19.HAKI CONQUEROR

Sabo even looked at Ken who was sitting casually on a nearby cliff and almost hinted at Ken to come and save Naguri's old man but Ken only smiled mischievously. Sabo, seeing no way out, took out two shuriken from his bag and inserted a vacuum-style enhancement on the side of the shuriken to throw it at the charging bear.

But doing this takes time!!

While Ace ran towards the old man and Luffy did a hand gesture to do the only ninjutsu he trained. But it's too late. The bear had attacked the old man and before any of the three could even land a blow or injure the bear, the old man did something unimaginable by their standards.

The old man simply spoke to the bear in a very low tone and asked the bear to leave. The bear trembled in fear after that and then after a few seconds it left slowly. Seeing this, his jaw fell. They did not even understand how this old man convinced the angry bear to stop and even leave.

"What the fuck! Do you feel his power?" Sabo whispered to Luffy.

"Yes. When he spoke there was a power emanating from this ossan." The only reason the three could feel a power unlike the original story was because they now had a lifetime of experience with them. Living the lives of ninjas they must pay attention to minute details. And the fact that they could sense power was just one observation.

The bear then walked away from the open towards the forest. Original way. Naguri looked back at the three with soft eyes. Naguri looks very old. Almost as old as Yamamoto Genryusai. With too long eyebrows and a wrinkled face.

"Kids, you shouldn't be here. That bear may have killed you."

"You're the one we're worried about." The three raised their hands and shouted in unison at the old man. The three of them were truly afraid of the old man. Especially Sabo, who had seen him several times in the Grey Terminal.

"Eh!! Me? Wh why? I can handle myself. You kids can't....." And before Naguri finished, she looked up because she could feel someone approaching from the air. And then he saw a small child, shrouded in lightning sparks flying through the air and landing right between the three and Naguri.

Naguri was amazed by how a little boy had just flown.

"Father demon?" thought Naguri.

"Naguri-ossan, nice to meet you. I'm Ken. And I'm with them." Ken who had just arrived reached out his hand to greet Naguri. The only person who could interest Ken other than the three in the Goa Kingdom was this old man.

"I'm Naguri. It's good to see you too! I live in Grey Terminal." Naguri was still a little amazed by the flying of this boy and the hammer in his hand. The hammer was still emitting lightning sparks.

"Oi Ken!! Why don't you save this ossan? You can easily come quickly and finish this bear." Sabo.

And this bear is the victim.

He had basically stepped in the middle of training and ruined it instead of becoming a hero!! He's a little embarrassed now. From the looks of it, Ken could actually defeat the bear.

He also lowered his head in shame. They daydream too much and what Ken said made sense. Even Luffy who uses ninjutsu was late to make hand gestures. It's shameful!! Seeing their disappointment Ken laughed and said.

"Don't be too hard on yourself! Your journey has just begun. We will reach the top as time goes on. Ossan, thank you for helping us, we will treat you. Want to join?" ask Ken.

"Uhh... Sure." Sure." Naguri agrees. He was curious about these 4 children who appeared out of nowhere.

They went to the nearest beach while following the stream. It was there that Naguri was shocked by the things these children were doing. Ace walked on the water and caught two giant fish. He walks on water!! What is this new technique?

But as a parent he was only surprised for a moment and did not ask. The three brothers were happy because there were others who joined and not even anyone 'saved' them. Although it was a waste of training days, they did not mind.

By late afternoon, the five sat by the campfire and grilled the fish they caught in the river and had a good time. This is where Naguri talks about her past and her fight against Roger. Hearing Roger's name, Ace stiffened and slowly rose.

He didn't want anyone to hear about Roger and as he started walking away, Ken got up and stopped him.

"Sit. It's rude to leave the meeting without saying goodbye."

"I don't want to hear anything about him." Ace hints. Ace always hated Roger for making his life miserable. But Ken doesn't have it.

"Listen to the old man's words. You might be surprised."

Naguri did not listen to the small conversation between Ace and Ken and continued to talk about his past and his fight. Sabo and Luffy were fascinated by this. Luffy as usual talks about his heroism with Shanks and the thought that he would become a Pirate King like Roger.

Ace, after much reluctance, listens to Ken's words and continues to listen to Naguri. Ken could see that after the initial hatred, then he was also engrossed in Naguri's words and heard her story.
