Arlong Park

Arlong is currently having a meeting with Captain Nezumi of the 16th branch of the East Blue. He was responsible for covering up most of Arlong's bad deeds from the bribe money he received from Arlong.

Moreover, his relationship with Jinbei was not very good and he would never support him. It was better for him to lie down. Since the navy had decided to give Luffy this high reward, it was better to stay away.

But little did he know as he had this conversation with Arlong, the Straw Hat pirates had arrived at the village and they had met the first human-fish pirates of their group.

When the ship docked at the port, Hatchi was busy fishing.

"Ooo Nami you're back.. Who are these people? Your pals?" hachi said as he saw Nami with some of her friends landing. Hachi is a little gullible and he tends to believe what others say, like Luffy.

Nami clenched her fists as she slowly took out her staff. Over time he had learned the three forbidden curses and he was currently thinking of using one of those curses on this Fish-Man.

Ken stopped by holding his hand. Haki Ken warns her that Nami is going to do something really bad.

"Silent. I'll talk to him."

"I know but we have to reach Arlong Park. There you are free to do anything but never use the forbidden curse. It'll just drive you crazy." Ken reminded. Nami's body stiffened as she recalled the reason behind why the curse was forbidden.

"Oh so this is Fish Man. First time I met you."

"He looks like an octopus. Suddenly I had a strong desire to make takoyaki" Sanji said.

"Takoyaki's? I'm the best person in the world to make takoyaki. Do you want me to make it for you?" Hachi said. All his life, he wanted to open a takoyaki shop but fate actually pulled him here. He was different from the Arlong pirates.

She doesn't really hate humans and has even saved Rayleigh and has a good relationship with Shakki. Seeing that Sanji was interested in takoyaki, he wanted to make some for those people.

Arlong belonged to the Sun Pirates led by Captain Fisher Tiger. He once climbed the Red Line and freed many slaves including humans and fishmen. Jinbei and Arlong belong to the group. Fisher Tiger died and the pirate group was disbanded. That was Arlong's only relationship with Jinbei."

Ken tells the whole story of Arlong in just one breath. They did not expect such a serious history behind Arlong.

"Then why is he here? Just for fun?"
