Oh, Love?

Oh, Love?
Tamu

Then amid the silence the bell rang, signifying the arrival of the guest. Ed quickly got up from his seat, he went out first to check who was visiting tonight. Jane wants to finish combing her hair after that she will come to check who the guests are.

Jane just remembered the letter from Yoga she had not read, her position moved but with a stamp that had not been opened. Jane thinks Ed might intend to read it.

Jane then put the letter in the drawer to read it later if she has finished seeing the guest who came, she also needs time to calm down and alone to understand the contents of the letter later.

As Jane climbed down the stairs, the thunderous noise was familiar. A conversation that feels warm and exciting. There, Madam Amber and Madame Rose were enthusiastically talking to Ed without them noticing their voices shrill with their laughter. Then there were two women sitting in the middle of them, unfamiliar faces but Jane could guess they were the daughters of the ladies.

When Jane joined them the enthusiasm of the ladies was suddenly reduced by a slower voice.

"oh!" jane exclaimed, he sat next to Ed and continued "what are the ladies doing until he came here tonight! could there be something urgent?!" Jane looked at the ladies and occasionally looked at the two women who looked older than her. I don't know Jane was disturbed by their arrival. Jane doesn't want to be so bad-minded with prejudices, but their conversation a few days ago led her to believe she had ulterior intentions.

The mistresses laugh to divert Jane's suspicions. Mrs Amber said "It is not natural that we as guests visit each other"

Jane smiled "Just right. I mean, there's no way you're just visiting at least you're here with information or anything else you'd like to introduce us to?!" Jane looked at the two women who were still silent.

Madam Amber understood then she introduced the two women. Blond woman asahu Ines Pricilia Amber is the daughter of mistress Amber, she is very similar to her mother. He was unbiased yet he looked ordinary and not very attractive. Then Leona De Rose daughter of mistress Rose she looks much more attractive than Ines her eyes look sharp.

The two women smiled at Jane.

"Mom told me a lot about you. Greetings know I'm happy to finally meet you according to what my mom said you're beautiful" Leona said, it feels like she wants to be more familiar with Jane than her tone.

"I'm flattered" Jane said, continuing "you're interesting"

"Ah, maybe we can be more familiar" Leona asked.

Jane concluded that besides Leona is quite interesting, she is also easily familiar and good at finding topics so that the conversation does not feel empty. In contrast to Ines who are more silent occasionally respond with a nod or a sash only.

Jane also realizes Leona's attention is on her but not with Ines looking at Ed with an interested look. Ines wasn't even interested in talking further with them.

Jane was busy talking to these two women and Ed was busy responding to the thousands of questions the ladies were asking. They seem to be really interested in Ed, their question a little beyond the limits of privacy. What job? how many assets do you have? do you have another house besides this? then does Ed intend to at least add one more wife.

Leona who heard the question was surprised she nudged her mother angrily "I'm sorry my Mother. Because she was old she became bouncy, her speech was arbitrary and as good as euphemistic" Leona seemed unwell with her mother's question which she thought was also not worth asking because it would offend the related party.

"You why the hell? they just seem ordinary" replied his mother who was upset with her daughter.

"Actually" said Ed making all eyes fixed on him. Jane became curious as to what answer Ed would give regarding the final point.

Ed continued, "I don't understand the meaning of your arrival with questions that I don't think you deserve to ask. Besides my beautiful wife, no one's gonna match her in any way" Ed pulled Jane close by, insist on people not asking useless questions that even show how stupid and without wise reason.

Jane was quite surprised by the praise she just heard from her husband.

The mood became quiet.

Different from them Jane felt Leona was much more in high shame. She's a lot of guilt-ridden and bad-tempered with Jane.

Then the mistresses laughed to divert the conversation and they were not at all ashamed or guilty of the question and because they were the cause of the hostile atmosphere.

"really? or just you newly married warm feelings and passionate love is still big in it. I'm telling you it's just a slow beginning the sea must have boredom" said Ines who suddenly spoke

After being silent with his silence.

Ines speaks like an experienced man when she is a woman who has never been married but speaks very sharply.

"Boredom, loss of feeling, selfish, and such things will certainly be experienced by every couple especially if married. But doesn't it come back to their commitment to how to live the day better without putting in the frills of boredom by looking for others" Leona added she disagrees with Ines.

And here they seem to be in dispute. Jane is more confused by the strange situation and how can she have neighbors like them.

Then Ed made it clear that no one would offend such a thing. With a sharp look Ed explained everything he disliked them, successfully making people speechless. That way a strange night of more bizarre talk passed with anger in the hearts of the ladies.

Then Leona as Jane suspected she was alone before leaving apologized earnestly for the behavior of all those who offended. She also told me her mother invited her here because she just wanted to say hello to a new neighbor. He did not expect his mother's spicy mouth was difficult to control. Leona also said not to get too close to the people even though it was her mother and her close neighbors. Because according to Leona, people always make a lot of people or people's relationships become tenuous with questions that make uncomfortable. Then the mouths of such people if heard will be prone to create divisions between newly married families because they intend so, those people are very enjoying the destruction of the household of others. So Leona warns Jane not to be consumed by their talk and to trust each other as a couple.
