked Arimbi curiously after Danu's guests said goodbye.

Arimbi has always been lazy to meet party people, the only thing that makes her pay little attention to her husband is humanitarian activities and social service. After that, Arimbi chose to avoid talking about politics.

"Papa's case, he said the Party will guarantee papa to be free from accusations" Danu said.

Arimbi sneered, when the beginning of this case sticking out not a single person from the Party who showed his nose. Statements that appear in the media only say respecting the legal process, as if there is no effort to fight for the cadres of his party.

"Sir, remember papa did not try desperately to find a vote for the people who he said must win so that the Party can still get a seat from the center to the region. Now what is the reply, papa can award the best cadre what does it do?," said Arimbi.

He was inexhaustible, after going through the legal process alone and hiding like a criminal, on the happy day his daughter could-can they come and talk about politics.

"Udahlah, papa's report to the Party Council was also only responded to. Better to prepare yourself for the next process. Lagian papa has confessed, it's papa's signature because he failed to read the file in full. Praying alone can ease the punishment, " plus Arimbi.

Arimbi's voice was shaking. He realized his words had crossed the line. But the middle-aged woman refused to apologize. If he did not grumble with spicy words, Danu must have continued to defend his party.

Meanwhile Danu was busy struggling with his thoughts, weighing the offer given by his party.
