Arimbi (2)

That afternoon Arimbi sat in his room while anxiously waiting for news from Bi Nina. Her husband had reached Balikpapan and Arimbi only had one week of intense contact with Bi Nina.

Arimbi is aware that his attitude makes Bi Nina less comfortable, but Arimbi can't stand the information that Mia is starting to learn while Regata is getting busy. Arimbi was afraid at any time Regata could be exhausted and stressed and then vent to his grandson.

Arimbi transferred some money to Bi Nina's account as a token of gratitude for the help and information from Bi Nina. He must devise a plan to save his grandson.

Arimbi turned on the PC on his desk. He was looking for as many ideas as possible to bring his grandson back to Jakarta.

Arimbi scribbled down ideas that appeared in his brain on his notes. Arimbi had thought of flying directly to Manado before her husband came home and immediately took her grandson away. After weighing up Arimbi doubted that the decision taken based on anxiety and haste could backfire on him in the future. Arimbi nodded his head slowly. He crossed out the plan to forcefully bring Mia.

Arimbi recalled the information Bi Nina had given him. In addition to badminton, her granddaughter loves drawing and coloring. Arimbi knew that talent decreased from his late father who was an artist, he even once drew and sculpted the ceiling of one of the museums on the island of Java. Regata also has a talent for drawing, now his grandson. Sukoco blood was completely condensed within his daughter and granddaughter.

Manado, the city is completely foreign to Arimbi. He recalled and looked for a schoolmate or acquaintance who was in the city. Result nil. In his memory only one college friend from Gorontalo and after he explored further distance took 9-10 hours by road.

The age of his grandson is currently 8 years, if only Mia still allowed to practice Mia can be registered for selection at the national badminton club. At the age of Lintang Mia, he was already listed as one of the prospective athletes in one of the largest badminton clubs in Indonesia. Before it was too late and regretful, Arimbi wanted to do something for his grandson.

One week later….

Regata comes to meet the homeroom teacher Mia in the teacher's room. The guardian of his class offered an invitation to draw and color race at an early age level. The headmaster recommended Mia because she managed to win the drawing competition in the subdistrict where she lived.

Regata clasped the invitation and just put it on the seat next to his wheel.

Regata arrives at his house. The condition of his house is deserted. The clock has shown at 13.27 WITA.

Regata shouted Bi Nina's name repeatedly to the kitchen, laundry room, clothesline even Mia was not in her room.

Where did Mia and Bi Nina think Regata was. He pulled out the phone from the sling bag he was wearing.

"Geez!" regata said immediately to his room.

The phone is dead. He immediately started charging and then tried to turn on his phone.

Shortly after the phone is turned on, a notification appears repeatedly, from incoming messages and calls and this notification makes the screen turn off. The phone's touchscreen doesn't work as it should even if Regata tries to touch the screen over and over again.
