The nearest shops closed very quickly. They were afraid a fight would break out and it would bring them into danger. Soon the road was deserted with almost no one on it. The remaining ones are now hiding behind half-closed doors and windows.

They did not want to deal with this strange man holding this axe, but on the other hand they were curious. They hope this new guy will change things here. And very few have recognized him from the poster and run as fast as possible.

Ken was a little surprised that Bartolomeo recognized him and even apologized.

"There's a poster of you at our place and these stupid friends of mine didn't recognize you before. Sorry for that, the heroes of East Blue will be insulted by my friends."

Bartolomeo looked embarrassed as Ken said this. Ken and Luffy are now East Blue celebrities. There had never been anyone with such a gift in their oceans. It was even rumored that in the other sea there were no pirates who had such high bounties before going to the Grand Line.

"Thank you Ken-dono."

"Life Ken-senpai.."

"Life Ken-senpai."

"Have stopped yelling." Ken screamed over his lungs again. This finally stopped the cheering.

"Since I'm here, you should stop terrorizing the people here." Ken recalled the main problem Bartolomeo had asked for. He needed to calm these people down by shifting the topic.

"Ken-senpai-san. Uhh. I can stop him.. But we don't know how to feed ourselves" Bartolomeo said. Ken understood what Bartolomeo meant. He has no quality other than hooliganism that can help him survive and this comes with the burden of his subordinates being like him. Ken thought for a moment. He comes from modern society. Surely there was something he could use to help these people.

"Start parcel and transportation services."

"What's that?"

One of the main reasons Ken decided to join Luffy was because of his connections, his future potential, and his journey. Buggy did the same with the Guild Cross Organization. He joined because of his influence and connections.

The people hiding were a little disappointed, but they knew important information. This person was the famous Punisher Kenny, one of the new and most famous pirates in the East Blue. People who realize this have more to fear now that the 'cruel' pirates are here. Many who were already 'running for their lives' realized this while some went to the Navy branch to inform the Captain there.

Ken has 'seen' this but he doesn't mind. He was looking forward to meeting Smoker. Bartolomeo asked if Luffy was here and Ken nodded.

"Yes!! We'll also meet the Straw Hat Pirate Captain." Bartolomeo said as he ran with his friends after finding out where Luffy was. Ken just shook his head. Bartolomeo may not be as big as his future version on Dressrosa, but it looks like it's already on its way.
