After putting all the marines aside, he started running. Smoker was angry to see this and took his iconic bike. Bicycles that use their logia power to drive. It was a bicycle made especially for him. He could use smoke as a source of energy that could spin the wheels.

After riding a bike, Smoker drove fast. He had to catch this vile pirate and he was speeding after the pirate. While Luffy as a ninja put both hands behind his back and ran while bending his back slightly forward. It looked like a strange way of running but living as a ninja for a long time, he had applied that style in his daily life.

"Straw Hat.. Stop running.. You can't hide."

"Eh... Sugoi.. A bicycle... I want to drive it... I have to ask Usopp to make it for me..." Luffy's eyes sparkled seeing Smoker on his bike but he also knew that there was currently no time to admire his bike. He had to meet his friends and his ship.

Luffy knew that running on the streets was no longer possible because his bike was fast enough that he jumped over the roof of a nearby shop and started jumping and running on top of the building.

"Knee.."

Smoker was a little surprised how easy Luffy was at the top but this changed nothing as he flew up and chased after Luffy. Since Smoker had sealed the lower half of his body with smoke and used it as a propeller, he was as fast as Luffy.

No, he's faster.

Luffy, seeing that he could not outrun this person, used the Body Flicker jutsu and moved to another house down the street. Smoker who followed him was surprised. Luffy simply disappeared without warning. The more he chased after Luffy, the more surprised he became. But it was only for a moment because from the corner of his eyes he saw Luffy on the other side and he was chasing after Luffy.

"You surprised me, Straw Hat. But your journey ends here." Smoker as he makes the element of his hand and extends it. In his hand he held Nanashaku Jitte, a strange cylindrical-shaped weapon that had a sea stone at its tip to knock down pirates with a Devil Fruit.

The weapon was very close to Luffy when he turned around and took out his firefly to stop the attack.

"Cash? That's a very strange weapon for a pirate." Smoker said as he looked at the weapon that stopped his attack.

"Why are you chasing me? I just enjoyed my day here before going to the Grand Line."

"You're a pirate and I'm a marine. So of course I'll stop you." Smoker said as Luffy took a few steps back. There was nothing he could do now but fight. He has to take down Smoker until he can get away from him.

"So I have to fight. Sheesh's.. Nami's gonna kill me" said Luffy.

"Gomu Gomu No : Pistol"

Luffy stretched out his hand and shot towards Smoker. Of course, Smoker saw the attack from afar and became an elemental. The attack penetrated his body. Smoker had a stoic face after the attack. He was not happy because he knew that a blow to this normal person could be fatal.

"Sani." Luffy was shocked as his attack proved useless. Ken had never told him extensively about the logia fruit since Ken felt fighting was the only way for Luffy to gain knowledge and experience.

He could feel the disgusting sea breath of the weapon. He had been training at sea for a long time and now he was able to discern that something was wrong with his weapon.

Luffy did not understand what fruit this Smoker man was eating so he could only turn his head to the old and trusted ninjutsu and he began to make hand gestures.

"What are you doing?" Smoker is confused by what Luffy is doing, but he also loses his temper and he attacks Luffy again with his weapon. It was at this point that lightning struck between the two of them that threw Luffy and Smoker aside.

The lightning suddenly appeared out of nowhere. Smoker and Luffy were in attack when lightning struck. And that's not the end. After the lightning subsided and the dust settled, the person who caused the lightning appeared.

Monkey D's. Kenny.

"Ken, why are you here?" Luffy had a smile on his face looking at his brother.

"That's because you're an idiot and can't keep this guy." Ken said as he pointed his axe at Smoker.

"He's a sneaky guy. Turned himself into smoke. I'll use ninjutsu."

"Ninjutsu may not be very helpful against this person. We can only stop him with ninjutsu but may fail to harm him."

Smoker wasn't hurt by the lightning because he had already turned into smoke. And when he looked at Ken, he recognized him immediately.

Chastiser.

"Kenny Punisher.." Smoker clenched his gun. He could already guess that the lightning was dropped by this person and from his body he could tell that Ken was extremely strong.

"Ah.. Smokers.. First time I met you." Ken said while looking over and looking at Smoker. Anyone who saw Ken's smile would think he was talking to an old friend.

"Do you know me?"

"A person who eats logia fruit should not be here in Logue City. What are you doing here?" Ken asked another question instead. Although he could vaguely guess why Smoker was here but he still wanted to know.
